4、DDC：Destination Delivery Charge 到港（目的港）提貨費（實為目的港之碼頭附加費）

5、THC：Terminal（碼頭）Handling Charge 碼頭操作（吊柜）費

注：ORC、SPSC、DDC、THC等從名稱上看似為碼頭收的，實質上是船公司巧立名目，間接提升Ｏ／Ｆ（ocean freight）（海嗶M）

6、FAF：Fuel（燃油）Adjusted Factor 燃油價格調整附加費。日線常用，性質同BAF

7、BAF：Bunker（燃油）adjusted factor 注：BAF=FAF 不同人有不同叫法

8、EBS：Emergency Bunker Surcharge 緊急燃油附加費

注：EBS≠BAF EBS≠FAF

EBS系于BAF（FAF）基礎上加收的。當燃油費漲得不很厲害時僅收BAF（FAF）；當油價奇高時（如：US$28/桶以上）則同時收BAF與EBS

9、REF：退傭費 全寫自猜為

Rebate Fee Rebate：回扣

Forwarder 給 Shipper（客戶）rebate；有的Carrier 給Forwarder rebate

10、PCTF=PTF 少部分寫為PCS。三個含義均為巴拿馬吆癰郊淤M。

PCTF、PTF全稱Panama Canal Transit Fee，PCS：Panama Canal Surcharge

注：去East Coast（美東）若采用A/W（All water全水路）方式運輸。

則必Transit（通過）Panama Canal；另一條去E.C（美東）之路：于W.C（美西）卸船中轉鐵路。

11、DOC：Document 文件費＝Document Transfer（轉換、傳遞）Fee（但不簡寫DTF！）按BL（Bill）即Set（套）收。一套單叫：One bill或One Set

12、DTHC：Destination THC 目的港碼頭費與DDC差不多

13、TAR：戰爭附加費 Temporary（臨時的≈Provisional）Additional Risks 本義為“臨時附加費風險”實指戰爭附加費

14、GRI：綜合費率上漲附加費（美、南美線收）類似PSS于旺季收，一般為US$15左右

15、CUC：底盤費。可能指車船直接換裝時的吊裝吊卸費

16、ARB：中轉費

T/S：中轉費 Transship

ITL：中轉費 可能指美線貨，于W.C卸船后轉內陸鐵

Eg：大船至Rotterdam卸、裝feeder（支線駁船）至Dublin都柏林(Ireland)。From Rotterdam to Dublin之嗶M為ＡＲＢ

18、FAF：日本線才收此費。別的收ＢＡＦ。但現在美線、歐地線也有人將BAF稱作FAF。

19、IFA：臨時燃油附加費

20、EBA：Emergency Bunker Adjustor 非洲，中、南美洲線收取

EBS：澳洲等線收

21、PCS：港口擁擠附加費。大部分情況下，大多數人用它指Port Congestion（擁擠）Surcharge 用于Israel India &中、南美洲（落后地區，港口作業率低）

另：pcs還指pieces(件)。

22、ACC：走廊附加費。從LBH（Long Beach）、LAX（Los Angeles）中轉至加州（California）亞利桑那州（Arizona）內華達州（Nevada）的貨收

23、GRR：General Rate Restoration（修復）：YM Line：（陽明公司）于旺季收的。

— 在我國，國際貨運代理具有兩種含義，其一是指國際貨運代理業（廣義）；其二是指國際貨運代理人（狹義）。

— 根據1995年6月29日國務院批準的《中華人民共和國國際貨物運輸代理業管理規定》第2條規定“國際貨物運輸代理業，是指接受進出口貨物收貨人、發貨人的委托，以委托人的名義或者以自己的名義，為委托人辦理國際貨物運輸及相關業務并收取服務報酬的行業。”

— 國際貨運代理人是指接受進出口貨物收貨人、發貨人和承運人的委托，以委托人的名義或者以自己的名義，為委托人辦理國際貨物運輸及相關業務并收取服務報酬的企業。可見，國際貨運代理人就是我們通常所說的國際貨運代理企業。— 貨代企業的經營范圍

— 根據《中華人民共和國國際貨運代理業管理規定實施細則》的規定，國際貨運代理企業的經營范圍如下：

—（1）攬貨、訂艙、托運、倉儲、包裝；

—（2）貨物的監裝、監卸、集裝箱的拆箱、分撥、中轉及相關的短途運輸服務； —（3）報關、報檢、報驗、保險；

—（4）繕制簽發有關單證、交付運費、結算及交付雜費； —（5）國際展品、私人物品及過境貨物運輸代理； —（6）國際多式聯運、集運； —（7）國際快遞；

—（8）咨詢及其他相關國際貨運代理業務。— 國際貨運代理的性質

— 國際貨物運輸代理人本質上屬于貨物運輸關系人的代理人，是聯系發貨人、收貨人和承運人的貨物運輸中介人。

— 國際貨物運輸代理行業本質屬于第三產業，性質上屬于服務行業隸屬于第四個物質生產部門--交通運輸業，屬于運輸輔助行業。— 國際貨運代理的分類

—

1、以委托人的性質為標準，可以將國際貨運代理劃分為： —（1）貨主的代理:是指接受進出口貨物收、發貨人的委托，為了托運人的利益辦理國際貨物運輸及相關業務，并收取相應的報酬的國際貨運代理。

—（2）承運人的代理:是指接受從事國際運輸業務的承運人的委托，為了承運人的利益辦理國際貨物運輸及相關業務，并收取相應的報酬的國際 —

2、以委托人委托的代理人數量為標準，可以將國際貨運代理劃分為： —（1）獨家代理:是指委托人授予一個代理人在特定的區域或者特定的運輸方式或服務類型下，獨家代理其從事國際貨物運輸業務和/或相關業務的國際貨運代理。

—（2）普通代理:又稱多家代理，它是指委托人在特定的區域或者特定的運輸方式或服務類型下，同時委托多個代理人代理其從事國際貨物運輸業務和/或相關業務的國際貨運代理。

—

3、以委托人授予代理人權限范圍為標準，可以將國際貨運代理劃分為： —

（1）全權代理:是指委托人概括委托代理人辦理某項國際貨物運輸業務和/或相關業務，并授予其根據委托人及自己意志靈活處理相關事宜權利的國際貨運代理。

—

（2）一般代理:是指委托人委托代理人辦理某項具體國際貨物運輸業務和/或相關業務，要求其根據委托人的意志處理相關事宜的國際貨運代理。—

5、以代理人的層次為標準，可以將國際貨運代理劃分為：

—（1）總代理:是指委托人授權代理人作為在某個特定地區的全權代表，委托其處理委托人在該地區的所有貨物運輸事宜及相關事宜的國際貨運代理。在這種代理形式下，總代理人有權根據委托人的要求或自行在特定的地區選擇、指定分代理人。

—（2）分代理:指總代理人指定的在總代理區域內的具體區域代理委托人辦理貨物運輸事宜及其他相關事宜的國際貨運代理。

—

7、以代理業務的內容為標準，可以將國際貨運代理劃分為： —（1）國際貨物運輸綜合代理。—（2）國際船舶代理

—（3）國際民用航空運輸銷售代理。—（4）報關代理。— 國際貨運代理業的服務范圍

—

1、代表發貨人(出口商):(1)選擇運輸路線、運輸方式和適當的承運人；(2)向選定的承運人提供攬貨、訂艙；(3)提取貨物并簽發有關單證；(4)研究信用證條款和所有政府的規定；(5)包裝；(6)儲存；(7)稱重和量尺碼；(8)安排保險；(9)將貨物的港口后辦理報關及單證手續，并將貨物交給承運人；(10)做外匯交易；(11)支付運費及其它費用；(12)收取已簽發的正本提單，并付發貨人；(13)安排貨物轉運；(14)通知收貨人貨物動態；(15)記錄貨物滅失情況；(16)協助收貨人向有關責任方進行索賠。

Finish all operation action, close file and do backup.Things all see and say it so easy but when we do, it will be difficult.After study I thought I could do the work well.But while I work all by

myself latter, things always be so hard.It is easy to take mistakes,some business have special require.While deal with documents and

communicate with customers or carriers/co-loaders I should always be

careful.During the work, this is the very first questionyou should ask

someone when they tell you something that you are unsure of.After some days I was proficient in setting of bill of lading and

warehouse receipt and can do the sea export business well alone, Lemon

would give me some sea import or air business.As I have the experience

on sea export, I learn these soon.The last thing I learned was how to contact with overseas agents.It

was a very amusing thing to communicate with these foreign counterparts.Lemon gave me a enterprise e-mail specially for contacting with overseas

agents.She said that it will give the foreign a more professional feeling.While oversea agent inquires forwarding freight cost and logistics

service of UT freight, I should check the inquiry details.Then I will

check freight cost and quote to agent.Sometimes I was asked assist sales

to inquire the overseas agents for sales new order, and confirm the

exchange rate.Secure the quotation and submit to sales man, then wait

the confirm for next step from sales.Get the shipping order from sales,contact with and send request to agent for arrangement instruction.Take

care for the shipment situation, and update to sales.For import business,get the draft bill to sales and wait confirm from sales client for docs.I also supply selling rate to agent, and give the final docs and invoice

from agent to import department.For export business, send pre-alert to

agent, push the proof of delivery.In conclusion, this internship confronted me with many problems, but it

gives me a good platform to learn to deal with the incidents happening

in our daily life and study and makes me know the power of responsibility.I think it is certain to be an unforgettable lesson I take.Therefore only

by constantly improving ourselves, we can have a big development.I think

no matter where you work, we should have a good preparation and adapt to

the social environment on the fastest speed.And we should strength the

training of the spirit of team and deal with all kinds of relationship.The most important is then we should know advantages and disadvantages

about ourselves.And we should make up the shortcomings.Finally, weather life and work or study, I think everything is not

going smoothly.So we should have a positive attitude to face.實習作為大學教育的最后階段，讓我們能夠有機會做一些與專業有關系的事情，提高我們對專業的理解，培養我們解決問題的能力，進一步提高我們對專業知識的應用擴展我們的技術基礎。所有的這一切都將為我們將來的職業生涯打下堅實的基礎。實習同樣可以視為對

我們課堂學習效果的一種檢驗，為我們融入這個競爭激烈的社會成為優秀人才積累寶貴經驗。

2012四月中旬，我來到士盟國際貨物運輸代理有限公司大連分公司成為一名實習生。

在這里我首先見到了Lemon，她帶我熟悉了工作環境然后向我介紹了公司的實習培訓計劃。

公司希望能經過培訓讓我成為一名合格的跟單助理。

在接下來的兩個星期里根據實習計劃，我在上午閱讀一些有關國際貿易還有國際運輸方

面的資料，同時學習一些貨代操作的基礎知識。下午我會跟著Lemon后面看她如何工作，同時用心體會自己所看的那些知識在實際工作中的運用。由于有著較好的英文基礎，還有早

半天的認真學習，這些對我來說都不是太難。當一些比較關鍵的、比較難或是我不懂的地方，Lemon會停下來為我講解，我也會認真做好記錄。經過兩周的學習我知道了海空運進出口的流程和做法。大連是一個美麗的海濱城市，士盟在大連的業務主要集中在海運，其中海運出

口更多一些，所以公司決定讓我先從海運出口業務做起。

經過兩周的實習我大概知道了我們公司的海運出口流程，大概可以分為9步：

1-發貨人的委托書：

發貨人提供好所需要的相關的資料，并傳真給我們，這些資料一般包括：

a.出口日期。

b.發貨人信息。

c.收貨人信息。

d.目的港。

e.貨物的數量。

f.品名描述。

g.貨物的材積和重量。

h.運費的結算方式。

2-確認船期、運價及艙位：

a.對于R/O貨物，將成本、船期提供給IBD與代理確認，根據回復信息開始訂艙。

b.對于L/C貨物，將成本、船期提供給銷售，根據銷售指示開始訂艙。

c.遇到項目貨物配合IBD/銷售多方詢價比較。

3-艙位確認：

a.對于FCL貨至少船開前7天向船公司訂艙并取得配艙信息。

b.對于LCL貨至少在船開前7天向拼箱公司訂艙并取得進倉通知單。

4-送貨裝柜方式確認：

根據客戶的指示確認送貨裝貨方式。

a.對于FCL貨物可以到客戶工廠倉庫提貨，提供門到門服務。

b.對于LCL貨物將進倉通知發給發貨人。

5-相關文件的收集和檢查：

收集和檢查客人送給公司的所有原始單據。

a.發票（至少兩份）。

b.箱單（至少兩份）。

c.報關委托書。

d.核銷單。

e.其他文件，商檢、報關單等。

6-通關操作：

a.整理報關文件送往報關公司。

b.根據報關文件向海關報關。

7-提單確認：

a.與客戶確認。

b.與船公司確認。

c.根據客人要求制作提單樣本。

8-船開后發預告并出提單：

a.確認貨物是否上船，有任何異狀通知IBD/銷售。

b.根據要求出具提單。

c.根據賣價、成本出D/N。

d.開發票給發貨人。

e.發送所有文件給代理。

f.將成本錄入系統。

9-結檔：

船開后5天內將紅聯交給財務部門，并將有必要留底的文件歸檔留底，如托書、配艙單、提

單確認等。

事情都是看起來說起來比較容易但是真的做起來的時候就不是那么回事了，雖然經過

一段時間的學習我覺得我已經差不多掌握了這份工作的要訣，認為憑借我的專業知識還有前

一段時間的努力學習，我夠能勝任這份工作了。但是當后來我獨自做的時候，面對著單據，面對著貴客的提問，面對著工作中的一些突發狀況，我就有點蒙了。事情變的如此的困難，經常犯錯誤，甚至有時候對自己失去信心，好在Lemon還有其余的同事不斷的鼓勵我，讓

我能不斷的克服困難。

這段時間的工作也讓我明白了許多，在學校里我們只是個學生，負責學習，不斷的去

積累自己的書本知識。但是當我們進入社會之后，事情就不是那么簡單了，面對工作中的困

難，自己的努力，去克服不氣餒，以及周圍人的鼓勵與幫助都是我們解決困難的重要力量。

所以我們一面，要養成自己用于面對挑戰，積極向上，不輕易放棄的性格，另一面要與周圍的同事保持良好的人際關系，他們善意的幫助和鼓勵將給我們以極大的動力。

對于工作，面對所要處理的文件、單據，面對顧客、代理的詢問，要十分的細心，這

是降低出錯率的第一要訣。如果遇到一些自己真的不明白的地方，要和前輩請教了之后再做

處理。

幾個月之后我對于一般的海運出口業務能做的很好了，就開始接手做一些其他的業務。

有了前面的經驗，接下來的工作學習的過程就比較順利與愉快，讓我有一種苦盡甘來的感覺，讓我真正的喜歡上了這一份實習工作。

實習期間我所學習的最后一項就是為公司聯系海外代理。通過郵件、MSN和我們這些

外國同行們交流，對于我來說是一件十分有趣的事情。Lemon為我專門配備了我們公司的企

業郵箱，她告訴我這樣給人的感覺顯的專業正式一些。當外國代理想詢問運費還有物流費用的時候，我會和他們商榷具體細節，然后根據我們的成本和所需要的利潤向他們報價。有一

種談判做買賣的感覺，當然這些外國同行也會砍價。這些不僅考驗我的英文能力更是鍛煉了

我與人溝通的技巧。

有時候我也會負責幫助公司的銷售向國外代理詢問價錢,并確認匯率，然后

提交給銷售人員，再等待銷售人員的下一步指示。銷售確認出貨后于代理聯系出

貨事宜，告知運輸要求。跟蹤貨物情況，并及時通知銷售。對于進口貨物，與

銷售確認提單做法。提供賣家，將代理的提單和賬單給進口部的同事跟進。對于

進口的貨物發送預報及賬單。

總的來說，這份實習工作讓我接受到了許多考驗，給我提供了表現和學習的平臺。在這個平臺里我學會的不僅僅是完成這份工作所需要的專業知識，還學會

了如何去處理和應對一些工作與日常生活中的突發情況，同時這份實習工作也加

深了我對“責任”這個詞的理解，讓我更加具有責任意識，自己的一言一行、處

理問題的方式會給公司帶來怎么樣的影響，在這里所學習到的，所感悟到的將會

讓我一生都受益。只有不斷的充實提高自己，每天邁出一小步，日積月累下來才

有質的提升。知道自己的長處，并且要善于運用，也要知道自己的不足，用心去

補救。將來無論我會在哪里工作，無論我的工作是什么，積極向上，不怕吃苦，敢于面對和克服挑戰的心態都要伴隨著我，這是才我永遠的財富。同時良好的人

際關系對于我們的工作是起到促進作用的，做一個溫暖的人，擁有良好的人際關

系，不僅自己快樂，也會讓周圍的人感到溫馨，這樣的我遇到困難，大家怎么會

忍心不幫助我呢。

無論是工作、學習還是生活, 不是所有的事情都會變的特別的順利，困難在所難免，所以我們應當樂觀面對挑戰。
