第五篇：小升初英語口語面試訣竅

面試，尤其是小學生，其實能有多少專業的東西可面。面的就是素質 ,心理素質的考驗,面試并不是要測試你的英語水平到底強到什么地步，更多是考察學生的應變能力和口頭表達能力 ,面試前訓練孩子，處亂不驚。無論發生什么，都要保持儀態 口齒要清晰，就算對老師說對不起，我不會，也要落落大方 ,就算你不知道英語怎么說，都要有優雅的儀表、不慌不忙的儀態,一定要在面試前訓練孩子，處亂不驚,訓練一下孩子的走臺、問好，面試過程中一定要與老師有眼神的交流 ,很多沒有經過演講訓練的孩子，一遇到自己不懂的東西就怯場.聽不懂，可以禮貌地提問 ,不要只說pardon ,而應說I beg your pardon ,please.語速不要快，有些孩子為了顯示自己的英語口語水平，總是會說得很快 ,說得太快，有失從容。

面試無非是幾種形式，1）自我介紹、2）問答、3）朗讀課文、4）命題口頭作文。一項一項來。1）自我介紹，這個是這兩天各位可以自己在家準備的。注意一下，著重介紹一下自己對廣外的見解和為什么要報考廣外。別只是介紹自己叫啥名字、幾歲了、愛好什么、吃飯沒有 這點很重要,招聘面試題來的, 在介紹為什么要報考廣外的時候，別千篇一律地把廣外辦學理念給搬上去，這樣聽上去很假。建議家長認真和孩子討論一下，到底是為什么。有個人特色的回答會抓老師的注意力。切記個人特色，讓老師在450人當中記住你。當然，有同學會說，天哪，這也太難了吧，用英語說。其實，再復雜的東西都可以用簡潔的方式表達出來。況且這個自我介紹是有兩天的時間給你們準備的。所以，為了讓孩子能把這個自我介紹做的出色。建議，1，和孩子討論一下到底為什么報考廣外，然后看看如何用最間接的語言表達出來。2,不妨起草一個書面的東西。3，盡量使用短句。是的，再長的句子都可以分拆成短句。自我介紹控制在五句話左右。或者是準備十句話，分成2部分。如果老師給的時間長，就十句話都說了。給的時間短，就只說最重要的5句。

第二項，問答。這個不好預測老師會問些什么，所以請各位參考白天兔兒媽整理的那個東東。關鍵點是，首先讓孩子放松，就算是第一句問話聽不懂，也不要慌張，更不要一副小鬼樣子。落落大方滴問老師，I beg your pardon。保持微笑，并與老師作眼神的交流。老師都是大人，都是愛護孩子的。真誠的眼神可以打動老師。其實也沒有那么懸乎,基本上老師會主動制造緊張氣氛的。緊張的氣氛不是老師制造的，是學生自己施加的，但是這也正常。事不關己的時候大家都認為沒啥可緊張的。可是你試試看事到臨頭。孩子歷練少，表現慌張正常得很。所以這兩天把這些東西灌輸給孩子。聽不懂沒關系。有些問題聽懂了，卻不知道怎么回答，可以參考白天那個面經，里頭說得很詳細了，再不濟就直接跟老師說，我得考慮一下才能回答您。切忌胡亂搭話。因為你說要考慮一下才能回答，老師可以認為你很嚴謹，但是你不能回答卻胡亂答話，老師會認為你的理解力有問題。本人做面試官多時。別答非所問。遇到這一類的應聘者，基本上就直接踢出局的。

第三項，朗讀文章。這個，根據之前我們的參賽經驗，不會太難。拿到文章后別立馬開腔。跟老師打聲招呼“我瀏覽一下”。然后

先看有無長句，有長句得馬上斷句。沒有長句的話，快速瀏覽一下文章就可以開始。注意要點。切忌自以為是加快語速。把語速放慢，尤其是平時講話快的孩子，家長一定要提醒注意。其次是語調，這個問題在口語好的孩子身上特別多見。就是語調起伏過大。給人感覺夸張。很戲劇化。當然，根據文章的情景，加一些自己的感覺進去是要的，要不然干巴巴也拿不到什么好的印象分，但是太過了，也會影響觀感。太帶有個人情緒的東西，都是雙面刃。

最后一項，口頭作文。這個應該會有準備的時間。如果允許帶筆和紙的話，很快的速度劃拉一下提綱。和寫中文作文一樣道理。除非自己對自己的英語程度特別有信心，否則不建議用長句。chinglish的問題不是這兩天時間能解決的。剛才dong初一講得很對。畢竟只是小學畢業生，老師不會用高中生的要求來做這個面試。所以，小學階段一些基本的句型可以在這兩天里復習復習。前面說過，再復雜的東西都可以用簡單的方式表達出來，前提是1）小孩反應夠快。2）對基本句型夠熟。基本句型爛熟于心的話，不用擔心。還有一點，不要冒險去用自己沒有把握的句型或字詞。剛才有同學問是站著還是坐著，這個我不知道。Yaheng媽六年級(1246706697)23:23:38。我也來插句：如果老師給的是幾個單詞組成作文的話，連貫不上時就用講做夢情景的形式。這是我家老公輔導女兒的秘籍。如果是坐著，注意一下背不要靠在椅子背上，保持上身挺直。雙手疊放在膝蓋大腿上。一般來說老師坐著 你就要站著 老師站著 你就要坐著。如果是站著的話，注意保持身姿挺立，表現出飽滿的精神見有空椅子就問老

讀錯的話，中間可以跟老師說：不好意思，錯了，然后再讀一遍。自我糾錯，一來表明你是懂得正確的讀法的，二來表明你很嚴謹。當然一兩個錯誤，自我糾錯沒問題，那句句都有錯的話，那會糾到老師犯暈的。如果有時間限制的，也許沒那么多時間讓你重復；而且重復得頻率也不能高就是了，前提是自已不能亂了手腳。

各位還是要根據孩子的強弱項，提取最重要的來強化訓練：比如，英語表達很強的，注意節奏，注意儀態；膽小的容易怯場的，鼓勵他（她），老師不會考太超出你年齡的東西。
