案例分析型：就是以小組為單位討論實(shí)際的商業(yè)問題。案例分析可以很好地測試面試者的分析能力、推理能力、自信心、商業(yè)知識以及溝通能。

問題解決型：是以小組為單位共同解決一個虛擬的難題。如：北京現(xiàn)在有多少個汽車輪胎？這類題的特點(diǎn)是極具挑戰(zhàn)性，需要組員密切配合和高度的精力集中。

技能考察型：往往是在小組參與下考察你的演講能力、分析能力和邏輯推理能力。如考官要求面試者在有限的時間內(nèi)就某個陌生的主題準(zhǔn)備短時間的演講和辯論，以考察你在眾目睽睽之下的表現(xiàn)。

小組面試注意事項(xiàng)1.戰(zhàn)略上突出個人, 戰(zhàn)術(shù)上尊重考友.。注意發(fā)型、衣著整潔，面試官的距離一般比較遠(yuǎn)，這樣有利于面試官之間的溝通。3.個人介紹中, 許多人會談及自己考MBA的原因:”管理方面比較欠缺”, 這是很忌諱的。4.自信而不傲慢, 即使是最高學(xué)府的面試官, 也同樣具有人性的共同弱點(diǎn)。5.恰到好處地抬高別人, 也會提高自己的地位。

6.不要搶著發(fā)言或打斷別人的話，如果某人的話過長，即使你不打斷，面試官也會打斷。

7.就事不就人, 不要直接攻擊其他考生，但可以迂回說明，既體現(xiàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，又顯露才華。

8.要對別人和自己的發(fā)言要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行記錄，因?yàn)槊嬖嚬倏赡茈S時插入話題，或打亂原計(jì)劃。

9.事先約定的總結(jié)人可能沒有機(jī)會做總結(jié)，因此要隨時做總結(jié)的準(zhǔn)備。

10.發(fā)言時間不能太長，尤其是自我介紹，否則可能引起反感。

11.發(fā)言不能太少，會被認(rèn)為沒有見解。

18.以一個有價值的參謀人員出現(xiàn)，往往比以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)身份出現(xiàn)，更容易獲得考官的好感。

19.考官可能在中間突然打斷，詢問某一個人的私人情況，要有思想準(zhǔn)備。主要是考察應(yīng)變能力和材料與實(shí)際的吻合情況。在這個間隙，其他人正好可以分析材料。

20.看材料的時候最好將要點(diǎn)做筆記，主要為三部分：存在問題，分析原因及功能性解決方案。

21.小組進(jìn)場前先溝通一下，有助于協(xié)調(diào)觀點(diǎn)。一般學(xué)校傾向于避免考生事先的溝通。
