隨著期末考試的結束，這一學年就順利結束了。一年來，能堅持愛崗敬業，認真學習貫徹黨的精神，嚴格遵守《中小學教師職業道德規范》要求，落實教育局、學區和學校工作部署，以重實際，抓實事，求實效為教學工作的基本原則，以培養學生創新精神和實踐能力為重點，以新課程改革為契機，深化課堂教學改革，認真落實課程計劃，落實教學常規，落實教學改革措施，大力推進素養教育，使所任班級教學質量有了大面積提高，現就將一年以來工作情況總結如下：

一、加強學習，提高思想認識，樹立新的理念。堅持每周的政治學習和業務學習，緊緊圍繞學習新課程，構建新課程，嘗試新教法的目標，不斷更新教學觀念。注重把學習新課程標準與構建新理念有機的結合起來。

二、教學工作教學工作是學校各項工作的中心，也是檢驗一個教師工作成敗的關鍵。一年來，在堅持抓好新課程理念學習和應用的同時，我積極探究教育教學規律，充分運用學校現有的教育教學資源，大膽改革課堂教學，加大新型教學方法使用力度，取得了明顯效果，具體表現在：

(一)發揮教師為主導的作用

1、備課深入細致。平時認真研究教材，多方參閱各種資料，力求深入理解教材，準確把握難重點。在制定教學目 的時，非常注意學生的實際情況。教案編寫認真，并不斷歸納總結經驗教訓。

2、注重課堂教學效果。針對學生特點，以愉快式教學為主，不搞滿堂灌，堅持學生為主體，教師為主導、教學為主線，注重講練結合。在教學中注意抓住重點，突破難點。

3、堅持參加校內外教學研討活動，不斷汲取他人的寶貴經驗，提高自己的教學水平。經常向經驗豐富的教師請教并經常在一起討論教學問題。聽公開課多次，自己執教兩節公開課，尤其本學期，自己執教的公開課得到了學校領導和教師們的肯定，同時也給我提出了不少寶貴的建議，使我明確了今后講課的方向和以后語文課該怎么教和怎么講。本在校內聽課六十多節。

4、在作業批改上，認真及時，力求做到全批全改，重在訂正，及時了解學生的學習情況，以便在輔導中做到有的放矢。

(二)做好后進生轉化工作

作為教師，應該明白任何學生都會同時存在優點和缺點兩方面，對優生的優點是顯而易見的，對后進生則易于發現其缺點，尤其是在學習上后進的學生，往往得不到老師的肯定，而后進生轉化成功與否，直接影響著全班學生的整體成績。所以，一年來，我一直注重從以下幾方面抓好后進生轉化工作：

1、用進展的觀點看學生。應當縱向地看到：后進生的今天比他的昨天好，即使不然，也應相信他的明天會比今天好。

2、因勢利導，化消極因素為積極因素。首先幫助后進生找到優、缺點，以發揚優點，克服缺點。其次以平常的心態對待：后進生也是學生，厭惡、責罵只能適得其反，他們應該享有同其它學生同樣的平等和民主，也應該在稍有一點進步時得到老師的肯定。

3、真正做到曉之以理，動之以情。首先做到“真誠”二字，即教師不應有絲毫虛偽與欺哄，一旦學生發現“有假”，那么教師所做的一切都會被看作是在“演戲”。其次做到“接受”，即能感受后進生在學習過程中的各種心理表現和看法，如對學習的畏懼、猶豫、滿足、冷漠，錯誤的想法和指責等，信任他們，鼓舞他們自由討論。最后做到“理解”二字，即通過學生的眼睛看事物。因為做到了以上幾點，所以我在后進生轉化工作上，效果還是明顯的。

“讓游泳者到水中去。”這是交際語言教學理論的思想核心。貫徹交際性原則亦就是要把教學活化為實際。1.建立“課前五分鐘會話”，培養課堂交際氛圍。2.適當讓學生表演對話或課文內容。針對近期所學內容，布置學生課后進行討論排練，然后在課堂表演。3.多鼓勵，少批評。為了使學生更愛開口，在練習中，要重視運用鼓勵性語言，不斷強化學

生參加交際的信心。

相對來說，高中生獨立性強，自尊心也逐漸增強，渴望得到尊重。師生之間只有互相尊重，互相信任，才能建立起友好關系，從而促進學生學習的興趣。所以我必須樹立正確的學生觀，正確認識學生的主體地位。我用自己滿腔的愛去關心、尊重學生，耐心細致地指導學生，溝通和學生的思想感情，使自己成為學生歡迎和愛戴的人。上課時我是學生的老師，循循善誘和激發學生學習的積極性，大膽求異創新;課后我卻成為他們的好朋友，無話不談，亮起心靈之光;生活上，我是他們的父母，關懷備至。

教師的教風直接影響學生的學風。駕駛的一言一行，無時無刻不在影響著學生。所以我提高自己的思想認識，做到愛崗敬業，學而不厭，誨人不倦，為人師表，治學嚴謹，還要保持良好的教態。老師的教學語言和教態對學生的學習有直接的影響。老師的教態好，學生就喜歡，他們聽課的興趣就高，接受知識也快。反之，學生就不喜歡，甚至討厭。特別是正處于青春期的初中生，看問題開始有可獨立的見解，對他們更要注意教態和教學語言的使用。如我介紹新句型時，我利用語言的輕重，語調的高低，和一定的動作表情，盡量引起學生的注意和興趣。當學生回答問題時，我的表情變得自然親切，使促使感到老師對他們的信任，這樣學生就增添了勇氣，就能大膽地回答問題。

教育工作,是一項常做常新,永無止境的工作。一份春華,一份秋實,在教書育人的道路上我付出的是辛勤的汗水和真摯的淚水,然而我收獲的卻是那一份份充實,那沉甸甸的情感。我用我的心去教誨我的學生,我用我的情去培育我的學生,我無愧于我心,我無悔于我的事業。讓我把一生矢志教育的心愿化為熱愛學生的一團火,將自己最珍貴的愛奉獻給孩子們,相信今日含苞欲放的花蕾,明日一定能盛開絢麗的花朵。
