④ 性格、能力?？梢灾貜娬{你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。如果報考的是學術性的專業，可以說自己細心(carefully，detail-oriented)、條理分明(logical)、踏實(steady)等;如果是研究性、應用性更強一點的專業，可以說自己負責(responsible)、可靠(dependable)、有效率(efficient)等。其他的一些表示性格、能力的形容詞有：active, aggressive(有進取心的), adaptable, amicable(友好的), analytical(善于分析的), cooperative, creative, disciplined, dutiful, energetic, faithful, gentle, independent(有主見的), innovative, motivated, modest, objective, precise, punctual, precise(一絲不茍的), temperate等等。

在職考生或有過工作經驗的考生還可以強調一下你的工作成績，如：As the assistant to the General Manger of XXX Company, I have helped to negotiate a $200,000 deal for the corporation.⑤ 愛好。All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.除了強調你的學習的重視，同時也要避免給考官一種“書呆子”的感覺。一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來說，同時要簡單說明這些愛好對你的積極意義(build my body, relax myself, open my mind…);注意避免提到那些可能引起考官反感的愛好，如：playing computer games，watching TV等。

⑥ 你對報考的專業有興趣(be interested in/be fascinated with/be obsessed with…)，可適當舉出一些例子，如經?？聪嚓P的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調知識教育對工作的影響： In my work, I find it necessary to broaden my horizons in communication.That?s why I long for entering your prestigious university.3)結束時可以用說：That?s all about me./ Well, that?s who I am.Thanks for your attention.2.2012考研英語復試注意事項——家庭、家鄉、學校篇?？脊倨鋵嵤且ㄟ^你的家庭、家鄉或學校來了解你的成長的環境。1)家庭。需要注意的是，考官并不是為了做人口調查而提出這個問題的，所以應該避免流水賬似地介紹家庭成員;要盡量說明家人(尤其是父母)對你造成哪些方面(性格、職業規劃、做事風格等)良好的影響。可以參考以下句式結構：Just like my father, I am especially interested in history./ Though my father is an ordinary worker, his responsible attitude towards work has a great influence on me.2)家鄉。正所謂“一方水土養育一方人”，考官實際上是想從你對家鄉的介紹中找出有關你性格、志向的線索?？梢詮臍v史、歷史人物、著名景點、獨特風俗或特產等方面來簡單介紹，注意要表達熱愛家鄉的情感。

3)學校。如果是本?？忌脑?，在自我介紹中就可以點到(拉近跟考官的關系)。如果是外校，考官通常會問：Why did you choose our university? 那么我們就可以說說它與報考院校之間的異同，然后說明為什么你選擇這個學校(I do love the atmosphere in your university.It is full of youthful spirits.);要注意的是：一定要說明你對在原來的院校接受教育心存感激之情appreciation(從好的方面說一說)，著重強調希望能被錄取，表達自己堅定的決心、展望一下未來。

在自我介紹完了老師就會開始問你問題這里列出一些常見的問題，可以認真準備。注意在準備的過程中，要結合自己的經歷和見解來準備答案，讓自己回答的問題和整個的自我介紹融為一個整體。要不然很容易被考官抓住把柄，問個沒完，很容易因緊張而露出馬腳。

Know what you can realistically accomplish.You can find out by talking to others MBA about what they accomplished in their first five years with a particular company after graduation.“I hope to do my best I can be at my job and because many in this line of work are promoted to area manager, I am planning on that also.”

This is a real opportunity to toot your own horn.Do not brag or get too egotistical, but let the employer know that you believe in yourself and that you know your strengths.”I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done.I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I'd planned.I've set some high goals for myself.For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction.And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor's thesis.“
