不同專業(yè)有不同的面試方法，以下主要是咨詢考上的不同專業(yè)學(xué)長學(xué)姐，資料僅供參考。

筆試是同一時(shí)間，上午2個(gè)半小時(shí)，一般題都做不完，感覺時(shí)間緊張。金融：英語與專業(yè)課面試一起。

教室里面9個(gè)老師，其中一個(gè)記分。一個(gè)一個(gè)進(jìn)去。

面試10分鐘左右。

首先中文自我介紹，匯報(bào)成績，然后抽2個(gè)專業(yè)課的題目（例如：期貨期權(quán)的定義、企業(yè)并購存在額原因以及如何防止）。再英語老師問2-3個(gè)問題（一般英語自我介紹看老師心情），例如：為什么大學(xué)生的工資比農(nóng)民工的高？ 注意：一般抽專業(yè)課題的時(shí)候，條窄的一般比較難，不知道的千萬別亂說。體檢記得帶小一寸照片。面試的時(shí)候可以臉皮厚點(diǎn)咨詢收資料的學(xué)姐。

國際經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)：英語單獨(dú)面試。

英語（5分鐘左右）：自我介紹，老師提問，相對(duì)來說題目有點(diǎn)簡單。3個(gè)老師，其中一個(gè)記分。

專業(yè)課（15-20分鐘）：3個(gè)老師提問，一個(gè)關(guān)于計(jì)量方面、一個(gè)關(guān)于宏觀和西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、另外一個(gè)隨意。例如：你對(duì)房地產(chǎn)有何想法？

西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)：英語單獨(dú)面試。

英語（5分鐘）：自我介紹、3個(gè)老師提問。例如：你是什么民族的，大學(xué)什么專業(yè)，家鄉(xiāng)情況。

專業(yè)課：老師寫一個(gè)公式出來，再對(duì)這個(gè)公式提出相關(guān)的問題。例如：IS-2M曲線、從三個(gè)方面分析美國次貸危機(jī)對(duì)中國的影響、失業(yè)率與通貨膨脹的關(guān)系。注意：跨專業(yè)的不用怕，膽大就行。一般兇的老師都是紙老虎，雖說前面幾個(gè)女生都是哭著跑出來的。著重復(fù)習(xí)凱恩斯、流動(dòng)性陷阱等，因?yàn)楣P試的時(shí)候也會(huì)出現(xiàn)。卷子偏向宏觀出題，畫圖也很重要。

會(huì)計(jì)：分開面試。

英語（5分鐘）：簡單的說明自己的名字，哪所大學(xué)畢業(yè)。抽題，讀一段關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)的英語，然后老師挑一句翻譯，或者問你個(gè)別詞是什么意思。3個(gè)老師，其中一個(gè)記分。

專業(yè)課（7-8分鐘）：由于人很多，所以分成好幾個(gè)小組同時(shí)面試。所以，不要看你的名字靠后，你就遲點(diǎn)來，那你就倒霉了。

一個(gè)一個(gè)進(jìn)去，如果你是會(huì)計(jì)實(shí)務(wù)方向的，就從會(huì)計(jì)和成本管理分別抽一道，（財(cái)務(wù)管理的話就是會(huì)計(jì)和財(cái)務(wù)管理）回答，即可。3個(gè)老師態(tài)度很好，還會(huì)和你聊天緩解你的壓力。例如：利得的定義與收入的區(qū)別、成本不同分類的定義。注意：條窄的有點(diǎn)難，題目都是題庫里面的，運(yùn)氣好的話就能抽到簡單的。財(cái)政學(xué)：先自我介紹，然后老師根據(jù)自我介紹隨機(jī)問幾個(gè)問題，形式很自由。專業(yè)課：什么是公共選擇？公共選擇理論是誰提出來的》？ZF預(yù)算的意義是什么？

關(guān)于購買性支出與轉(zhuǎn)移支付的相關(guān)問題

英語：（一般沒有自我介紹，不過還是要準(zhǔn)備以防萬一沒話說）

你的父母是做什么工作的？如果他們過生日你打算送什么給他們？為什么？植樹節(jié)的意義？

你對(duì)春節(jié)的了解

在校期間做過什么項(xiàng)目？

注意：前人的題目很重要，一定拿到手

以前什么專業(yè)？現(xiàn)在選擇什么專業(yè)？為什么選擇這個(gè)專業(yè)？ 國際貿(mào)易學(xué)：

專業(yè)：美國危機(jī)對(duì)中國的影響

中國進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的近況是什么》？

英語：看過什么書？簡單介紹其內(nèi)容。

保險(xiǎn)學(xué)：單人抽題，大概兩個(gè)老師面試，題目和專業(yè)課有關(guān)，是中文的題目，抽完題后先把題翻譯成英文，然后用英文回答，回答完畢老師根據(jù)你回答的內(nèi)容提兩個(gè)問題。

國際金融學(xué)：單人抽題，先簡單的自我介紹，然后回答，沒有提問。“富人比窮人更快樂”

財(cái)政學(xué)：單人抽題，然后回答，沒有提問。“大學(xué)里最有意義的活動(dòng)”

區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)：自我介紹，老師提問，大概十幾分鐘（自我介紹說的越多老師問的越少）

企業(yè)管理：兩人一組（老師提前隨機(jī)分好組），進(jìn)屋后抽題（英文的）兩人用對(duì)話的形式自我介紹并回答問題，之后老師再問每個(gè)人一個(gè)問題，類似于你最喜歡的歌曲或者最喜歡的顏色之類的。

企業(yè)管理

1、筆試。大部分都是出自復(fù)試所要求的課本里，一定要結(jié)合當(dāng)前的商界的熱點(diǎn)去重點(diǎn)復(fù)習(xí)某些內(nèi)容。可以下載或者到淘寶購買復(fù)試筆試往年的真題來練習(xí)一下

2、專業(yè)面試。11年的時(shí)候是抽三個(gè)話題選兩個(gè)回答。專業(yè)面試中的問題不僅出自復(fù)試的書本，也有一部分是初試要求的書本中的內(nèi)容。所以復(fù)試前最好適當(dāng)看一下管理學(xué)的筆記，回憶一下。面試時(shí)有七八個(gè)老師面試你，但也不要緊張，淡定。不記得就按自己的理解說一下。

3、英語口語。11年英語口語復(fù)試是采取自由分組面試的形式（包括兩個(gè)人對(duì)話，抽話題進(jìn)行討論，然后再回答老師的問題）。

兩個(gè)人一組，少干一般在后面復(fù)試，所以準(zhǔn)備的時(shí)間比較多。抓緊時(shí)間找一個(gè)同學(xué)和你組成一個(gè)小組，現(xiàn)場準(zhǔn)備一下對(duì)話。通過對(duì)話要讓對(duì)方和老師認(rèn)識(shí)你（可以講一下個(gè)自己的家鄉(xiāng)，畢業(yè)的學(xué)校，愛好等等）。

對(duì)話前已經(jīng)抽了話題，對(duì)話完后就要討論。如果抽到的話題有不懂的詞，要學(xué)會(huì)隨機(jī)應(yīng)變，在對(duì)話時(shí)就問一下搭檔，看他懂不懂。不懂的話討論時(shí)那只能亂扯了。復(fù)試前最好看一下初試時(shí)的一些作文材料，很多句子可以對(duì)討論有幫助。

至于老師問的問題，一般就是和你相關(guān)的：如你對(duì)北京的印象怎么樣？你為什么要選擇這個(gè)專業(yè)等。這些可以在網(wǎng)上找一些研究生復(fù)試英語口語資料看一下。

根據(jù)教育部有關(guān)碩士研究生復(fù)試錄取文件精神，為深入貫徹落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，推進(jìn)研究生教育結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化，積極發(fā)展專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育，不斷改進(jìn)和完善研究生選拔的模式和辦法，現(xiàn)結(jié)合我校實(shí)際，特制定本辦法。

一、基本要求

（一）所有擬錄取考生均應(yīng)通過資格審查、復(fù)試及體格檢查后方能被錄取（推免生已復(fù)試不再重復(fù)進(jìn)行）。

（二）在教育部劃定的“2010年全國碩士研究生統(tǒng)一入學(xué)考試考生進(jìn)入復(fù)試的初試成績基本要求”基礎(chǔ)上，我校根據(jù)各招生專業(yè)上線生源情況，制定各專業(yè)復(fù)試總分分?jǐn)?shù)線。復(fù)試采取差額復(fù)試的辦法進(jìn)行。參加復(fù)試的總?cè)藬?shù)一般為《中央財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)2010年攻讀碩士學(xué)位研究生招生專業(yè)目錄》公布的招生計(jì)劃的120%左右。

（三）調(diào)劑考生的初試成績必須符合報(bào)考專業(yè)所屬學(xué)科門類的“2010年全國碩士研究生統(tǒng)一入學(xué)考試考生進(jìn)入復(fù)試的初試成績基本要求”，申請(qǐng)調(diào)劑專業(yè)原則上要與其原報(bào)考專業(yè)所屬學(xué)科門類相同。具體申請(qǐng)要求詳見《關(guān)于一志愿報(bào)考我校考生申請(qǐng)調(diào)劑復(fù)試的通知》。

（四）少數(shù)民族高層次骨干人才計(jì)劃碩士研究生參加復(fù)試分?jǐn)?shù)線為初試總分240分，單科不限。

二、復(fù)試工作的組織和職責(zé)

（一）成立學(xué)校碩士研究生招生工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)碩士研究生的復(fù)試錄取工作。組長由分管研究生工作的校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)擔(dān)任，成員由研究生部、校紀(jì)檢監(jiān)察部門、各招生學(xué)院（含研究院、中心，以下簡稱學(xué)院）負(fù)責(zé)人組成。

具體工作職責(zé)和要求是：

１．貫徹執(zhí)行國家研究生招生的方針、政策與規(guī)定；

２．制定我校碩士研究生復(fù)試錄取辦法；

３．指導(dǎo)各招生學(xué)院碩士研究生招生錄取工作，負(fù)責(zé)全校招生錄取工作的組織與協(xié)調(diào)；

４．領(lǐng)導(dǎo)各招生學(xué)院建立健全各院的復(fù)試組織工作，加強(qiáng)對(duì)復(fù)試工作的指導(dǎo)，負(fù)責(zé)組織招生學(xué)院制定有關(guān)復(fù)試教師的遴選辦法、復(fù)試工作制度要求及培訓(xùn)方案；

５．以校紀(jì)委監(jiān)察部門為主體制定復(fù)試監(jiān)察和復(fù)議辦法，并選派專人對(duì)復(fù)試錄取工作全程進(jìn)行全面有效的巡查和監(jiān)督。

（二）各招生學(xué)院根據(jù)學(xué)科（專業(yè)）成立碩士研究生復(fù)試工作組和資格審查工作組，負(fù)責(zé)組織和協(xié)調(diào)本院復(fù)試及錄取各項(xiàng)工作，并對(duì)本院復(fù)試和錄取結(jié)果負(fù)

責(zé)。組長由本院黨政主要負(fù)責(zé)人擔(dān)任，并實(shí)行組長負(fù)責(zé)制。

復(fù)試工作組成員由相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人、學(xué)術(shù)骨干、碩士生導(dǎo)師、具有副高級(jí)以上職稱（含副高級(jí)）或具有博士學(xué)位的教師等組成。資格審查工作組成員由各招生學(xué)院負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生思想政治工作的教師構(gòu)成，不少于3人。

復(fù)試考生較多的專業(yè)可成立若干個(gè)復(fù)試小組，復(fù)試小組組長和成員由本學(xué)院復(fù)試工作組確定，各復(fù)試工作組或復(fù)試小組成員不少于5人。

復(fù)試工作組具體工作職責(zé)和要求是：

１．選派經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富、業(yè)務(wù)水平高、公道正派的人員參與復(fù)試工作，并對(duì)其進(jìn)行有關(guān)復(fù)試原則和政策、紀(jì)律等方面的培訓(xùn)，規(guī)范工作行為，同時(shí)制定有關(guān)本院復(fù)試工作實(shí)施辦法和準(zhǔn)則；

２．負(fù)責(zé)考生資格審查工作；

３．負(fù)責(zé)專業(yè)課筆試的閱卷工作；

４．負(fù)責(zé)制定專業(yè)課面試實(shí)施方案、專業(yè)課面試題庫命題和組織工作； ５．負(fù)責(zé)制定外語聽說能力測試實(shí)施方案、外語聽說能力測試題庫命題和組織工作；

６．負(fù)責(zé)考生的專業(yè)課面試和外語聽說能力測試工作，同一專業(yè)各復(fù)試小組試題的難易程度、面（測）試要求和成績評(píng)定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要明確統(tǒng)一，以保持整個(gè)面（測）試過程的評(píng)分一致性、連貫性和公正性。

外語聽說能力測試復(fù)試組的成員不少于2名教師。如學(xué)院條件許可，可對(duì)面（測）試過程進(jìn)行全程錄音；

７．認(rèn)真填寫《2010年碩士研究生入學(xué)考試專業(yè)課面試記錄》和《外語聽說能力測試記錄》,并須當(dāng)場給出考生的專業(yè)課面試成績和外語聽說能力測試成績;根據(jù)考生的《2010年碩士研究生復(fù)試素質(zhì)和能力考核表》和《2010年碩士研究生復(fù)試政審函調(diào)表》及考生復(fù)試中的舉止、表達(dá)等給出綜合素質(zhì)考核成績；

８．負(fù)責(zé)同等學(xué)力考生加試的命題、組考和閱卷工作；

９．填報(bào)考生專業(yè)課面試成績、外語聽說能力測試成績、綜合素質(zhì)和能力考核成績、同等學(xué)力考生加試成績；

１０．建立考生個(gè)人復(fù)試檔案，包括考生資格審查材料和各項(xiàng)復(fù)試考試材料，以備核查和存檔。

凡有親屬參加復(fù)試的教師，不能參加復(fù)試工作。

三、復(fù)試內(nèi)容要求和計(jì)分辦法

（一）復(fù)試內(nèi)容

包括資格審查、專業(yè)課筆試、專業(yè)課面試、外國語聽說能力測試、綜合素質(zhì)和能力考核、體格檢查。此外，同等學(xué)力考生還需加試。

（二）計(jì)分辦法及具體要求

１．資格審查考核和體格檢查以合格和不合格計(jì)；

２．復(fù)試總分為100分,其中專業(yè)課筆試占50%,專業(yè)課面試占40%,外語聽說能力測試占10%；

３．專業(yè)課筆試、專業(yè)課面試和外語聽說能力測試均實(shí)行百分制；

４．專業(yè)課筆試考試時(shí)間為2小時(shí)?考試依據(jù)《中央財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)2010年攻讀碩士學(xué)位研究生招生簡章》（以下簡稱《招生簡章》）中公布的專業(yè)課復(fù)試筆試科目內(nèi)容進(jìn)行，參考書目為《招生簡章》中所列全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生復(fù)試專業(yè)課筆試參考書目、全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位方向碩士研究生復(fù)試專業(yè)課筆試參考書目、學(xué)術(shù)型碩士研究生復(fù)試專業(yè)課參考書目。本項(xiàng)考試由研究生部統(tǒng)一組織；

５．專業(yè)課面試注重對(duì)考生專業(yè)素質(zhì)、實(shí)踐能力及創(chuàng)新精神等方面的考核，每位考生面試時(shí)間不少于15分鐘，考核成績的依據(jù)和權(quán)重是

１）大學(xué)階段學(xué)習(xí)情況及成績，占專業(yè)課面試成績的10%；

２）采用題庫試題考核方式考核考生對(duì)本學(xué)科（專業(yè)）理論知識(shí)和應(yīng)用技能的掌握程度，利用所學(xué)理論發(fā)現(xiàn)、分析和解決問題的能力，對(duì)本學(xué)科發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)的了解以及在本專業(yè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的潛力，此項(xiàng)考核占專業(yè)課面試成績的80%；

３）參加研究生復(fù)試之前實(shí)習(xí)以及發(fā)表論文、參加課題研究等科研情況，占專業(yè)課面試成績的10%。

專業(yè)課面試成績以百分制計(jì)。專業(yè)課面試時(shí)可只對(duì)專業(yè)課面試中的（２）進(jìn)行考核，并當(dāng)場給出成績。（１）和（３）可于面試前或面試后根據(jù)考生提供相關(guān)材料進(jìn)行打分，最后對(duì)每位復(fù)試小組教師打出的專業(yè)課面試成績加權(quán)平均計(jì)算該考生的專業(yè)課面試成績。本項(xiàng)考試由招生學(xué)院復(fù)試工作組負(fù)責(zé)組織；

６．外語聽說能力測試采取測試教師與考生問答或?qū)υ挼男问竭M(jìn)行，每位考生考試時(shí)間不少于５分鐘。測試重在考查考生運(yùn)用外語進(jìn)行交流的能力，主要從發(fā)音的正確性、使用語言的準(zhǔn)確性、流利程度、理解和判斷能力等方面進(jìn)行測試。測試組每位教師所給成績加權(quán)平均計(jì)算后的成績?yōu)榭忌庹Z聽說能力測試成績。本項(xiàng)考試由招生學(xué)院復(fù)試工作組負(fù)責(zé)組織；

７． 綜合素質(zhì)考核內(nèi)容包括

（１）思想政治素質(zhì)和道德品質(zhì)考核，占綜合素質(zhì)考核的30%；

（２）報(bào)考專業(yè)以外的學(xué)習(xí)、科研、社會(huì)實(shí)踐或?qū)嶋H工作表現(xiàn)等方面的情況，占綜合素質(zhì)考核的30%；

（３）事業(yè)心、責(zé)任感、紀(jì)律性、協(xié)作性和心理健康等情況，占綜合素質(zhì)考核的20%；

（４）人文素養(yǎng)、舉止、表達(dá)和禮儀等，占綜合素質(zhì)考核的20%?綜合素質(zhì)考核以五級(jí)記分制(優(yōu)?良?中?合格?不合格)計(jì)分?綜合素質(zhì)考核中的(4)可于面試時(shí)進(jìn)行考核,其它三項(xiàng)可于面試前或面試后根據(jù)考生提供相關(guān)材料進(jìn)行考核，最后四項(xiàng)

匯總后按五級(jí)計(jì)分制給出考生綜合素質(zhì)考核成績。本項(xiàng)考試由招生學(xué)院復(fù)試工作組和資格審查工作組負(fù)責(zé)組織；

８．同等學(xué)力考生復(fù)試期間除參加上述各項(xiàng)內(nèi)容的復(fù)試外，還須加試所報(bào)考專業(yè)的兩門本科主干課程?加試科目不得與初試?復(fù)試科目相同?加試方式為筆試,考試時(shí)間為每門3小時(shí),試卷滿分為100分。本項(xiàng)考試由招生學(xué)院復(fù)試工作組負(fù)責(zé)組織。

四、錄取工作

（一）總成績計(jì)算辦法

研究生部對(duì)考生初試和復(fù)試成績進(jìn)行加權(quán)計(jì)算。

學(xué)術(shù)型碩士研究生考生(含全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位方向考生)的總成績滿分為600分，計(jì)算公式為：總成績=初試總分×60%+復(fù)試總分×300%。

全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位會(huì)計(jì)碩士、法律碩士（法學(xué)）、法律碩士（非法學(xué)）考生的總成績滿分為600分，計(jì)算公式為：總成績＝初試總分×48%+復(fù)試總分×360%。

（二）錄取原則

不接收調(diào)劑考生的專業(yè)，根據(jù)考生總成績排序，按招生計(jì)劃名額擇優(yōu)確定擬錄取名單。

接收調(diào)劑考生的專業(yè)，要對(duì)本專業(yè)第一志愿考生和參加復(fù)試調(diào)劑考生的總成績分別排序，首先從復(fù)試合格的本專業(yè)第一志愿考生中擇優(yōu)確定擬錄取名單，如未達(dá)到招生計(jì)劃名額，再從復(fù)試合格的調(diào)劑考生中擇優(yōu)確定擬錄取名單，錄滿為止。
