感冒吃藥有講究
①又到了感冒多發季節。
②感冒引起的鼻塞、咽痛、咳嗽等一系列癥狀著實讓人難受,不少市民為了免受這些感冒癥狀的折磨。一有感冒癥狀就馬上吃藥或打點滴,甚至身邊有人感冒或流感流行時,害怕自己被傳染,也趕緊服用板藍根等藥物,認為這樣可以把感冒“截”住。
③解放軍總醫院第一附屬醫院急診部主治醫師劉紅升表示,感冒藥的主要功效是緩解癥狀,讓感冒的人感到舒服點,但是并不能讓感冒病程縮短。而使用抗生素是非常錯誤的方法,因為抗生素無法消滅病毒。“對付感冒病毒最有效的不是藥,而是多休息、多喝水,讓身體自身免疫系統發揮作用。”
④ “在日常生活中,人們常常把普通感冒與流感相混淆。”劉紅升解釋說,“流感與普通感冒都是由病毒感染呼吸道引起的,但它們是兩種不同的疾病。”⑤普通感冒30%―50%是由鼻病毒引起的,任何季節都可以發病,特點是散發性,不引起流行。普通感冒的癥狀有發熱、流涕、打噴嚏、鼻腔干燥、頭疼、頭暈、惡心等,但不是所有的癥狀同時出現,根據個體差異癥狀各異。
⑥流感是由流感病毒引起的,特點是具有流行性。流行性感冒多發于冬春季節,大面 積群體出現,由病毒引起。流感的癥狀在有些病人身上表現比較典型,一發病即可能出現高燒,常達38.5℃以上,并伴有寒戰、肌肉酸痛、頭痛、咽痛、全身乏力;但在有些病人身上表現不典型,通常和普通感冒癥狀類似,只是在程度上稍重。盡管這些流行性感冒的主要表現癥狀與普通感冒相似,但季節性和傳染性較強,一定要引起注意。
⑦“普通感冒不是什么大病,許多人選擇了自己買藥服用,這種方法不是不可取,但一定要明白如何選藥。”劉紅升表示,普通感冒如果癥狀輕微,甚至可以不用藥,如果癥狀重,可以使用一些中成藥物抗病毒和減輕癥狀的西藥,比如“白加黑、泰諾、康泰克”等,“但在臨床中我們發現一些病人幾種藥一起吃,這樣的做法有害無益。因為這些西藥的藥物成分大多類似,多種藥物一起吃,僅增加藥物的毒副作用。”
⑧流感的處理則要區別對待,如果癥狀不典型,市民不能分辨自己是患了普通感冒還是流感,處理原則可以參考普通感冒,如果癥狀遷延不愈,可以看醫生來幫助解決。但對于癥狀較重的流感,最好發病初即去醫院就診,醫院可以通過一些特殊檢查幫助明確是否感染流感病毒,在治療上 會加用治療流感的藥物,目前較為常用的是“奧司他韋”。

《牛津小學英語》5A第一至第四模塊內容,根據新課標對五年級學生英語知識技能的要求,采用了以往筆試20分的考察方式。側重考察“四會”要求內容。此次測試所采用的題型與以往稍有不同,其中用所給動詞適當形式填空及閱讀讓學生棘手,測試水平有一定難度。
一、材料分析
第一題:看圖補全單詞。考察所學部分名詞,這是英語學習進一步提高的基礎。通過測試大部分學生書寫錯誤。其原因歸結于平時記憶不牢固。如:90搞不清是ninety還是ninty胡蘿卜carrot與卷心菜cabbage二者錯寫。
第二題:單選。正確率較高。考察重要句型。其中有少部分學生在失分。如There_a hall in my school。學生錯選are或am。90%的學生沒有問題。
第三題:用所給詞適當形式填空。考察學生語法知識,這五個小題接觸到動詞原形、現在進行時、第三人稱作主語、名詞復數。這些內容在平時教學中列為重點也加強練習,檢測結果顯示學生掌握極為不好。40%的學生竟空了本題。還有一部分學生弄不清題意,因此錯填。所以,本題失分嚴重。
第四題:閱讀。考察學生的綜合能力。通過讀句子,理解大意,判斷正誤。不僅考察了學生的理解能力,同時激發學生的英語運用能力以及分析能力。由于本題涉及生詞較多而且篇幅較長。如sharp、cute、people、heavy.而且出現了好幾種動物與人的關系以及各自特點。因此學生理解困難。如:The zoo is very crowded(擁擠的),答案為T很多學生選F.由于生詞crowded及the zoo與短文中it,學生沒理解清。Tigers are very cute animals由于生詞cute及沒有很好對照短文,錯誤率也很高。
二、建議和意見
通過本次考試,我認為在英語教學中,我們應在教文化知識的同時培養學生良好的心理素質,以及認真細心的習慣。這次試題雖然稍加難度,但也因此給我們提出了更多要求。孩子們的弱勢就是我們加倍努力的新方向。同時,也告戒我們作為教師在教學過程中把所學內容與實踐聯結起來,學生能夠靈活運用才能提高英語學習水平。同時我們還要加強學生課外閱讀以提高學生自學能力。
三、今后教學啟示
1、教材與學生生活實際緊密聯系
《英語課程標準》把“激發和培養學生學習英語的興趣,使學生樹立自信心,養成良好的學習習慣和形成有效的學習策略,發展自主學習的能力和合作精神”放在了首位。同時它還積極倡導課堂學習與學生的生活世界和社會實踐相聯系。所以,在課堂教學中,要十分注重課堂教學與實際生活相聯系。
2、引導學生對英語感興趣
3、教會學生學習方法(1)讓學生有規律的學習。在學生已有的基礎上,很多新單詞的教學教師可以放手讓學生自己讀出來。在教學中,我們要引導學生利用這種規律,讓學生去記憶舊單詞,學習新單詞。

(3)進行適當拓展,教會學生整理歸類。
4、重視書寫訓練
現在,很多學生書寫不夠規范。體現在抄錯字母、單詞、書寫姿勢不正確。有些字母書寫與漢語拼音字母混合在一起,字母大小寫不分,標點符號不會用,不注重詞與詞的間距,句子的第一個字母不大寫,印刷體和書寫體不分等。針對這些問題,我們教師應做到:
(1)平時一定要給學生樹立一個好榜樣。板書一定要規范、認真、不能隨心所欲。
(2)學習新單詞時,一定注意提醒學生占格、練習等。(3)布置作業要精當、適量。
以上就是我對本次測試的一些粗略理解,可能有點狹隘,最后我用“一切為了學生,為了學生的一切”來結束我的試卷分析。
