1、第一次去雪山有什么感受？有想過再去一次嗎？

第一次去雪山是07年跟大灰狼去登姜桑拉姆。說實話，那時候去的時候，目標很單純，就想在雪山那種極限的條件下挑戰一下自己，會是什么樣的反應。就單純的是一種想挑戰吧。順便也想去遙遠的西藏，感受一下異域風情。登完山以后，那時候沒有登頂，心里還是很遺憾的。后來想再去一次，沒有想過，因為我那時候念化學嘛，會專心的從事我的學業，會念研究生，會出國。至少沒有想過，會在念書期間再去一次。事實上，又再去了一次，很多故事的特定情節決定了這個結局。

2、有人說，作為會長去帶領一支登山隊是自己的一個承諾。當你知道自己會擔任會長的時候是什么感受？有想過退縮嗎？

我想問每一個會長，他都會說這是一個承諾。不管遇到什么困難，都會踐行這個承諾。我也一樣。不過當時在上一任理事長通知我擔任會長的時候，其實是在意料之中的。因為在你接任這個位子之前，他們會或多或少的給你一些提示。專項的培訓也罷。你自己會知道自己會走向這個位置。當時，曾經也想要拒絕過。因為自己想要出國去念書，但只是想想，最終······呵呵。還是選擇了去踐行這個諾言吧，擔任隊長，再去登一次山。

3、連續三年登山隊都沒有登頂，對協會有什么影響？對你籌備雪山有什么影響？

協會連續三年沒有登頂，對我那年山峰的選擇，確實有很大的壓力。雪山沒有登頂····嗯···至少會有三個方面的影響吧。第一個是對自己的會員，我們是登山協會，有沒有登頂，直接反映了你這個協會的實力。如果，協會三年沒有登頂，至少讓自己的會員，榮譽感或者是歸屬感大打折扣。會員對于自己協會的管理層給予的壓力也會比較大。

第二個是兄弟社團。我記得姜桑拉姆登頂失敗以后，北航的凌峰社就有會員說，廈大，怎么，衰敗了嗎？念青沒有登頂，姜桑拉姆也沒有登頂。這個廈大登協已經不是以前的那個廈大登協了。所以，來自兄弟社團的壓力也很大。

第三個是來自于贊助商的。因為我們去拉贊助，最大的籌碼就是登頂，給他做廣告。在媒體上有比較高的曝光率。如果你連續三年都沒有登頂，你怎么去說服你的贊助商以后再給你贊助呢？

所以，這個對我的雪山壓力很大很大。

所以我雪山的第一個考慮的首要要素就是要確保登頂。所以，選擇了比較簡單的啟孜。

但是我當時做策劃的時候，是做了雙峰連攀。選擇了啟孜和姜桑拉姆。但是，恰好，那年西藏那里出現了一個，企業家自己去攀登，好像是慕士塔格，遇到了山難，所以，西藏登協規定，高校登山隊只能在啟孜和姜峰中選一座。慎重考慮，選擇了啟孜。就算是回到我們夢開始的地方。我們那年剛好是七年，七年之癢嘛，回到初戀的地方。開始協會的另外一輪的發展。

4、在你擔任會長那年，支教隊、騎行隊出發了。登協已經從一個小的協會發展成了一個大登協。你對此有什么看法？

要先開始講講我們那年的小背景。我做會長的時候是09年。協會06、07、08攀登失敗，三年連續的失敗，恰好我當會長的時候，整個協會的氛圍是比較微妙的。因為三年登山失敗，協會內部的人員也好，不論是普通會員還是管理層，都會反思協會這幾年的發展。所以到我們這屆的時候，非常深刻的感覺到協會到了一個瓶頸。然后想要打破這個瓶頸的愿望非常強烈。以至于，在我做漳校負責人，興昊在做會長的時候，大家都顯得意見非常的沖突。不像以前那樣，一個聲音去做。而且，我們06級這屆，我覺得比較特殊吧，像大家比較熟悉的······，他們個人能力都很強，都有很多的想法。包括我也和他們一樣，有很多自己的想法。所以，我們這屆，對協會未來怎么走，都有自己的看法和聲音。

大致可以歸結為2條。

第一條是走專業型。協會既然是登山協會，就應該把登山做到極致。就是要相當專業才能稱得上是一個登山協會。

還有一個是做一個綜合型的社團。把登協當成一個平臺。去支教也好，去騎行也好，去戶外拓展也好，登山也好，只要你有這種志同道合的朋友。

但，就我個人而言。廈大登協走一個綜合型的社團。因為但就登山這個來說，處在南方這個，祖國的東南角，又不是在西域，也沒有冰雪，很難將登山發揮到極致。我覺得應該因地制宜吧。所以，后來出現騎行也好，支教也好，我都是很贊成的。也很鼓勵他們這樣去做。哪怕會從另一塊消耗協會的人力、物力。但是我覺得這種小的代價是值得的。所以協會那年出了很多新的東西。出現了騎行隊，支教隊，而且現在都做的有聲有色，我想對協會，這也是一個發展吧。

5、之前，有幾次，登山隊都因為裝備而失去了登頂的機會。所以，你曾提議向已畢業的老會員借錢來增加協會的裝備。你能簡單介紹一下當時的情況嗎？

這個想法，直接來源也是前幾年因為裝備的原因，失去了登頂的機會。比如06年因為路繩而失去了登頂的機會。07年也因為雪錐不合格失去登頂的機會。這是第一個原因。第二個原因，不論是冬訓還是去西藏登雪山都要花費一定的資金。而且我們計算過，三次的租金就可以買這樣的裝備。所以我個人就覺得這是一個很大的損失。還不如向已畢業的老會員，協會成立于02年，原來的老會員已經在社會上打拼了幾年，有一定的經濟基礎了吧，所以有可能會實現這個構想。通過理事會的討論，各位理事包括已畢業很久的老會員，比如爺爺和阿培的贊成。那年我們向老會員借了3萬塊錢，買了一些登山靴、兩副冰鎬和幾個冰爪呀，這些裝備，增強了協會的硬件。也讓我們因為裝備失去登頂機會或者因為租金造成的損失小一些吧。所以產生了這個想法。

6、你覺得協會給你最大的觸動是什么？或者，你覺得協會的精神是什么？

協會的精神很難用一兩句話，或者一兩個詞來概括。

就我個人而言，協會給我最大的觸動就是，一個是夢想。夢想，他不是一個目的，一個為了利益而想去實現的一個想法，比如你去登山，你去結實朋友，見識更多的事件。第二個就是堅持。不論多大的苦難，遇到多大的反對的聲音，只要他是正確的，你都應該去堅持。

還有的就是怎么樣去做一個管理者。我覺得大學四年，我做了登協的負責人，會長也好，不是一個成功的管理者。畢業了，我現在也是公司的一個小管理者，登協的管理經驗，給我留下了寶貴的財富。我可以不斷的，反復的去總結。給我現在提供一些指引吧。在怎么就是怎么去愛一個人，或者去接受一個人的愛。因為協會里，你會遇到很多的朋友，也會遇到你喜歡的人。但是，愛這個東西是很復雜的。你需要去實踐，需要去愛過，或者被愛過，才會懂的。我覺得這是協會給我的一項財富吧。

（小明）接下來，我再說說我的小小的感悟。這也是我從電影上看來的。

不論好的，壞的，都是你自己的。遇到快樂，你就享受快樂，遇到痛苦，那你就享受痛苦。抓住眼前的，活在當下，不要等到什么特定的條件下再去做，因為到那個時候，心情不在了，或者已經是物是人非了。

1.給我們簡單介紹一下銀杏湖景區？
