在我看來，在兼職的部分原因在于減輕學生經濟負擔，特別是那些來自貧困家庭。幾乎所有這些新的工作能滿足現代的真正需求，可以確保大學生與時并進，并得到自我改進根據社會的需要。更重要的是，與傳統的產品相比，這些新特性的新形式，多元化的風格和靈活性。如果大學生能平衡自己的學習和兼職好，所以，他們肯定會足夠的知識和工作經驗，從而為其未來的成功做好準備。

People’s opinions are always different once they talk about major-hopping.those whose never change their major throughout their life maintain that they have been loving their major for years and dreaming of applying what have learned to their future work ,so what’s the point in changing to another major? They also believe that anyone who wants to excel in this specially has to work hard in the same field for years to acquired skill and knowledge.Many people think otherwise.on the one hand, if they are not interested in or satisfied with their major at college, they decide to make a change when they pursue postgraduate studies.on the other hand, they are also likely to make the transition because they want to find a satisfactory job in the future.My own opinion is that major-hopping,in this fast-developing information era, has become more that common and acceptable.if we want keep pace with times, we have to change for the faster, the higher, and the stronger.if we are sure that the major fits us better and will add meaning to our life, why cannot we make a new beginning?

人們的想法總是不同一旦他們談換專業。那些不會改變主要在其整個生命保持這一年他們一直愛著他們的專業和夢的運用已經學會今后的工作，所以在不斷變化的另一個主要的重點是什么？他們還相信任何excel在這特別的人多年來一直努力在同一領域獲得的技能和知識。

The well-known proverb “no pains ,no gains ”has been accepted by all of us.it tells us that we have to make efforts whenever we want to be successful in a certain field.Let,s take English study as an example.If we want to improve our listening ability , we have to keep on listening to different materials and make records from time to time.It is also true with spoken English.listening to teachers attentively in class and reading books are far from enough –you should practice talking with partners every week.Another good case in point is acrobatics.Nobody is born a good acrobat, and one can only become a skilled one after countless failures.All of us excited when they win grand prizes in international competitions, but who knows how many hardships they have endured?

Judging from the examples given above, we may safely come to the conclusion that no pains, no gains.so why not try our best to learn our specially well? （9）Whenever we talk to others , we should not hesitate to complain in two situations.First ,if a matter is not done properly , we should complain.otherwise ,the wrong practice will go on and on , until it becomes such a serious matter that nobody can overlook it any longer.to make matters worse,the most appropriate time for solving the problem may have passed.second ,if the matter is dishonest or even report to the police , or it will harm the interest of other people or even the whole society.Many people don,t complain when they should ,mainly for two reasons.in most cases ,they put up with the wrongdoings because the matter is not too serious.it is also likely that they do not want to seem to make fuss about trivial matters.neverthless ,when they choose not to complain , they do nothing to prevent wrongdoings from spresding.If people don,t complain when they should ,illegal actions even crimes will be on the rises.every one of us should learn to form the habit of complaining whenever necessary

Along with the phenomenon that famous university campuses have become popular attraction , great concerns have been showed to campus tourism.since it has been found that the normal teaching has been disturbed, the environment has been polluted and the spiritual atmosphere has been ruined ,a large number of universities have carried out rules to limit tourist on campus.As we know ,campuses are mainly places for study ,and they are holy palaces where students gain profound knowledge.being open to tourists may distract students,attention from their studies ,and make a great deal of hustle and hustle on peaceful campuses.most importantly , it may cause unnecessary troubles for students.For example ,their personal interests can,t be guaranteed.Meanwhile, I sincerely hope that university would take into consideration the positive meaning, and hold regular “open activities” in order to improve their reputations as well as enable middle school students to get more information about them , and then help students enough preparation for their future.
