為更好地關注八類特殊學生群體，構建和諧班級、和諧校園，我校根據學生的家庭、學習、性格等方面的特點，有針對性地開展工作，對家庭貧困學生、學習困難學生、單親及父母雙亡家庭學生、外來務工人員子女、留守兒童、隨班就讀殘疾兒童、家庭條件特別優越學生、學習成績特別優秀學生等八類學生，學校給每個學生建立了成長檔案，采取了以“導師制”為主體的教育管理模式，多措并舉，關心愛護每一位學生，對學生的學習、生活、思想、心理、行為、習慣予以全方位關注，通過思想上引導，學業上輔導，心理上疏導，生活上指導，引領學生健康成長。根據上級的指示精神，現就我班實施上述八類需特別關注的學生的教育工作情況總結如下：

一、摸清底數，建立完善特別關注群體學生檔案

通過家訪、調查等多種渠道，全面掌握學校班級中學生八類特殊學生群體的狀況，針對每一名學生的不同情況進行全面分析，重點關注。結合學校和學生實際，建立完善特別關注學生成長檔案，并建立嚴格的檔案管理制度，設定檔案借閱權限，注意保護學生個人隱私。將轄區內所有八類特別關注學生情況進行匯總上報。

二、實行學生成長導師制，為需特別關注學生配備成長導師 針對不同學生群體的情況，安排品德高尚、責任心強、學生信任的教師做特別關注學生的成長導師，通過開展“師生共成長”等活動，鼓勵導師結合自己的優勢，幫助被輔導的學生健康成長。學生成長導師及時關注學生的發展變化，及時記錄學生的成長足跡，引導他們健康成長。

導師們采取深入班級、深入學生，通過積極家訪、個人談心、觀察等方式，了解這些學生在生活、學習、思想、身體等方面存在的問題或困難，積極進行針對性的幫助。在特殊學生群體班級內開展結對子活動，如學習特別困難的學生與學習特別優秀的學生結成對子，健康強壯的學生與隨班就讀的殘疾學生結成對子，使他們共同成長，共同進步。

三、適時激勵樹自信

尺有所短，寸有所長。特殊群體學生也是一樣，每個人都有自己獨立的個性、人格特征及優點特長。導師們走進這些孩子中間，了解每個孩子的優點，激發他們身上的潛能，真正尊重每個孩子獨立的人格，并在不同場合認可、贊揚他們身上的優點，以及對集體的作用，讓他們感受“自己是集體的不可缺少的一分子”，從而養成積極向上的心理狀態。

每個學生都是要求上進的，特殊生也不例外，對學習特別優秀的或者學習困難的學生來說，他們的進步更需要老師的引導和激勵。如特別優秀的學生，他們在學習上有一定的優勢，但在心理上也存在著這樣那樣的缺點，比如自負、情緒化、集體合作意識不強、對班級關心不夠等等，因此他們更需要老師的引導和鼓勵。導師可以有意識地幫助他們樹立一顆平常心、增加適當的挫折教育、提出更高的學習目標以此來激勵他們，增強他們自我完善、自我教育的能力。激勵是一種動力,無論對哪類學生，不管是學習困難生，還是優秀生等，對他們每天的表現要及時地表揚，肯定他們那怕點滴的進步和閃光點，對不足之處，幫助他們進行分析，盡可能多表揚，少批評，做到有成績不抹殺，有缺點不掩蓋，愛之有度，嚴之有格，使這些學生能體驗成功的喜悅，增強進步的決心和信心。

四、溝通思想爭自強

特殊學生群體思想較為復雜，精神壓力大，為全面掌握學生的有關信息，學校要求每位導師堅持每周至少一次與學生個別談心，及時了解學生思想狀況，從心理上疏導，精神上支持，幫助他們解決思想上的疙瘩，讓他們快樂成長。如家庭條件特別優越和家庭貧困的學生，他們要么因為家庭條件太優越，要么太貧困，在心理上存在優越感或自卑感，在行為上也表現異常，因此，及時的家訪或電話聯系，加強與學生家長的溝通和交流，把孩子在學校的表現及時向家長或監護人匯報，讓家長或監護人及時了解孩子在學校的動態，適時改變家庭教育的方法，導師或者班主任把最適合孩子的教育方式與家長共享，以形成學校與家庭教育的最佳合力。

五、師生融洽促和諧

在關注特殊學生群體工作中，學校要求教師做到“八心”：對學生有“童心”，對家庭條件優越的學生要“靜心”，對尖子生要“細心”，對待優生須“恒心”，對貧困生獻“愛心”，對單親子女靠“熱心”，對務工子女持“耐心”，對智障學生有“憐憫心”。針對單親家庭子女和留守兒童兩類特殊群體，學校特意為其選派了“教師家長”。同時，為了營造團結互助的良好氛圍，積極引導學生自愿組成互助合作小組，讓學生在學習生活中取長補短、共同提高。

羊口中學：強化措施加強八類學生群體的教育工作

近日，羊口中學強化措施，對特別需要幫助的八類學生群體（家庭貧困學生、學習困難學生、單親及父母雙亡家庭學生、外來務工人員子女、留守兒童、隨班就讀殘疾兒童、家庭條件特別優越學生、學習成績特別優秀學生）加強教育工作，取得了顯著成效。

一是學校全面開展家庭貧困學生、單親及父母雙亡學生的師生幫扶活動，建立以校長為組長的學校幫扶領導小組。發出人人獻愛心的倡議書；

第四篇：八類勞動合同莫簽訂

八類勞動合同莫簽訂

由于金融危機影響，尋找工作壓力增大，有些企業為降低用人成本而有意侵害打工者的合法權益。因此，外出打工千萬要注意八類勞動合同，以避免合法權益受侵害。

首先，仔細了解情況，莫簽不知情合同。《勞動合同法》規定，招用勞動者時，應當如實告知工作內容、條件、地點、職業危害、安全生產狀況、勞動報酬等情況。打工者簽訂勞動合同前，應盡量對用人單位的這些情況以及企業文化、發展趨勢、員工管理等進行全面了解，盡量與資質和聲譽較好的單位簽訂勞動合同，從源頭防范非法用工和侵害合法權益的情形發生。

其次，簽約落在紙上，莫簽口頭承諾合同。《勞動合同法》規定，建立勞動關系，應當訂立書面勞動合同。口頭約定一旦發生糾紛各執一詞，打工者往往有口難辯。所以，打工者要主動提出簽訂書面勞動合同。如單位不簽，可向當地勞動保障部門反映并由其督促簽訂。

第三，查清用人資格，莫簽主體不適格合同。事先了解單位名稱、法人等情況，與具備用工主體資格的人直接簽訂勞動合同，特別是要注意轉包嚴重的行業。比如，《關于加強建設等行業農民工勞動合同管理的通知》規定，建筑工程項目部、項目經理、包工頭等都不具備用工主體資格。

第四，細讀合同條款，莫簽條款不全合同。《勞動合同法》規定，勞動合同應當具備單位名稱、住所和法定代表人；勞動者姓名、住址和居民身份證號碼；合同期限；工作內容和地點；工作時間和休息休假；勞動報酬；社會保險；勞動保護、勞動條件和職業危害防護等。外出打工，可向勞動保障部門索取規范合同文本，避免遺漏重要條款。若單位事先起草了文本，要仔細閱讀對于報酬、崗位、試用期、合同終止與解除等重要條款以及崗位說明書、勞動紀律、工資支付規定等規章制度。

第五，約定重要條款，莫簽模糊不清合同。根據《勞動法》和《工資支付暫行規定》等規定，工資應以人民幣形式支付，且至少每月支付一次。根據《最低工資規定》，工資在剔除加班工資和中班、夜班、高溫、低溫、有毒有害等特殊工作環境、條件下的津貼以及法定福利待遇等之后，不得低于當地最低工資標準。《建設領域農民工工資支付管理暫行辦法》等規定，工資嚴禁發放給“包工頭”或其他不具備用工主體資格的組織和個人。《勞動合同法》規定，試用期包含在勞動合同期限內。僅約定試用期的，試用期不成立。試用期工資不低于本單位相同崗位最低檔工資或合同約定工資的80%。具體崗位、報酬、試用期限等未按上述要求表述清楚的，要及時說明并要求修訂才可簽訂合同。

第六、牢記基本權利，莫簽侵犯權益合同。《勞動法》規定，勞動者每周至少休息一日。《關于職工工作時間的規定》規定，標準工作時間每日8小時、每周40小時。還規定元旦、春節、勞動節、國慶節和其他法定休假日應安排休假。《社會保險費征繳暫行條例》等規定，各類企業職工、個體工商戶和靈活就業人員，包括農民工，都應該參加基本養老保險。《勞動合同法》規定，應當嚴格執行勞動定額標準，不得強迫或變相強迫加班。安排加班應當按

規定支付加班費。勞動者對危害生命安全和身體健康的勞動條件，有權提出批評、檢舉和控告。對違反上述規定的侵權合同千萬不能遷就。

第七，掌握錄用條件，莫簽拖欠克扣合同。用人單位隨意設定“錄用標準”，就可能出現以試用期“不符合錄用條件”為由隨意解除勞動合同，或隨意降低、克扣工資或延長試用期限。所以，簽訂合同前，還要詳細了解錄用條件，最好書面確認錄用條件。

第八，平等協商簽訂，莫簽生死不管合同。平等協商簽訂合同。簽訂前，也可向有關部門或公共職介機構咨詢，確認合法性、公平性。要及時提出取消“工傷概不負責”等逃避責任的不平等條款。《勞動合同法》規定，在勞動合同文本上簽字或蓋章生效，文本由用人單位和勞動者各執一份。外出打工，要打有準備之仗，不能急于求成隨意簽訂勞動合同，避免導致自己的血汗錢付之東流。
