每個年級每周確定一個主題，并將學生的展示以視頻的形式記錄下來，課后播放給學生。各年級主題如下：

一． 學生領讀、齊讀課文，默寫26個字母（低年級）二． 小小播報員（中高年級）

圍繞身邊所見所聞或所學相關(guān)話題，學生做匯報。話題參考：天氣、食物、愛好、周末活動、季節(jié)、外貌性格等。三． 單詞接龍（中高年級）

開頭說一個單詞，后一學生用前一個單詞的尾字母做新單詞的首字母。

四． 我是小小記憶王（中高年級）五． 角色扮演 一.小小播報員

這個環(huán)節(jié)比較靈活，考慮到照顧各個層次的學生，對基礎好的我提出了高一點的要求，要求他們關(guān)心身邊事，做個有心人，我想通過這個活動培養(yǎng)學生的政治敏銳度和社會責任感。建議他們利用中午和晚上在家的時間多看看新聞報道或?qū)ｎ}報道，做專題學習。比如最近的大事是日本地震，就去學習一下地震，海嘯，日本自衛(wèi)隊，國際救援隊，預警信號，等等詞匯的英語怎么說。建議學生每人配一本英語字典，也可以上網(wǎng)查，做專題學習時，一定要找時事或者比較新的東西，這樣比較有興趣去學，也會更實用。比如學學facebook人人網(wǎng)這種社交網(wǎng)絡現(xiàn)象的詞匯句子。試行了一個星期，參與到這個層面的學生越來越多，由剛開始的一兩個增加到十個左右了。通過這個活動，使我認識到，學生潛在的能力是不可忽視的，只要他感興趣，只要他想展示，他就會給你一個意想不到的結(jié)果，關(guān)鍵在于你怎么去把握，怎么去調(diào)動他們的積極性。

對于其他的同學，我也沒有忽視，我讓他們根據(jù)自己的情況選擇他們所熟悉的天氣（weather），食物（food），自己感興趣的書或讀物(book)，周末的活動（activities），參加過的同學的生日party等等，這些都可以是播報內(nèi)容。

周一到周四是自由展示階段，也就是在每節(jié)課前三分鐘由學生自由播報他們的所見所聞，周五是評比階段。每周播報優(yōu)秀者我們推薦到學校的廣播室”小海螺之聲”,進行全校的播報，展示給全校的老師和同學。二．英語接龍

雖然單詞一直在記，由于馬上就要迎接市統(tǒng)考，為了加強，特別增加了這個環(huán)節(jié)，主題定為“我是小小記憶王”。利用課前三分鐘的時間給學生確定一個主題，比如文具類，動物類，顏色類等，讓他們自由默寫單詞，三分鐘之內(nèi)默的越多越好，當場評比，當場獎勵。連續(xù)一個星期默寫都是最多的同學封上“小小單詞記憶王”的稱號，并給他（她）帶上老師親手制作的輪流“皇冠”。四． 輕松一刻

六年級的學生已逐步進入了緊張的復習階段，同學面臨著小升初的壓力，因此課前三分鐘我也插入了以娛樂為主的版塊，目地是調(diào)解學生緊張浮躁的心情，緩和他們的壓力。內(nèi)容以幽默，趣聞和小故事為主，讓同學們能夠在緊張的氛圍中開心一笑，更好更專注的投入到復習中去。贏得笑聲和掌聲最多的同學被評為同學的“開心果”。

英語教師很清楚聽說讀寫習慣和技能都應從起始年級培養(yǎng)，因此，調(diào)整教學策略，從高一基礎和習慣入手，從細節(jié)和方法著眼，在這個過程中，驚喜地發(fā)現(xiàn)英語學習中許多好的習慣都是在一點一滴中形成的，正如今天筆者想探討的英語課前3分鐘free talk自由演講，很短的時間，只要堅持，日積月累，終可見大效果。

一、英語課前3分鐘free talk的重要作用和意義

英語課前3分鐘的free talk是英語課堂教學的一個重要鋪墊。這種簡單的自由演講盡管只占很少時間，但對渲染課堂氣氛、調(diào)動和激發(fā)學生英語學習的積極性和創(chuàng)造性、及時復習和鞏固課堂學習內(nèi)容起著不可低估的作用。它可以促使不愿開口說英語的學生開口，讓愿意開口的學生得到鍛煉和表現(xiàn)的機會。提高學生的口語表達能力、培養(yǎng)學生的綜合語言運用能力，是英語教師一直探討的問題，也是新課程標準提出的培養(yǎng)目標之一，課前3分鐘的free talk正是其中一個很好的活動。

1.讓學生在準備中提升英語能力

學生的充分準備是做好free talk的前提。無論何種形式的演講，學生都需要挑選材料、梳理知識進行精心的準備。在學生的準備過程中，分析問題和解決問題的能力逐步得到提高，運用自己的知識來精選準備free talk, 其實就是學生提升綜合能力的好機會。

2.讓學生在實踐中收獲知識

通過這樣的形式，學生將所學知識展示出來，既鍛煉了他們的自信、沉著和應變等能力，還提高了他們的口語水平，其他學生的聽力和口語能力也同時得到提高。因此，在3分鐘的實踐里，學生便以一種很自然的方式收獲了知識。

3.讓學生在期待中走入課堂

成功而精彩的free talk就是一個好的課堂導入，可以使學生精神飽滿、情緒高昂，更

加積極地參與課堂教學，大大提高了課堂效果。形式多樣的輪流進行的演講，會讓學生每天都有所期待，在盼望新鮮內(nèi)容的同時拉開英語課的序幕，潛移默化中對英語課堂形成很重要的促進作用。

二、課前3分鐘free talk的形式和內(nèi)容

要使課前3分鐘開展得持久、有效，我們必須不斷創(chuàng)新形式，豐富內(nèi)容，有創(chuàng)新才有生機，有變化才有活力。形式多樣、內(nèi)容精彩的演講，會提升學生學習英語的興趣。筆者根據(jù)學生不同時期掌握知識的情況，開展了不同的活動，讓學生充分展示自己的特色和風采。

1.命題演講

根據(jù)課本教學進度和學習情況，每周給學生一個主題(title)，讓學生根據(jù)教師的命題，提前做好準備。命題有兩個好處：每周都有一個主題，學生能對同一主題發(fā)表不同的觀點，容易引起共鳴。主題的不斷更換，學生就會每周都時刻準備著，就會有不同的寫作鍛煉的機會。例如：根據(jù)我們的英語教學進度，筆者就建議學生利用本單元所學的知識來組織文章。通過演講，學生能更扎實地鞏固知識，并學以致用。

在學習人教版3單元“Travel journal”時，國慶七天長假剛結(jié)束，所以，筆者就命題本周的主題是“My National Day Holidays”，把本單元的詞匯學以致用；4單元的主題是

“earthquake”，而后筆者又命名為“When an earthquake is happening, what shall we do？What can we do for the disaster—hit areas？讓學生學會自救，并且號召同學們?yōu)槭転牡娜藗冏鳇c事情，獻出愛心。第一次考試結(jié)束后，筆者又命名“the exam”，讓學生反思自己在考試中的得與失，再接再厲。這樣，學生覺得自己的英語學習漸漸地與自己的生活密切相連了，能用英語來表達自己的所思、所想正是學生們夢寐以求的！

2.創(chuàng)新演講

經(jīng)過兩個月緊張的學習，學生逐漸感到了高中每天三點一線的枯燥生活。因此，我們的free talk也改版了，筆者更多地放手給學生自由表現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新的空間。表演人數(shù)不限、形式自選，只要是英語就行。

學生們聲情并茂的表演生動有趣的小故事；演唱優(yōu)美動聽的英文歌曲，讓大家感悟語言與音樂的完美結(jié)合；出了不同的英語腦筋急轉(zhuǎn)彎和謎語，培養(yǎng)大家用英語思維去思考。小小的講臺，短短的3分鐘，筆者看到了學生的智慧，見證了學生的努力，也真實地感受到了學生們帶來的濃厚的英語氛圍。同時成功地free talk給了孩子們很好的激勵，在英語的各項活動中都信心十足，表現(xiàn)積極。

3.精選試題

高中學習對學生的一生是至關(guān)重要的，三年后的高考是人生的轉(zhuǎn)折點。因此在教學任

務緊張的情況下，英語學習需要回歸務實。因此，課前3分鐘穿插了試題精講。形式為每天一人一題，題目要精選，要直面高考，要考點明確，并能重點突出地給全班講解清晰。在這個過程中，筆者驚喜地發(fā)現(xiàn)學生在選題的過程中，無形中就多見識了很多的好題，往往是幾十道題中才精挑細選出一題，從中受益不少。而其他同學每天也能積累一道好題，何樂而不為之。

4.寓教于樂——英語游戲

高中的學習生活是緊張而又枯燥的，無論教師有多么好的教學方式，天長日久都會令人厭倦的。就像人們每天吃的是山珍海味，時間久了，也品嘗不出食物的鮮美味道。因此，筆者在3分鐘的演講和背誦中穿插了游戲，在豐富多彩的游戲中創(chuàng)造性地運用語言，組織學生進行語言實踐活動，增添英語學習的樂趣，引發(fā)求知欲。例如：樓梯構(gòu)詞的游戲，教師在黑板上寫三個單詞，要求學生接詞。除了第一個字母外，可以允許換上其他的字母。誰寫出最后一個單詞，誰就獲勝。這些游戲可幫助學生安定情緒，將興趣轉(zhuǎn)向英語課，同時可以復習單詞，讓學生多記單詞。

三、課前3分鐘的策略及原則

任何一個活動的順利開展，都要有其詳細的安排和適當?shù)脑瓌t規(guī)定。而free talk的進行，也是和學生細致商討，并在實踐的過程中不斷完善的。其中有幾點是值得教師注意的：

1.學生的主體性和教師的主導性要和諧一致

在組織進行課前三分鐘活動的時候，教師只是一個“導演”，而“劇本”要學生獨立完成，教師的作用只能是引導，把活動的主動權(quán)交給學生，就算有錯誤時，也應該在結(jié)束時提醒學生，而絕不可以打斷學生的活動。作為教師，一定要在學生準備期間進行指導，幫助學生把關(guān)，筆者要求學生演講的內(nèi)容一定要提前經(jīng)過教師的審核，確保難度適當、內(nèi)容充實。教師的指導，可以幫助學生提高準備效率，同時也促進了師生的交流。

2.鼓勵為主和評價恰當?shù)脑瓌t

當學生進行完回到座位上時，不可忽視的重要環(huán)節(jié)是教師的點評，明確指出做得好的地方，這對學生是一種積極的激勵和正確的導向。高中生自尊心強，渴望得到鼓勵。所以，凡是參加的學生，不論表現(xiàn)如何，應該及時地進行適當?shù)谋頁P，特別是對基礎差的學生，更要善于捕捉其閃光點，對明顯的錯誤，評價時要委婉地提出。要做到過程與結(jié)果并重。所以，教師的評價應清楚明確而又客觀公平，很好地把握一個“度”。對語言上的錯誤應及時指出并糾正，但要講究方法和策略。

3.全員參與的原則

在進行活動時，采用隨機抽簽的方式。筆者把本班學生的名字放在一個精美的禮物盒子里，每一次演講同學的名字由上一周的冠軍抽取，這樣確保每個層次的同學都有機會參加。學生基本上都有爭強好勝的心理特點，教師要充分利用好這一點，根據(jù)本班的實際情況設計好不同的任務，讓各個層次的同學都能充分發(fā)揮自己的潛能。

4.對學生進行階段評比

教師可以采取周評比或小組評比，讓學生推選出某階段最出色的榜樣。如最佳話題，最佳表現(xiàn)，最具特色獎等，讓學生付出的同時體會成功的喜悅。筆者采用每周五全班舉手選舉，多數(shù)為勝的原則。筆者把自己好的習題集、英語雜志、21st英語報甚至是各種水果，學生喜歡的鉛筆、小本子等作為獎勵發(fā)給獲獎的同學。筆者自己還設計了一張獎狀，每周五的冠軍選舉是學生們最開心、最激動的時刻。

課前3分鐘的free talk活動，被學生深深地喜愛著，在這里，學生們自由發(fā)揮，個性釋放；在這里，英語魅力盡顯無遺。慢慢的，學生的興趣濃厚了，英語聽、說的能力提高了，英語教學也越來越輕松了。
