隨著網絡的普及，互聯網進入千家萬戶，網絡文學作為一種新的文學形式走上了歷史的舞臺，并成為了主流文學之一，也使得各種網絡文學網站如雨后春筍林立而出。這種迅雷不及掩耳的發展勢頭遠遠超出了相關學科的發展速度，使得這些網站的編輯人員的素質參差不齊，作品質量良莠相混，不僅對網站的發展產生了不良影響，更是對社會文化的發展造成了不良后果。網絡文學作為新的文學形式，其發展前景廣闊，社會影響深遠，作為網絡文學載體和傳播媒介的文學網站，肩負著巨大的責任，而作為網絡編輯，更是責任重大。因此，加強網絡編輯的職責與素養，是目前網絡文學發展的重中之重。

Abstract

With the popularity of the network, Internet is accessible to millions of households, and the network literature comes into being as a new literary form, and it become one of the mainstream literature.Besides, literary website also makes a variety of networks spring out, which develop much faster than the development of related disciplines, making the quality of the editorial staff of these sites uneven, and also the work quality.It not only has a negative impact on the development of the site, but also on the social and cultural development.As a new form ofliterature, network literature has a bright prospect and far-reaching social impact.As a vector network literature and the media literary website, it shoulders a huge responsibility.And as the Web Editor, he has a heavier responsibility.Therefore, strengthening the network editing duties and its capability is the most important thing to develop the network literature.Key words:literary sites，web editor，responsibilities，accomplishment

摘要

Man-puppet play is a kind of the local form of performance in Lingao county of Hainan province, having a long history and broad social base，the with unique art form and content rich，as well as its good momentum of development in the history of temporary high status and the impact on the reality and widely enjoyed by the masses which is widely loved.Making temporary high as Chinese puppetry arts garden village, it is a treasure of Chinese national intangible cultural heritage, known as “a rare in the world, a must in China”.Puppet play is characterized by dolls performance，complementing the melody of the dolls in artists’hands with the help of their timbres, which sings by means of the Lingao dialect.It’s mainly popular in the northwest of Hainan island and the surroundings, such as Chengmai, Danzhou, Haikou city and other cities and counties where people mainly speak Lingao dialect.(Times New Roman 小四)Key words:Folk culture；Man-puppet play；The basic characteristics； Problems and Solutions（Times New Roman小四）
