以苦為樂 洋溢文明氣息

我叫陳開心是初二(17)班的花木管理員。每隔三四天，我就要為我們班的花花草草們澆一澆水。我覺得，那個(gè)時(shí)候是這天中最悠閑，舒心的時(shí)候，就像能在忙碌的學(xué)習(xí)之余欣賞一下學(xué)校對面廣闊的田野、波光粼粼的湖泊一樣。所以，我總會(huì)懷著享受的心情去澆花，細(xì)心地對待這些花花草草們。

我還是學(xué)生會(huì)紀(jì)檢部的一分子。在我工作那天早晨，當(dāng)起床的鈴聲響起時(shí)，我總會(huì)準(zhǔn)時(shí)走出宿舍，到辦公室簽到。每次工作，我總是緊張又興奮。我知道數(shù)錯(cuò)一個(gè)人都可能給他們班級(jí)帶來影響，所以，我從頭到尾數(shù)過一遍后，又會(huì)從尾到頭再數(shù)一遍，然后報(bào)告給他們班，核對人數(shù)。當(dāng)老師問我們還有沒有問題時(shí)，我會(huì)把我工作的過程在腦海里過一遍，然后把不太知道的地方提出來。

晚自習(xí)之后到宿舍，我一般會(huì)抓緊時(shí)間上床睡覺，絕不多說閑話。

在食堂吃飯時(shí)，我總是第一個(gè)吃完飯，而且吃得干干凈凈。

在走路的過程中，我會(huì)邁開最大的步伐，爭取節(jié)省時(shí)間用到有用的地方。??

在學(xué)習(xí)方面，我也付出了很多努力。我寫作業(yè)的速度很慢。于是，我就拼命地?cái)D時(shí)間，拼命地寫作業(yè)，拼命地記知識(shí)。我喜歡靠自己的力量去解題。每解出一道題我都有一種成就感。每天早上，我都會(huì)第一個(gè)從被窩里爬起來；排隊(duì)吃飯的時(shí)候，我都要帶一點(diǎn)東西下去，邊看邊排隊(duì)。本來，我是一個(gè)很愛看電視的人，但是，為了完成作業(yè)，當(dāng)其他同學(xué)在津津有味地看電影時(shí)，我都會(huì)克制自己的欲望，埋頭苦寫。魯迅先生說過：“時(shí)間就像海棉里的水，只要愿意擠，總還會(huì)有的。”我相信，只要我肯吃得苦中苦，就一定能成為人上人。

學(xué)習(xí)不僅要講究時(shí)間的安排，還注重效率的多少。所以，為了提高我的學(xué)習(xí)效率，我詢問了一些同學(xué)，又上網(wǎng)查找了一下有關(guān)資料。還有，學(xué)習(xí)的效果如何也要看一個(gè)人的態(tài)度怎樣。我們老師說過“態(tài)度決定一切”，我想，認(rèn)真對待學(xué)習(xí)，而有些人卻不能。至今，我還沒找到確切的答案。于是，我有時(shí)會(huì)觀察班里人的學(xué)習(xí)情況，從中得到啟發(fā)。“見賢思齊焉，見不賢而內(nèi)自省也。”我一直以它作為我的學(xué)習(xí)主旨。

“為什么要爬山？——因?yàn)樯骄驮谀沁叀！蓖瑯拥牡览恚业哪繕?biāo)是擁有一個(gè)有意義的人生，為了我的目標(biāo)，我給自己寫了三個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

1、多幫助那些需要幫助的人，盡管也許你會(huì)失去一些東西。

2、自己能做的事絕對不要麻煩別人。

3、你有不快樂的權(quán)利，也有義務(wù)讓自己重新快樂。

能力卓越 映照文明光環(huán)

我的名字叫黃喬喬，今年14歲。目前在樂成公立寄宿學(xué)校一年級(jí)八班就任班長一職。

我，熱愛學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，同學(xué)們有遇到不懂的問題總愛來問我。我也總是會(huì)耐心地為他們講解題目，直到他們真正懂了為止。

我，熱愛集體，始終抱著“今天我以公立為榮，明天公立以我為榮”的堅(jiān)定信念。在班級(jí)里，我是48顆明星中的一顆璀璨、耀眼的星星。但是，在整個(gè)公立里，我只是“大海里的一滴水”，再也普通不過。但是，我仍然會(huì)積極地工作，認(rèn)真地學(xué)習(xí)，無私地奉獻(xiàn)??因?yàn)椋覠釔圻@個(gè)集體，我離不開它，就像魚兒永遠(yuǎn)離不開水似的。

我，尊敬師長，見到老師主動(dòng)問好，并主動(dòng)為老師做力所能及的事。我就是老師的小助手，同學(xué)們的小老師！老師有什么小事情，總愛叫我去做，我也十分樂意為老師服務(wù)，為同學(xué)們服務(wù)。因?yàn)槲抑牢夷墚?dāng)上“文明之星”是同學(xué)們給我的機(jī)會(huì)，是老師給我的機(jī)會(huì)，我不能辜負(fù)他們對我的期望。

我，尊老愛幼，見到老、幼、孕、殘等人會(huì)主動(dòng)讓座。待人有禮貌，“請”、“謝謝”、“對不起”、“沒關(guān)系”等禮貌用語常被我掛在嘴邊。

我，樂于助人，經(jīng)常會(huì)做一些好人好事，扶老奶奶過馬路、撿到錢包，拾金不昧就更不在話下。同學(xué)們稱我為“小雷鋒”，奶奶夸我為“好孩子”老師叫我為“好學(xué)生”。我是同學(xué)們的模范代表，是同學(xué)們學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣。

當(dāng)然，沒有人是十全十美的，我也有一些缺點(diǎn)。其中，最大的莫過于粗心了，我常常因?yàn)樗c滿分擦肩而過。可是，我有信心將它克服，我相信只要我努力了，我付出了，我就一定能克服，就一定會(huì)成功！就像有一句話說的 ：天下無南事，只怕有心人。

我在同學(xué)們之間有威信、有魅力，善于處理好人際關(guān)系，能為他人著想。我的悟性高，善解人意，我的成績，組織管理能力，工作協(xié)調(diào)能力，都是優(yōu)秀的。我懂得與人有效溝通，善于做人的工作，信奉服務(wù)同學(xué)的信念，善于處理好工作與生活的關(guān)系，有良好的生活能力與習(xí)慣，關(guān)心人，體貼人，是個(gè)心中裝有他人的好同學(xué)。我想，我們總是在學(xué)習(xí)中不斷進(jìn)步，不斷完善自我。只有這樣才有更大的發(fā)展。

善良愛心 充滿文明路途

作為一名普通的團(tuán)員，我曾組織過“學(xué)雷鋒活動(dòng)”，并以組長的身份，在周末帶領(lǐng)組員們到大街小巷中去義務(wù)清掃街道，清除“城市牛皮癬”，為城市環(huán)保奉獻(xiàn)自己的一份力量，雖然有點(diǎn)辛苦，卻很快樂、自豪。就為這份心情，我們一直堅(jiān)持了半個(gè)學(xué)期，就我而言，這是一份值得留戀回味的經(jīng)歷。

在2008年年初雪災(zāi)，5.12大地震發(fā)生后，各行各業(yè)人士都進(jìn)行了捐款活動(dòng)，我和家人力所能及地為災(zāi)區(qū)出資，通過這件事我感受到作為國家公民的責(zé)任與驕傲。

除此以外，我曾有過多次拾金不昧的行為，也主動(dòng)幫助一些陌生人找路、看望生病的同學(xué)??在這點(diǎn)點(diǎn)滴滴中我?guī)椭藙e人，快樂了自己。也許有人做的事畢我更多、更好、更驚心動(dòng)魄，而我——只是在做每一個(gè)公民該做的而已，卻讓我真正體會(huì)到了“贈(zèng)人玫瑰，手有余香“的含義。

所以，在學(xué)校“學(xué)習(xí)雷鋒活動(dòng)月”中，我也不忘展示自己的這份文明和坦誠。在教室里我撿到了錢，馬上交給班主任，做到了“拾金不昧”；放學(xué)后，我義務(wù)幫助值日生打掃教室；空閑時(shí)，我主動(dòng)幫助同學(xué)解決學(xué)習(xí)中遇到的難題??為了響應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)雷鋒精神的號(hào)召，為開創(chuàng)文明校園出力，同時(shí)也表現(xiàn)對老師的敬愛和感激之情，在3月8日這一天，我積極報(bào)名我班團(tuán)支部書記組織的打掃辦公室活動(dòng)，當(dāng)老師走進(jìn)整潔的辦公室，露出驚訝的表情時(shí)，我們躲在媚外偷偷的笑??小事，大事，事事關(guān)心，我付出了汗水，同時(shí)也收獲了快樂。

現(xiàn)在“校園文明之星”的評(píng)比活動(dòng)為洋溢著學(xué)習(xí)雷鋒精神，優(yōu)秀品德氣氛的學(xué)校又掀起了新一輪文明活動(dòng)的高潮。幸運(yùn)的是，在各位團(tuán)員和一些同學(xué)的推薦中，我光榮地成為了“校園之明之星”活動(dòng)的一位選手。

以身作則 折射文明風(fēng)采

作為一名中學(xué)生，我能夠做到很好地使用禮貌用語，并且有禮貌地對待別人，見到長輩、同學(xué)能主動(dòng)問好。

在學(xué)習(xí)生活中，我能和同學(xué)友好相處。我會(huì)熱心幫助同學(xué)，如果誰在生活學(xué)習(xí)中遇到困難，我會(huì)盡我的能力來幫助他們。

熱心誠實(shí) 書寫文明內(nèi)涵

我叫吳栩然，是樂成公立寄宿學(xué)校七年級(jí)二班的一名學(xué)生。入學(xué)以來，我在學(xué)校老師和家長的精心培養(yǎng)教育下，通過持之以恒的刻苦努力，從一個(gè)懵懵懂懂的孩子，逐漸成為一名正直熱心誠實(shí)、好學(xué)上進(jìn)、學(xué)有所長的少年。在生活和學(xué)習(xí)中，我時(shí)刻以《中學(xué)生日常行為規(guī)范》來嚴(yán)格約束自己；以努力拚搏，銳意進(jìn)取來要求自己。

作為一名中學(xué)生，無論在哪里，我都能做到以熱心、誠實(shí)之心對待我周圍的每一個(gè)人；作為一班之長，我始終堅(jiān)持認(rèn)真做好本職工作，積極為班級(jí)工作獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。我積極主動(dòng)地和老師探討班級(jí)管理問題，給老師提出好的建議，是老師的得力小助手。

平時(shí)，我能夠禮貌待人，熱心幫助同學(xué)，對待別人的請教，我也可以耐心地回答。

在老師安排了我的幫帶對象后，我能夠盡自己的責(zé)任去幫助同學(xué)。每天都主動(dòng)去幫助他。當(dāng)他遇到難題，我會(huì)耐心地講解。當(dāng)每一次考卷發(fā)下來后，我與他一起分析錯(cuò)誤原因。有一次，同學(xué)被一道數(shù)學(xué)題難住了，作為“導(dǎo)師”的我馬上為他指導(dǎo)。第一次講解他沒聽懂，我就再次講解，但還是沒講通，我仍耐心地進(jìn)行講解。就這樣一次又一次不厭其煩的指導(dǎo)，他總算在我的努力下，把題目完整攻克下來了。還有一次，英語試卷發(fā)下來以后，得知他沒有考出理想成績。于是我安慰他，并且和他一起分析試卷，改正錯(cuò)誤。

在校，我都會(huì)自覺得將地上的垃圾撿起來。見到老師，我也會(huì)主動(dòng)問好。下課期間，不追逐不打鬧。自覺遵守紀(jì)律。熄燈后，我可以管住自己的嘴巴，遵守寢室規(guī)定。

我不僅自己遵守紀(jì)律，還能夠監(jiān)督同學(xué)，搞好同學(xué)與同學(xué)之間的關(guān)系。有一次，幾個(gè)同學(xué)在教室里投飲料瓶，我見之，想要阻止他們。一開始，他們并沒有理睬我的勸阻。為了維護(hù)紀(jì)律，我再次上去阻止，終于成功了，他們認(rèn)識(shí)到了自己的錯(cuò)誤，回到了座位上。還有一次，寢室里的兩個(gè)同學(xué)因?yàn)橐稽c(diǎn)小事鬧矛盾，為了讓兩個(gè)同學(xué)和好，讓寢室關(guān)系更加融洽，我努力進(jìn)行勸解，結(jié)果不僅讓兩個(gè)人和好了，還讓我與同學(xué)結(jié)下了深厚的友誼。

我不僅在校行為文明，有禮貌，在家里，我也可以做到尊重長輩，孝敬長輩。上個(gè)周末，奶奶因?yàn)樘鞖獾霓D(zhuǎn)變而發(fā)了高燒，整個(gè)上午都在醫(yī)院里打吊針，回來時(shí)，奶奶已累倒在床上，渾身無力，而家里還有一大堆家務(wù)。為了讓奶奶得到足夠的休息，我動(dòng)員兩個(gè)表弟一起做家務(wù)。一個(gè)下午，原本可以自由活動(dòng)的我投入到做家務(wù)當(dāng)中去。雖然很累，但很高興，因?yàn)槲易隽艘患院赖氖隆?/p>

嚴(yán)于律己 綻放文明奇葩

夏華，來自一（3）班這個(gè)大集體，是一名德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀學(xué)生。在學(xué)習(xí)上，該同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)異。在上個(gè)學(xué)期的全能競賽中，成績名列全班首位。在本學(xué)期的期中考試中，她再一次成為了全班的明星。這是她刻苦努力的結(jié)果。她不耍小聰明而自夸奇異，不喜好虛名而爭斗嫉妒。捧書默誦是她最美表情，伏案疾書書是她溫厚背影。勤學(xué)以脫愚，善學(xué)能成才。她給了我們一個(gè)真實(shí)的榜樣。

作為一斑之長，她承擔(dān)老師的期待和同學(xué)的信任雙重壓力，總是在教師和辦公室之間穿梭，絲毫沒有怨言。她用堅(jiān)持履行承諾，用熱忱延續(xù)感動(dòng)，用干練證明實(shí)力。過去的一學(xué)期，她在忙碌中揮灑汗水；未來的一學(xué)期，她將運(yùn)籌帷幄，帶這干部們繼續(xù)奮勇爭先，再創(chuàng)輝煌。

華

謙虛求真 滋養(yǎng)文明心田

劉瀟，男，漢族，1995年9月14日生。現(xiàn)為初二（16）班一環(huán)保員。我為自己的改變而自豪。

那是一個(gè)清冷的冬日，太陽很好。校園里萬籟俱寂。除了我們二十二個(gè)幸運(yùn)兒，所有初二學(xué)生都已經(jīng)放寒假回家了。早上去教室時(shí)，忽然聽見從17班教室傳來一陣陣沙沙聲。我很奇怪，不應(yīng)都放假回去了嗎？怎么還會(huì)有人呢？透過窗戶，我好奇地往里一看，在空蕩蕩的教室里，一個(gè)身著校服的人正在揮著手中的掃把，灰塵彌漫了整個(gè)教室。定睛一看，原來是陳介威同學(xué)。奇怪，這么多作業(yè)，為何他會(huì)有如此的“閑情逸致”來到這兒掃地呢？我走過去問他，陳介威嘆了一口氣，抬手擦了擦額頭的汗水：“都是這個(gè)‘可惡’的趙偉，一大早就來做好事，在這里掃地，害得我都不好意思不掃了。劉瀟，我知道你很善良的，也來掃吧。”

我被他們感動(dòng)了，毫不猶豫地拿來掃把來到18班。趙偉已在這兒干了很久了，從教室后方堆得像小山一樣的垃圾就可以看出來。可垃圾實(shí)在是太多了，地上仍是一片狼藉。牛奶瓶、面巾紙、草稿本??凡所應(yīng)有，無所不有，令人“大開眼界”。桌子椅子橫的、躺的，骨肉分離的，移花接木的，各式各樣簡直成了一個(gè)木制品藝術(shù)展覽會(huì)。看到這兒，我也干起來。三個(gè)教室很快打掃完畢，正當(dāng)我認(rèn)為終于可以松一口氣時(shí)，趙偉又再次走進(jìn)18班整理起桌椅來。陳介威笑著對趙偉說：“你做好事也要有個(gè)限度啊！害得我都不好意思不干了。”于是也開始干。

看見他們?nèi)绱饲趭^的勞動(dòng)，如此大公無私的行為，我震撼了。于是，我決定開始勤勞。

我擔(dān)任了班級(jí)環(huán)保員，并且開始這樣做：在班級(jí)中，我積極參加工作，作為一名環(huán)保員我能盡職盡責(zé)，及時(shí)處理回收垃圾。當(dāng)看到有同學(xué)忘記垃圾分類時(shí)，我提醒他們，讓他們豎立起環(huán)保意識(shí)，當(dāng)看到講臺(tái)桌一片混亂時(shí)，我會(huì)主動(dòng)收拾，讓老師有一個(gè)好的上課環(huán)境；當(dāng)看到地上早已被踩成薄片般的牛奶瓶，我立刻撿起，投入垃圾桶中?? 這一次，能被班上的同學(xué)推選出來，我很高興。然而，我做到的，只是他人不曾注意的細(xì)節(jié)。其實(shí)人人都有文明意識(shí)，而我只是付諸于行動(dòng)罷了。愿環(huán)保之風(fēng)吹遍祖國大地，愿勞動(dòng)之花開在每個(gè)人的心中。

初二（16）班 劉瀟

樂于助人 弘揚(yáng)文明傳統(tǒng)

我叫金威達(dá)，出生在一個(gè)民風(fēng)淳樸、古道熱腸的的小鎮(zhèn)，在小鎮(zhèn)人們的影響下，在學(xué)校老師的教育下，我成長為一名具有良好的文明禮儀的中學(xué)生。

南開大學(xué)校長在鏡子上寫了一句箴言：“面必爭，發(fā)必理，衣必整，鈕必結(jié)，頭容正，肩容平，胸容寬，背容直，氣象勿傲勿怠，顏色宜和宜靜宜裝。” 這句話對我影響很大。作為一個(gè)中學(xué)生，我深深明白自己的儀表起碼必須符合學(xué)校的氣氛和學(xué)生的身份，保持大方、得體的儀表，是對老師同學(xué)的一種尊重。因而每一大周放假的時(shí)候，我都會(huì)自覺進(jìn)行儀表自查，深受老師的好評(píng)。這就是我，一個(gè)儀表得體大方的我。

also available to me.My biggest merit is the self-study ability and the independency when tackling tough

reevaluate the targets that are accessible.I have encountered a big difficulty when implementing the TTS system.Our system is based on a large corpus.That is to say, to a Chinese character, we have plenty of choices in the database and we must find a most suitable one so that we can use it to synthesize the speech.If every time we search it from the whole list made up of the Chinese character, the efficiency of the TTS system will be unbearable.Therefore, it is urgent for me to find a good method to divide every high-frequency Chinese character into several groups.But how to divide is a big problem.I tried quite a few methods and spent a great deal of time on it.Finally, I found an algorithm called CART(Classification and Regression Trees)could meet our needs.After I introduced the CART algorithm to our TTS system, the efficiency issue was resolved.That?s the biggest difficulty I have met with during my research work.My biggest failure is that I had to take the National College Entrance Examination twice.The first time in 1998, I got 628 points and applied for the computer science major of Nankai university.Although my marks achieved the basic requirement of the university, I was refused by the CS major.Since I preferred the computer science very much, I didn?t accept being transferred to other majors.So, I returned to my high school with a broken heart.At that time I was really very frustrated and felt the life was so tragic.To comfort me, my parents bought a computer for me and encouraged me to confront the reality bravely.That?s my first computer in my life.In 1999, I participated in the Entrance Examination for the second time.This time I got 644 and chose Tongji university, computer science major.I was successful to achieve my goal.Three and half years after that, when I knew I had been recommended to further study for master degree, I couldn?t help crying when I recalled this

will read the sentence for you.The system can be divided into two parts.The first part is text analysis system.It is used to analyze the input text and do some pre-process work.We can get most of attributes of a Chinese character in the sentence through the text analysis system.Since this is a project which has been finished by AI lab two years ago, we can introduce it to our TTS directly.Therefore, we put our main concentration on the second part.The second part is responsible for selecting the most suitable units and synthesizing the speech.My main responsibility includes two parts: the first is to design the database with SQL Server.Because every Chinese character in a sentence has a series of attributes, we need to store these attributes and prepare for unit selection according to these attributes.I designed the structure of the database and completed the module which can input the results of text analysis into the database automatically.My second contribution is to implement the module of unit pre-selection using CART.Our system is based on a large corpus.That is to say, to a Chinese character, we have plenty of choices in the database and we must find a most suitable one, so that we can use it to synthesize the speech.If every time we search it from all the same Chinese characters, the efficiency of the TTS system will be unbearable.Therefore, it is urgent for me to find a good method to divide high-frequency Chinese character into several groups.But how to divide is a big problem.I tried quite a few methods and spent a great deal of time on it.Finally, I found an algorithm called CART(Classification and Regression Trees)could meet our needs.After I introduced the CART algorithm to our TTS system, the efficiency issue was resolved.That?s the biggest difficulty I have met with

during the research of TTS.The third project is the research of digital watermarking of audio signals.The project is supported by National Natural Science Fund My responsibility is to research on how to embed watermark into digital audio.The research is used to the copyright protection issue.Take mp3 for an example, I can embed some information of the singer into the mp3.We call the embedded information watermark.Of course, people cannot perceive the existence of watermark when they listen to the mp3.When some people copy and spread the mp3 without permission, they cannot get rid of the
