進入教壇已有十三年了，使用教材也有好幾套了，從最初的《兒童智能英語》，舊版的人教版的《小學英語》，還有《新標準英語》至今日使用的PEP小學英語，漸漸習慣并且開始墨守成規了。

此套教材是從三年級起始，其實，在我們沿海地區，這套教材根本還不能滿足部分經濟發達地區的要求，他們都開始自己選擇教材，從一年級開始開設英語?，F在社會開放式教育流行，許多家長都很重視孩子的學英語，我希望人教版能增設小學英語的第二課堂英語教材，為大家提供更多的教材資源。

人教版小學英語的特點是分塊明顯，課時分類很明顯，其實這還是需要小學英語教師進行整合，當然整個模塊的內容還是很完整的，分為：單詞，句型，閱讀短文和文化意識及故事。具有層層遞進的效果。

三年級的教材適合起始學生的認知規律，四年級教材跨度太快，尤其是在句型方面，內容較多而且有些散，所以學生接受有些困難。五六年級則比較適合高段學生學習及接受。

總之，希望，我們的人教版小學英語能有所修改。

十年課改之路，我們一直同行，我們還會見證中國小學英語教學的變遷。

今天，我很榮幸參加了市教研室組織的小學英語教材培訓,這次培訓使我受益匪淺，首先聽了兩節示范課，然后是潘小平老師結合教材內容進行了教材解讀。通過培訓，我對教材每一部分活動的教學目標有了更深的了解。潘老師給我們提出了教學建議，包括每一部分的教學時長，和教學步驟，使我對教材有了更詳細的了解和更準確地把握?！队⒄Z課程標準》提出： “讓學生在教師的指導下，通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與、合作等方式，實現教學目標，感受成功”它所強調的是教學過程是師生交往、共同發展互動過程。

8月19日,我有幸參加了縣教育局組織的小學英語教材培訓學習,通過這次培訓學習，使我受益匪淺,我深切感覺到作為教師應該樹立終生學習、終身培訓的意識，不斷更新觀念，勤于學習,與時俱進。而且,在教學方面,應該努力做到:

一、英語教師必須培養學生良好的學習習慣

作為一個小學英語教師，為了培養學生良好的學習習慣，我們首先應規范學生的書寫習慣，要從學字母開始，要讓學生認識什么是書寫體，什么是印刷體。其次，要有準確模仿的習慣，大膽開口的習慣，把英語作為一種交際工具，還要有及時復習的習慣；最后還要養成勤于積累，實踐的習慣。只有這樣，學生良好的學習習慣養成了，才能對英語學科感興趣，才能愿學，樂學，善學。

二、英語教師必須具備扎實的基本功

作為一個小學英語教師必須要有聽、說、讀、寫、畫、唱、跳這些基本功。在單詞教學中，能夠創設情景、營造氛圍、提高興趣、培養能力。要想培養學生的學習興趣，應以興趣為先導，教師自己制作課件、卡片，為教學打下基礎，學生有種身臨其境的感覺；設計真實的任務活動、任務型教學，用英語來做事情，利用情境表達；創設真實情景，讓學生感受語言，讓學生在活動中體驗語言，達到“詞不離句、句不離題”；整體把握內容,讓學生在學中玩，玩中學，充分發揮學生的主體作用。

三、理念和思想的更新

隨著經濟國際化全球化的發展，英語詞匯的不斷更新，社會需求對英語教師的口語、語音、技能等水平要求會越來越高，如果教師不注意加強自身的學習，勢必會被動挨打，還誤人子弟。
