敬愛(ài)的黨組織: 中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨自成立以來(lái)，歷經(jīng)風(fēng)風(fēng)雨雨。數(shù)不清的仁人志士用鮮血驅(qū)散了舊中國(guó)天空中的陰霾，為中國(guó)人民站起來(lái)指明了方向；數(shù)不清的中共黨員用自己寶貴的生命架起新中國(guó)建設(shè)的橋梁，為社會(huì)主義建設(shè)添磚加瓦。可能許多人會(huì)問(wèn)：“是什么指導(dǎo)他們這樣為了人民奮不顧身？”以前我也不太明白，但現(xiàn)在我認(rèn)識(shí)到是一種謹(jǐn)記心中的信仰——中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨是代表最廣大人民的根本利益，是中國(guó)人民和中華民族的先鋒隊(duì)。這不是一句大白話(huà)，而是每個(gè)黨員心中不息的火焰。

“青山處處埋忠骨，一腔熱血灑高原。”每讀到這句詩(shī)都會(huì)讓我不禁想起孔繁森。我成為預(yù)備黨員已經(jīng)有好幾個(gè)月了，在這幾個(gè)月里，我一直告誡自己要多向優(yōu)秀的黨員同志們學(xué)習(xí)，向偉大的黨更加靠攏。我查閱了多位優(yōu)秀的共產(chǎn)黨人的事跡報(bào)告和相關(guān)資料。今天，我向敬愛(ài)的黨組織匯報(bào)我關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)了孔繁森同志事跡后的體會(huì)和領(lǐng)悟。

孔繁森同志，1944年出生，山東聊城人。他18歲參軍，1966年加入中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨。1969年復(fù)員后，他先當(dāng)工人，后被提拔為國(guó)家干部。1979年，國(guó)家要從內(nèi)地抽調(diào)一批干部到西藏工作，時(shí)任地委宣傳部副部長(zhǎng)的孔繁森主動(dòng)報(bào)名，請(qǐng)人寫(xiě)了“是七尺男兒生能舍己，作千秋鬼雄死不還鄉(xiāng)”的條幅。剛到西藏，他又寫(xiě)下“青山處處埋忠骨，一腔熱血灑高原”，以此銘志。孔繁森同志是優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員，焦裕祿式的好干部、時(shí)代先鋒、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的楷模、我們學(xué)習(xí)的好榜樣。

他兩次入藏，盡管兩次職位不同，但他在工作期間盡職盡責(zé)與藏族群眾結(jié)下了深厚的友誼，為西藏地區(qū)的發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。近幾日在網(wǎng)上看了一些關(guān)于孔繁森的紀(jì)錄片，我看到他到任僅4個(gè)月的時(shí)間，他就跑遍了全市8個(gè)縣區(qū)所有的公辦學(xué)校和一半以上的村辦小學(xué)，為發(fā)展少數(shù)民族的教育事業(yè)奔波操勞；我看到他為了結(jié)束尼木縣續(xù)邁等3個(gè)鄉(xiāng)群眾易患大骨節(jié)病的歷史，他幾次爬到海拔近5000米的山頂水源處采集水樣，幫助群眾解決飲水問(wèn)題；同樣我也看到拉薩市墨竹工卡等縣發(fā)生強(qiáng)烈地震，孔繁森在羊日崗鄉(xiāng)的地震廢墟上，還領(lǐng)養(yǎng)了3名藏族孤兒，把“代表最廣大人民的利益”切實(shí)落到了實(shí)處。

1994年11月29日，孔繁森在去新疆塔城考察邊貿(mào)途中，因車(chē)禍殉職，年僅50歲。在孔繁森的葬禮上，懸掛著一幅挽聯(lián)，形象地概括了孔繁森的一生，也道出了藏族人民對(duì)他的懷念：

上聯(lián)：一塵不染兩袖清風(fēng)，視名利安危淡似獅泉河水。

下聯(lián)：二離桑梓獨(dú)戀雪域，置民族團(tuán)結(jié)重如岡底斯山。

歌曲《走進(jìn)西藏》、《公仆贊》、《等你回家》就是對(duì)他的贊頌。

在孔繁森的勤奮工作下，西藏阿里經(jīng)濟(jì)有了較快的發(fā)展。1994年，全地區(qū)國(guó)民生產(chǎn)總值超過(guò)1．8億元，比上年增長(zhǎng)37．5%；國(guó)民收入超過(guò)1．1億元，比上年增長(zhǎng)6．7%。他為了制定把阿里地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)帶上新臺(tái)階的規(guī)劃，準(zhǔn)備在最有潛力的邊貿(mào)、旅游等方面下功夫。為此，他帶領(lǐng)有關(guān)部門(mén)，親自到新疆塔城進(jìn)行邊貿(mào)考察。1994年11月29日，完成任務(wù)返回阿里途中，不幸發(fā)生車(chē)禍以身殉職，時(shí)年50歲。他犧牲后，江澤民總書(shū)記于1995年4月29日親筆題詞“向孔繁森同志學(xué)習(xí)”，時(shí)任國(guó)務(wù)院總理的李鵬也題詞“學(xué)習(xí)孔繁森同志熱愛(ài)人民、無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)的精神”。2009年9月14日，他被評(píng)為100位新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)感動(dòng)中國(guó)人物之一。而《孔繁森》一文也已被蘇教版語(yǔ)文書(shū)收錄為課文。孔繁森作為建國(guó)以來(lái)重大典型，被譽(yù)為“九十年代的雷鋒”、“新時(shí)期的焦裕祿”、“領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部的楷模”、“民族團(tuán)結(jié)的典范”。他用真摯的愛(ài)民之情，赤誠(chéng)的為民之心，強(qiáng)烈的富民之愿，用生命回答了人為什么活著?怎樣活著更有價(jià)值？這兩個(gè)根本問(wèn)題。恰恰就是對(duì)這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題正確解答，具有最樸素的普世價(jià)值和人文情懷，閃爍著不朽的文明之光、人性之光和理想之光。今天我們從普世價(jià)值的角度認(rèn)識(shí)和傳播孔繁森精神, 大力倡導(dǎo)愛(ài)人、幫人、關(guān)心人的人生價(jià)值觀，對(duì)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)，促進(jìn)世界和平與進(jìn)步大有裨益。

這一切，讓我受益匪淺。

我們?cè)诰拺涯切┙o予我們心靈深深震撼的優(yōu)秀黨員同時(shí)，也不要忘記對(duì)一些沒(méi)有意識(shí)到自己信仰的人的引以為戒。七屆二中全會(huì)時(shí)，毛主席就指出要防止敵人的“糖衣炮彈”，建國(guó)后一些人在經(jīng)歷住戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期槍林彈雨的前提下卻敗在了“糖衣炮彈”的腳下。劉青山，在血腥的白色恐怖籠罩下，在艱苦的八年抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)和三年多的人民解放戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中，曾奮不顧身地為黨的事業(yè)和人民群眾的解放，進(jìn)行過(guò)英勇的斗爭(zhēng)；但卻在新中國(guó)成立后在自己的職位上投機(jī)倒把、貪污受賄，成為被判處死刑的高官之一。這不得不使我們感受到如果缺失了信仰、模糊關(guān)于黨的性質(zhì)的認(rèn)識(shí)，將會(huì)導(dǎo)致一個(gè)多么嚴(yán)重的后果。

所以，我們要多向孔繁森、焦裕祿、雷鋒等優(yōu)秀的共產(chǎn)黨員學(xué)習(xí)！

優(yōu)秀黨員的優(yōu)秀事跡是我們立足的根本，而作為一個(gè)黨員的信仰是根本的根本。同時(shí)我們也應(yīng)意識(shí)到一些黨員在失去信仰后對(duì)黨、對(duì)人民造成的不良影響，并應(yīng)從中吸取教訓(xùn)。作為一名預(yù)備黨員，在清楚認(rèn)識(shí)到黨的性質(zhì)的同時(shí)我也認(rèn)識(shí)到自己應(yīng)該切實(shí)堅(jiān)定信仰，從身邊做起，從小事做起，積極實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的價(jià)值，維護(hù)黨以及黨員的優(yōu)良形象。

向黃群、宋月才、姜開(kāi)斌等先進(jìn)優(yōu)秀黨員學(xué)習(xí)

今天是10月20日，離黃群、宋月才、姜開(kāi)斌等四位同志壯烈犧牲已經(jīng)過(guò)去了整整兩個(gè)月。在今天，我們團(tuán)內(nèi)所有的黨員聚集在一起學(xué)習(xí)三位優(yōu)秀共產(chǎn)黨員的先進(jìn)事跡，他們?yōu)楸Ｗo(hù)國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)，不懼臺(tái)風(fēng)和巨浪，在自己的崗位上堅(jiān)持到最后一刻，用實(shí)際行動(dòng)詮釋了共產(chǎn)黨員對(duì)黨忠誠(chéng)、恪盡職守、不怕?tīng)奚膬?yōu)秀品格。

他們的精神值得學(xué)習(xí)，他們的行動(dòng)值得表彰，他們用他們的一生去詮釋如何去做一名合格的共產(chǎn)黨員。他們是我們需要學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣。

學(xué)習(xí)他們的先進(jìn)事跡，我懂得了，要成為一名習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想的忠實(shí)踐行者，不僅要多方面學(xué)習(xí)，還有結(jié)合實(shí)際，用屬于適合自己職業(yè)的方式，最大化的發(fā)揮黨員的先鋒作用，為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)屬于自己的力量。

身為一名黨員干部，我要以四位先進(jìn)典型為榜樣，立足本職崗位，從現(xiàn)在做起、從自己做起，堅(jiān)定信念、對(duì)黨忠誠(chéng)、擔(dān)當(dāng)作為，進(jìn)一步履職盡責(zé)。身為一名藝術(shù)工作者，用藝術(shù)為百姓帶來(lái)歡樂(lè)，豐富百姓的精神文化生活，這是我畢生的使命，立足崗位爭(zhēng)優(yōu)秀、為民服務(wù)作表率，努力創(chuàng)造無(wú)愧于時(shí)代、無(wú)愧于人民、無(wú)愧于歷史的業(yè)績(jī)。

立足根本，結(jié)合實(shí)際，為更好地為人民服務(wù)，我要堅(jiān)持經(jīng)常性的深入學(xué)習(xí)和鉆研，進(jìn)一步提高自身的政策水平和理論水平。同時(shí)，要按照黨的要求，嚴(yán)格要求自己，清清白白做人、扎扎實(shí)實(shí)做事。身為一名黨員，我要做到全心全意為人民服務(wù)，在任何時(shí)候都要把黨和人民利益放在首位。身為一名藝術(shù)工作者，我要時(shí)刻牢記使命，堅(jiān)持文化惠民送戲下鄉(xiāng)，豐富人民群眾的精神文化生活，用戲曲的形式宣揚(yáng)習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義思想和十九大精神。

作為一名黨員干部，我更要以身作則，起到帶頭作用，用實(shí)際行動(dòng)來(lái)詮釋我對(duì)黨的忠誠(chéng)，做一名新時(shí)代新作為新?lián)?dāng)?shù)幕鶎狱h員干部。
