以前我剛結婚時，陰莖開始很硬，可是經過幾個不同的體位后，正當老婆需要時，常常硬度卻不夠。有時看著老婆那幽怨的樣子，心里很不是滋味兒。2000年我到陜西出差，在西安一朋友那里學習了一種可以讓陰莖的硬度保持2小時以上的方法，先介紹給大家，希望大家堅持鍛煉，讓你的女人欲死欲生。材料：

1、準備一個可以包住陰莖的純棉布套子。

2、125毫升的瓶子一個，裝滿水。

方法：每天早上大家都有體會，陰莖回晨勃，這時千萬別上廁所，將純棉布套子套在陰莖上，將裝滿水的瓶子掛在陰莖頭的環節上。挺胸，收腹，提臀，用力向上舉，須保持50次/晨，晚上繼續50次/晚。若陰莖在舉的過程中，出現疲軟，用手指刺激陰囊，使其硬起來。剛開始，大家也許只能堅持2分鐘左右，一星期后能堅持10-30分鐘，如果你堅持鍛煉，三個月就能堅持2小時以上。

注意：

1、在鍛煉的第一個月不能過性生活，因為需要保氣，蓄精，養神。

2、如果你能順利舉起125毫升的瓶子，不能再加重，否則，回傷害我們的陰莖環節。

手置于兩胯旁，姿勢自然、合適，兩眼輕閉，舌尖舐上腭，閉口，屏除雜念。先呼一口氣，將肛門一提一縮，同時小腹內收后貼；吸氣時用意念引氣上行，由尾閭沿脊柱直達腦后玉枕，這時用眼往上一瞟，令氣經過頭頂，置于兩眉中間，稍停。隨著呼氣，用意念引氣下行，連同口中津液，緩緩咽下，送至丹田，全身放松，特別是手腳放松舒展，此種下行意念不能太強烈，否則難以見功，以上為一周，再周而復始，大約半小時左右，以不疲勞為度。練畢緩緩坐起，兩手掌相搓，待掌心發熱，用手搓面部數次，再交叉搓兩足心，直到發熱為度。練功期間，最好不要吃刺激性食物及興奮作用的藥物，禁止性生活。

(3)練精化氣法

睡前或早起，或正當陽舉之時練之。坐，臥均可，首先全身放松，雙眼微閉，同內腎與外腎，片刻后用兩食指塞住左右兩耳孔，不漏氣即可。自然呼吸，繼續內視，并靜聽耳內有如風鳴，與自身渾然成一體。再默以心數，以防雜念，數至200息時，將兩食指拿開，意守丹田片刻，睜開雙眼，擦熱雙掌，搓臉30下，擦命門30下，即為功畢。常習之，真氣足，精神極佳。
