這學(xué)期，我新接手了現(xiàn)在的班級。將家長的電話號碼輸進自己的手機電話簿。在添加微信好友的時候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)有二十個家長都在使用微信，于是加他們?yōu)楹糜选Ｎ以凇凹议L”朋友圈中寫道：“你我攜手，讓孩子健康、快樂成長！”正式開學(xué)后，我就開始開展課外閱讀。除了給學(xué)生提出要求外，我在微信中群發(fā)信息，向家長做了四年級上學(xué)期的閱讀書目推薦，并建家長引導(dǎo)學(xué)生每天進行半小時的課外閱讀，做好督促和親子共讀工作。孩子的課外閱讀有了堅強的后盾。我把閱讀的開展情況進行發(fā)布，使家長對班級工作有更多了解。因為家長的宣傳，其他家長也陸續(xù)加入微信。更多信息我通過微信呈獻給家長。

“下周一班級舉行班干部競選，每個學(xué)生都要參加。這是鍛煉學(xué)生能力 的最佳機會，要給孩子助力啊！”“學(xué)校今天進行了體檢，學(xué)生健康狀況良好。個別學(xué)生近視，請?zhí)嵝押⒆幼⒁庥醚坌l(wèi)生。” “這個星期六逢集，請帶孩子趕集 體驗，為孩子下周寫作文積累素材。” “本周二開始開始冬季長跑，請為孩子準(zhǔn) 備可腳的鞋子，穿合適厚度的衣服。” “這周感冒的學(xué)生人數(shù)開始增加，家長幫 孩子做好感冒的預(yù)防和治療工作。”

“新課學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)束，明天起各科進入復(fù)習(xí)。家 長注意檢查家庭作業(yè)。” “

我班在學(xué)校唱國歌比賽中取得了一等獎的好成績。” ??

學(xué)生的在校表現(xiàn)是家長最想了解的。學(xué)生在校的表現(xiàn)，教師用手機抓拍下來，傳到微信“我的相冊”中，發(fā)送到朋友圈。家長登錄微信，就可以看到。綜合實 踐課上，學(xué)生第一次縫沙包，興趣盎然，有的學(xué)生連穿針都不會，但依然樂此不 疲。

我覺得很有意思，就抓拍。班級全景、個人特寫； 穿針的、縫制的、裝袋的、撩邊的； 專心致志的、急得抓耳撓腮的、做好一臉興奮的??盡收入手機相機中。

下課就利用辦公室的無線網(wǎng)悉數(shù)上傳到相冊。這樣，朋友圈中的家長都可以看到 這些照片。

這樣的照片是家長最最喜歡的，他們能夠一睹孩子在學(xué)校、在課堂的

二)利用微信促進班級建設(shè)、班級管理

前一段時間，感冒流行，學(xué)生大多數(shù)生病。對生病缺課的孩子，我通過微信 及時表達老師的問候： 對過生日的孩子，我通過微信及時送上一個電子蛋糕，說

上祝福的話；

對有問題的和有特別表現(xiàn)的學(xué)生我就和家長在聊天欄或是語音對講 留言，或是文字聊。時間關(guān)系，又想高效，于是學(xué)會了按“ + ”號鍵，點擊“語 音輸入”

講完后語言就變成文字發(fā)送給對方，非常方便。

家長已登錄就能發(fā)現(xiàn)閱

讀，留言必要時候我再進行回復(fù)。這樣，家校溝通在互動交流中走向深入。

今年，我對學(xué)生的各方面情況很快了若指掌，班級管理得心應(yīng)手，如琴師按

動琴鍵般自然流暢。

因為微信讓我和家長及時的溝通，良好的互動，得到的是家

長的更多支持和肯定，也為我班的家校聯(lián)系開辟了嶄新局面。

三、運用微信為家長指點迷津。蘇霍姆林斯基說過： “如果沒有整個社會首 先是家庭的高度素養(yǎng)，那么不管老師付出多大的努力，都收不到完美的效果。學(xué)

校里的一切問題都會在家庭里折射地反射出來，而學(xué)校復(fù)雜的教育過程產(chǎn)生的一 切困難的根源也都可以追溯到家長。”足見家長對孩子教育之重要。

我班學(xué)生家長素質(zhì)、受教育程度、對教育的認識程度、教育的方式方法良莠 不齊。

家長們雖然年輕，但一年讀不了一本書的大有人在； 有的家長教育還沒有

耐心，是不讓人茍同的“狼爸狼媽”；有的家長認為孩子交給 對于微信，相信很多人并不陌生。它是一款通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)快速發(fā)送語音短信、視頻、圖片和文字，支持多人群聊的手機聊天軟件。用戶可以通過微信與好友進行形式上更加豐富的類似于短信、彩信等方式的聯(lián)系。與傳統(tǒng)的短信溝通方式相比，微信具有零資費、跨平臺溝通、顯示實時輸入狀態(tài)等功能，也更靈活、智能，且節(jié)省資費。筆者認為，隨著微信平臺的日趨完善，它會對未來的中小學(xué)教育模式和教育方法帶來巨大的影響，它也必然會在中小學(xué)教育中發(fā)揮重要的輔助作用

總之，微信作為一種方興未艾的新興網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具，逐漸受到越來越多的教育工作 者的關(guān)注，筆者以上對微信與現(xiàn)代中小學(xué)教育整合的認識還很膚淺，我的教育教學(xué) 實踐也還在新的探索中，我希望能與更多的教師和學(xué)生合作，真正發(fā)揮微信在現(xiàn)代 中小學(xué)教育教學(xué)活動中的優(yōu)勢，探索微信在教育教學(xué)活動中高效的、廣泛的、合理 的應(yīng)用
