入本科階段學習的通知 各系（部）：

根據江西省教育廳贛教高字〔2013〕25號文件精神，2013年我院推薦選拔優秀高職高專畢業生進入本科階段學習的工作已開始，現將有關事項通知如下：

一、推薦選拔辦法

按照《關于我省高等學校推薦選拔優秀高職高專畢業生進入本科階段學習的暫行辦法》（見附件一），凡符合選拔條件的普通高職高專學生應屆畢業生，可自愿報名，經所在院（部）推薦，參加選拔考試，招生學校按考試總成績從高分到低分擇優錄取。

二、招生計劃、招生學校

2013年全省共選拔4020名優秀普通高職高專應屆畢業生進入本科階段學習，所需招生計劃在今年下達各高校普通本科招生計劃中安排，具體學校招生計劃安排表（見附件二）。

三、選拔考試科目及時間

選拔考試科目為英語和兩門主要基礎課，英語考試由省教育廳統一組織，兩門主要基礎課考試由各招生學校組織。

英語考試時間為6月1日上午，兩門主要基礎課考試時間為6月1日下午和6月2日上午。英語考試內容以教育部《高職高專英語教學基本要求》為依據，考試題型可參考往年全省高校專升本英語考試試卷。兩門主要基礎課考試內容由各招生高校確定。

四、報名工作

報名工作由教務處負責組織、由各系（部）負責實施，考生只能報考一所學校，報名時各院（部）需認真審查考生資格和組織填寫推薦選拔登記表（見附件三）一式二份、收考生個人一寸照片三張，于4月19日前報教務處審核。各系（部）于4月23日至24日以系（部）為單位將考生報名費每人130元交教務處，逾期不予辦理。教務處負責統一上報各相關招生學校。

1關于我省高等學校推薦選拔優秀高職高專畢業生進入

本科階段學習的暫行辦法

根據《中共中央、國務院關于深化教育改革，全面推進素質教育的決定》、《國家中長期教育改革和發展規劃綱要（2010—2020年）》以及全省教育工作會議精神，為了構建與社會主義市場經濟體制和高等教育內在規律相適應、不同類型高等教育相互銜接的教育體制，使部分優秀高職高專畢業生能夠進入普通本科階段學習，特制訂本辦法。

一、舉辦普通專升本教育學校：辦學條件達到國家設置標準的普通本科院校，經省教育廳批準，可按規定的推薦選拔程序和名額招收優秀高職高畢業生進入本科階段學習。

二、具有推薦資格的學校：普通本科院校、高等?？茖W校、獨立設置的職業技術學院以及承擔普通高職高專招生任務的成人高校。

三、推薦選拔的范圍和條件：凡經統招入學的普通高職高專應屆畢業生，政治思想好，身體健康，成績優秀，取得高校英語應用能力考試和全國高校（江西考區）計算機等級考試合格證書者，經所在學校推薦，可參加選拔考試。

四、推薦選拔程序：考生自愿報考，所在學校按條件進行推薦，省教育廳和招生學校分別組織英語和兩門主要課程考試。招生學校在最低控制分數線以上按專業從高分到低分，擇優確

定入選名單，報省教育廳批準。錄取的考生憑招生學校和省教育廳蓋印的《入選通知書》辦理戶糧遷移手續。

五、學籍和編班：經過考試升入本科階段學習的學生，學籍轉入本科院校，編入本科三年級相同或相近專業學習，也可單獨編班。

六、學費和待遇：進入本科階段學習的學生，按錄取學校所錄專業的學費和住宿費收費標準交納有關費用?！皩Ｉ尽睂W生享受統招本科生相同的待遇。各高校要根據國家有關資助困難學生的政策規定，采取獎、貸、助、補、減等措施，幫助困難學生完成學業。學生學習期滿，各科成績合格，由本科院校按照教育部?2002?15號文件要求頒發本科畢業證書（即注明專升本），畢業后自主擇業。

七、監督管理：各有關高校要嚴格按照規定的條件和程序做好推薦選拔工作，堅持公平、公正、公開的原則，嚴格工作程序，嚴明工作紀律，張榜公布推薦名單和入選名單，接受群眾監督，切實保證推薦質量。對于在推薦選拔過程中徇私舞弊、弄虛作假的，無論何時查出，都要進行嚴肅處理，除清退違規入選學生外，還要追究有關人員的責任，并按情節輕重，給予行政處分，對違規學校取消１至３年的推薦或招收?？茖W生的資格。

八、組織實施：各校的推薦選拔工作在學校行政的領導下，由教學管理部門具體組織實施，監察部門參與監督管理。招生學校和推薦學校要密切協作，認真做好銜接和管理工作，確保教育質量。

本辦法由江西省教育廳解釋。

高職高專學生進入本科階段學習的通知

教務處[2014]009號各系畢業班：

江西省教育廳關于2014年我省高等學校推薦選拔優秀高職高專學生進入本科階段學習（專升本）工作已啟動，現將今年“專升本”推薦選拔報名工作具體通知如下：

一、推薦選拔條件：

(1)2014年普通專科（高職）統招應屆畢業生，修完教學計劃規定的全部課程并成績合格，能按時畢業者；

(2)我省戶籍2009年以后應征入伍具有普通高職（?？疲┊厴I學歷的退役士兵，可自愿報名參加普通高校專升本考試；

(3)退役士兵考生憑身份證、普通高職（?？疲┊厴I證和士兵退役證報考；

(4)已取得高校英語應用能力考試和全國高校（江西考區）計算機等級考試合格證書者，在校期間考試沒有作弊或未受過留校察看以上處分者。

二、報名注意事項：（1）報考時間：4月25日--5月9日下午截止；

（2）考生只能報考與其所學專業相同或相近的專業，不能跨專業報考；

（3）報名時填寫《江西省高校推薦選拔優秀高職高專學生進入本科階段學習登記表》一式兩份（可直接在本科院?！皩Ｉ尽蓖ㄖ獧谙螺d，用A4紙打印，貼好2張一寸免冠彩照需上交1張），提供高校英語和高校計算機等級證書復印件及身份證復印件相關材料兩套（英語和計算機等級證書復印件由各系在審核原件的基礎上由審核人簽名并加蓋系部公章），交納報名費130元/人。推薦選拔登記表經教務處審核簽署推薦意見后，對不符合條件的考生不予推薦報考；由學院教務處統一將考生報名材料報送各招生本科院校；推薦表需填寫高考考生號，學生自行到學院教務處網站點擊右邊的學籍查詢，方可查到高考考生號；

（4）請應屆畢業班的班主任和輔導員，根據報名時間通知本班學生。

（5）請報考的同學近期關注本科院校教務處所發布“專升本”報名的通知，具體報名要求以本科院校為準。特別提示：江西農業大學、江西科技師范大學采用網上報名，考生進入教務處網上報名、網上繳費結束后，彩色打印出高校推薦選拔登記表并上交學院教務處5209俞老師處。

浙江省2012年選拔優秀高職高專畢業生進入本科學習工作實施細則

為進一步提升考試招生公平，擴大考生選擇范圍，從2012年起，我省選拔優秀高職高專畢業生進入本科學習（以下簡稱“專升本”）工作實行“以專科學業成績良好為前提，統一考試，平行志愿，分類選拔，擇優錄取”的辦法。

一、招生計劃

1.招生院校

我省各類全日制本科普通高校，包括公辦院校、民辦院校、獨立學院，經批準均可開展專升本招生。

2.計劃安排

專升本招生計劃列入各校當年總體招生計劃。如遇合格生源不足，可將剩余計劃轉入普通高校統一招生計劃。

具體招生計劃另行公布。

二、考試科類和錄取類別

考試分文理、錄取按類別。設文科、理科兩個考試科類，文史、理工、經管、法學、教育、農學、醫學、藝術八個錄取類別。

三、報考條件

1.我省各級各類全日制普通高校高職高專應屆畢業生。

2.堅持四項基本原則,遵紀守法；具有較高思想道德修養和文化素質，上進心強，品行端正；在校期間未受記過（含）以上處分，無考試作弊記錄。

3.高職高專階段學業成績居本校本專業前50%,無不及格課程（經重修、補考及格視作及格）。

4.已通過CET－3級或高職高專英語應用能力A級（藝術、體育類專業除外）及以上考試。高職高專階段所學專業為英語的考生不作此要求。

四、報名與填報志愿

實行網上遠程報名和填報志愿。

1.符合條件的學生需于3月20日至24日期間，以真實身份登錄浙江教育考試網（）報名系統，取得注冊號，并按要求如實填寫各項報名信息，選擇考試科類和錄取類別，填報志愿。

考生只能選擇一個考試科類和一個錄取類別，具體錄取類別根據考生高職高專階段所學專業，按《浙江省2012年專升本各類別所含專業對照表》（附件三）確定。

每個考生可填報8個志愿，每個志愿包括一個院校和一個專業?？忌荒茉诒救怂x定的錄取類別內填報志愿，跨類別填報的志愿無效。少數特殊專業經省教育考試院同意，可由招生院校在附件三規定的相應類別對口范圍內，進一步確定考生高職高專階段所學對口專業，并與招生計劃一同公布?？忌顖笾驹盖?，須認真仔細查看擬報考院校專業的招生要求，確保本人符合相應條件。如未按相關要求填報而造成不錄取的，責任由考生自負?？忌谠盒龑Э忌鶕陨韺W習能力，填報與所學專業對口的專業，以免因專業基礎不足而無法完成本科階段學業。

2.現場確認與資格審核

完成報名信息網上輸入的考生，于3月26日至28日到現所在院校的確認點，憑注冊號辦理報名信息現場確認手續。核對報名信息無誤后，在《浙江省2012年普通高校專升本選拔考試考生登記表》（附件二）上簽字確認?，F場確認時，考生需提交以下材料：大學期間所有課程成績單（需所在學校教務處審核蓋章），身份證復印件，CET-3級（或高職高專英語應用能力A級、CET-4級、CET-6級）成績證書復印件,并現場拍攝電子照片，繳納報考費（110元/人）。

考生所在院校負責審核考生是否符合報考條件，及其所填相關信息是否真實，并在《浙江省2012年普通高校專升本選拔考試考生登記表》上簽署學校審查結論、加蓋公章，同時在網上報名系統中完成報名資格審核確認。

審核完成后，由考生所在院校對審核合格考生名單進行公示，公示時間不少于10個工作日。

五、考試

1.考試科目：

考試科目分文、理科，具體為：

藝術體育專業經省教育考試院同意，可由招生院校組織專業加試，并在報名工作開始前完成。專業加試合格考生才能填報相應院校、專業志愿。

2.各科滿分均為150分。

3.考試日期為4月15日，上午（9﹕00—11﹕30）考高等數學、大學語文，下午（14﹕00—16﹕30）考英語。

4.考試由省教育考試院統一組織管理，各設區市招生考試機構具體組織實施，考點設在設區市?？忌?月14日到所在設區市招生考試機構指定地點領取準考證，熟悉考場。

5.命題、評卷工作由省教育考試院統一組織。公布成績時間為5月初?？忌鐚Τ煽冇幸蓡?，可在成績公布后三個工作日內，憑準考證申請查卷。查卷只查漏評、誤評，積分及統分差誤，不查評卷的寬嚴。

六、錄取

1.錄取工作貫徹公開、公平、公正原則，實行“招生院校負責、省教育考試院監督”體制。

2.最低控制線

評卷結束后，省教育考試院根據各類別計劃的一定比例，分別劃定錄取最低控制線。

3.投檔辦法

在按8個錄取類別對考生總分排序的基礎上，分類別從高分到低分按考生志愿（院校+專業）順序檢索，一旦出現符合投檔條件的院校和專業，即投檔到該院校該專業。

4.投檔比例

原則上為1：1，同分考生一并投檔。

5.院校錄取

招生院校根據招生計劃，按事先制訂并向社會公布的具體錄取規則，綜合評價、全面考核、擇優錄取。

對未完成招生計劃的院校、專業，根據總體錄取情況，視情決定是否進行征求志愿。

七、學籍管理

1.報到注冊和學籍管理

新生憑“錄取通知書”辦理戶糧遷移手續，9月初入學。新生報到時，必須交驗普通?？疲ǜ呗殻┊厴I證原件，屆時未拿到專科畢業證書的取消入學資格。不按期報到者取消入學資格。專升本為全日制脫產學習，學制兩年（注明三年制的除外）。學費按升入學校同屆學生收費標準執行。

學生入學后不允許轉學、轉專業。畢業時發全日制普通本科畢業證書，文憑表述為“我校XX專業?？破瘘c本科學習”，學習起止時間按入本科實際時間填寫，符合學位授予條件的授予學士學位。

2.招生院校復查

新生入學后，學校要進行全面復查，對不符合報考條件和錄取標準以及弄虛作假、違紀舞弊者，取消其入學資格，并報省教育考試院備案。

八、其它

1.報名考試費由考生所在院校收齊交至省教育考試院，由省教育考試院按比例撥付設區市招生考試機構。

2.《浙江省2012年普通高校專升本選拔考試考生登記表》由考生所在學校整理后存入考生檔案。

3.考生檔案由考生所在學校寄送招生院校招生辦。

4.有關招生計劃、專業具體要求等具體事宜，由省教育考試院另行發文。：
