商業法，企業兼并，商業訴訟規范，商業流程，兼并重組流程等。也是一個基于美國真實故事改編的影片。美國商業自由市場中到處充滿了利己行為與利他行為的沖突，矛盾。也恰好是這些沖突和矛盾中可以學到不同的人的心思，不同的人的動機，以及各種讓人眼花繚亂的手段。商業法的學生，商科學生，法律學生必看。

18.Disclosure（敗露）(1994)

邁克爾道格拉斯的影片總是讓人經久不忘。這個影片的主題是***，是公司辦公室***。一個高管面對提升的機會，提升的關鍵人是他大學的女友，女友的動機并不單純，在辦公室發生了一切，一切，第二天卻在法庭相見。商業法，辦公室行為，公司群體人際關系行為準則，公司高管提拔等都是難得的教材，生動的雷人的教案。萬萬不能錯過的是道格拉斯的滔滔不絕，振振有詞以及慷慨激昂。

19.What Women Want（男人百分百）(2000)

用最巧妙的方式揭示女性所思所想的影片。天生上帝都羨慕的帥哥自以為是，從事的又是廣告行業，居然沒有機會升遷，居然老板還是女性。一個意外，就一個小小的車禍，讓他具備了能夠閱讀女性頭腦的能力，他居然真的發現了女性竟然是這么想的。商業心理學，女性行為學，廣告學等都是這個影片中最需要學習的亮點。

20.Barbarians at the Gate（門口的野蠻人）(1993)

當一個大師級的銷售高手銷售的產品是他的公司的時候，你要小心了，因為

你面對著千載難逢的機會，那就是發大財的機會。看好他的公司的股票，立刻購買，無論多少錢都要買，因為眼看著他將這個公司的股票從40推到100，一個夜晚并不漫長，一個夜晚讓有錢的更加有錢，貪婪是商業資本主義社會無法回避的主題，當然也無法忘記，每次貪婪遇到正直，為什么贏的總是貪婪。現代公司政治，公司價值，投資機會，銷售技巧等都是這個影片貫穿始終的啟發。

呵呵，我就是看電影學英語的。

用英語學電影，首先演員的口語一定要地道，但不一定標準，實際上也沒有那個歐美演員是完全標準的。但是也不能太離譜，比如勇敢的心和辛德勒名單里口音就太重了，對于初學者來說是不合適的。

所以好的電影并不代表有好的英語學校效果。一定要找相對發音比較標準的，英音就是英音，美音就是美音，不能混，也不能和其他地區的混。

如果你想學英音不妨試試《真愛至上》，里面幾乎全是大牌演員，都是比較純正的英音。而且電影本身也很有趣，很輕松。《新傲慢與偏見》里的英語太老了。羅馬假日也不錯，就是片子老了點，我個人不喜歡黑白的—當然你自己看著辦。

如果你想學美音，可以試試《錄取通知》和《超人高校》《奇跡灰姑娘》《舞出我人生》一類的美國校園青春喜劇。這類電影里的臺詞都比較時尚，發音都比較準（你叫它沒個性也行），而且娛樂性很強。

如果你想學得輕松一點，不妨看看《功夫熊貓》《海底總動員》《冰河世紀》等動畫片，這些電影都是給孩子看的，發音準，語速相對慢，娛樂性更強。

動作片的話。。我推薦尼古拉斯凱奇的 勇闖奪命島，國家寶藏，空中監獄。都很經典（入過你能忍受BW的話），其實凱奇也有不少好看的文藝片比如《居家男人》

經典的話我覺得還是 《拯救大兵瑞恩》和《亂世佳人》比較好，就看你喜歡不喜歡類型了。

再有，如果你想了解黑人英語的話 《絕地戰警1，2》是絕對值得看的，相信我。

最后推薦一部我個人很喜歡的：《戀愛假期》，兩個人英音，兩個人美音，俊男美女，大牌演員。不可救藥的浪漫。。

另外可能有人會說，老友記。老友記是一部很優秀的美劇，我也很喜歡，不過老友記為了塑造人物形象，里面的演員除了瑞秋說話不是顛三倒四就是沒文化，要不就是發音極端，所以不適合你這樣的初學者。何況你是主要學口語，還

是等有了一定基礎再看這個比較好。說到美劇，我建議你看英雄《heroes》，電驢上能搜到 yyets 的雙語版本。越獄太緊張，我們老師就直呼受不了，當然我也喜歡越獄只是感覺不適合你現在的情況而已。

其實說這么多，最后還的靠你自己練，就好象一個手藝，你看的再多，自己不親手做一下，是永遠不會的。電影看得多，不練，也是沒用的。
