公司的財務部并沒有太多人,設有一名財務經理,一名出納.此次負責我實習的是公司財務經理—張經理,張經理根據我兩周的實習時間,主要是讓我了解財

務的使用和會計處理的流程,并做一些簡單的會計憑證.公司采用的是金碟財務,從編制記賬憑證到記賬,編制會計報表,結帳都是通過財務完成.我認真學習了正規而標準的公司會計流程,真正從課本中走到了現實中,細致地了解了公司會計工作的全部過程,掌握了金蝶財務的操作.實習期間我努力將自己在學校所學的理論知識向實踐方面轉化,盡量做到理論與實踐相結合.在實習期間我遵守了工作紀律,不遲到,不早退,認真完成領導交辦的工作.剛到會計部張經理就叫我先看她們以往所制的會計憑證和附在會計憑證上的原始憑證.由于以前在學校做過會計憑證的手工模擬,所以對于會計憑證不是太陌生,因此以為憑著記憶加上學校里所學過的理論對于區區會計憑證完全可以熟練掌握.但也就是這種浮躁的態度讓我忽視了會計循環的基石——會計分錄,以至于后來張經理讓我嘗試制單的時候感覺到有些困難.于是我只能加班補課了，把公司日常較多使用的會計業務認真讀透.畢竟會計分錄在書本上可以學習,可一些銀行帳單,匯票,發票聯等就要靠實習時才能真正接觸,從而有了更深刻的印象.別以為光是認識就行了,還要把所有的單據按月按日分門別類,并把每筆業務的單據整理好,用圖釘裝訂好,才能為編制會計憑證做好準備.見習了兩天后,張經理給了我一些原始憑證,讓我審核原始憑證后編制記賬憑證.我根據原始憑證所必需的要素認認真真審核了原始憑證后,進入金蝶會計的錄入記帳憑證的界面,先按此筆業務錄入簡明而清楚的摘要,然后按會計分錄選會計科目,并在相應的會計科目的借方和貸方錄入金額,最后在檢查各個要素準確無誤后,按下保存并打印出記帳憑證和相應的原始憑證釘在一起.剛開始我制作的速度比較慢,而且在張經理審核憑證時能發現一些錯誤的憑證.但是通過幾天的聯系后在速度和

準確度上都提高了不少.通過一周多的編制記帳憑證工作,對于各個會計科目有了更加深刻而全面的了解,并且對于我把書本知識和實踐的結合起到了很大的作用.除了編制記帳憑證,張經理很有耐心地給我講解了每一種原始憑證的樣式和填寫方式以及用途,而且教我記帳,打印所需要的帳簿以及查詢憑證等財務的一些常用的操作.有了這些基本認識并熟練了財務的操作以后學習起來就會更加得心應手了.從制單到記帳的整個過程基本上了解了個大概后,就要認真結合書本的知識總結一下手工做帳到底是怎么一回事.除了做好張經理所安排的各項工作后,我也會和出納學學知識.別人一提起出納就想到是跑銀行的.其實跑銀行只是出納的其中一項重要的工作.在和出納聊天的時候得知原來跑銀行也不是件容易的事,除了熟知每項業務要怎么和銀行打交道以外還要有吃苦的精神.想想寒冷的冬天或者是酷暑,誰不想呆在辦公室舒舒服服的,可出納就要每隔一兩天就往銀

沒過幾天我已經能夠流利的回答令財務經理在午休間歇對我的快速問答。當然也有回答得模棱兩可地方。他對我說工作中的問題一定不能馬虎大意，絕對不能講“應該”“可能”，而是知道就是知道，不知道就是不知道，否則模棱兩可的答案可能給客戶帶來巨大的損失。聽了這番話，我很慚愧，想起平時自己在學習時的態度總是馬馬虎虎，對什么都淺嘗輒止，以為只要考試過了就對這門科目基本掌握了，其實差得太多

了。

幾天下來，我對公司的各方面業務漸漸熟悉了，和同事間也有了了解和溝通。我的認真和好學終于得到了大家的認可。財務經理開始交給我新的工作，去外勤作報稅申請等。雖然每天在路上的時間比在室內的時間長了很多，每天穿梭于各國地稅務所，可是我依然工作得很開心，畢竟我得到了么多經驗：出現問題時如何與稅務局的工作人員溝通如何獨立完成工作。當然了，這些經驗除了我自己親身經歷的外，更多的是公司前輩給予我的指導，有了他們的幫助我才能更順利更有信心的完成各種工作。其中給我印象最深的那次是我在代開增值稅發票時，為了1元錢，一天跑了三趟浦東國稅所。還有一次是為一個小規模增值稅納稅人代開增值稅專用發票。盡管以前在稅法課上詳細的學過增值稅，也知道17%和4%，6%的稅率差別，可是當我到了國稅所領到申請表時，依然暈了。

拿著表，看著發票，我一下子連購貨方與銷售方都分不出來了，銷售單位應填寫不含稅單價也忘了，甚至是稅率也搞不清了。當時心里急得要命，心想，填不出來就這樣回去問他們的話也太丟臉了。我拿著文件袋一個人在大廳里問來問去，稅務局的工作人員態度很差把我推來推去的，最后也沒問出答案。也許我的問題提得太小兒科了。沒辦法，我找了一個角落坐下來，拿著一堆表心平氣和起來，反復仔細地看了看這些表，回憶了一下腦海里的知識點，再與這些表格上要填寫的內容對照起來，終于，又算又寫又改把它們填好了。把填好的表格交上去，當看到工作人員的表陰轉晴情和蓋在上面的紅章時，我的一顆心落地了。

真正的麻煩出現在第二天，我去稅務所取開好的增值稅發票，交了手續費，領導發票看也沒看得放進袋子就回去了。到公司把發票交給主管，主管接過發票當即說，不對，數打錯了。我一聽

就傻了，主管怎么一下就能看出數不對呢，我卻一點也沒注意到，這個數還是我算出來我填的呢。主管說，原來銷售的金額是20140元，它打的是20149元，差了1元錢，拿回去讓他從開，不然我們無法做帳。是呀，差一分錢也不行。可怎么會查出這1元錢呢，難道是稅務局打錯了？我懷著好奇又郁悶的心情重返稅務局，可使稅務人員重新錄入后竟然說計算機打出來的就是這個數，所以沒法改。我當即火了，哪有這個道理呀，計算機也是人設計出來的程序，我回去怎么交待！可抱怨有什么用呢，我只能在回去求助同事，當時我的心情只有沮喪這兩個字。回到公司，同事揚姐幫我看了一下說可能是由于計算的過程不一樣產生的數字誤差，只要把單價多 保留幾位小數就可以了，增值稅專用發票可以保留6位小數。這個我還是第一次聽說。用吳姐的方法，我把數對上了，于是再一次返回稅務所，終于把增值稅專用發片準確無誤地開出來了。對于我 的失誤，財務經理并沒有批評我，只是對我講，做事一定要細心，對于工作還要講方法，要學會處理別人處理不了的事情。

這件事給了我很深的啟示，我在工作日記中寫道，今后的工作不只細心還要用心，不要為了完成工作而工作，要站在一個更高的角度去看待工作，提前想到會出現的問題。后來的工作一直很順利，無論是銀行，稅務局還是外 匯局，我逐漸掌握了辦事的技巧，待人處事成熟多了，看上去不再像一個新人。
