2018年已悄然來臨，新的一年是挑戰(zhàn)與機遇并存的一年，更是自我成長非常重要的一年。為了使工作和學習能更高效更循序的開展，在此，我特將本的工作做一下計劃，以便自己在新的一年里能獲得更大的進步、取得更大的成績。

一、深入了解熟悉公司的規(guī)章制度和業(yè)務開展工作。公司在不斷成長，規(guī)章制度也在順應公司的發(fā)展而更新，作為一名設計人員，必須以身作則，在遵守公司的公章制度的同時全力開展設計工作。

二、高效完成工作。2018年是公司發(fā)展的關鍵時期，作為公司的一名設計人員，同其他同事一樣，我將努力學習掌握本公司的設計規(guī)范，努力提高自己的業(yè)務能力，合理安排工作，按時保質保量的完成各項任務，為公司的良好發(fā)展做出自己的貢獻。

五、規(guī)范工作內容。記錄自己以及同事方案設計中應該注意的已經(jīng)犯過錯誤的細節(jié)，以此來警示自己在將來的工作中加以注意；自我制定一個檢查圖紙的流程，每繪制、審核一份圖紙都按照此流程去檢查每一項，以此達到圖紙的規(guī)范化；多了解機加工工藝，記錄好每一個加工工藝的特殊要求，來要求自己在方案設計時按照此特殊要求來設計。

六、全面了解加工設備。只有了解了設備功能和性能，才能更加深入的了解加工工藝，才能找到并制定出更合理更短的工藝路線，這樣才能更好的控制成本，這就需要多去車間了解學習。了解學習不能只停留在設想階段，要付諸行動，這就需要制定一個表格，量化、指標化設定的目標，規(guī)劃好去車間的時間、次數(shù)和要了解學些的內容。

七、加強自我約束，改正不足之處。有時候對待工作不夠主動、積極，只滿足于完成領導交給的任務，在工作中遇到難題，不善于思考，動腦筋，常常等待領導的指示，說一步走一步；工作上滿足于正常化，缺乏開拓和主動精神，有時心浮氣躁，急于求成平穩(wěn)有余，創(chuàng)新不足，處理問題有時考慮得還不夠周到，心中想得多，行動中實踐得少。今后要加強自我約束，摒棄自己的壞習慣，加強責任心，為公司快速發(fā)展，貢獻自己最大的力量。以上，是我對2018年的個人工作計劃，可能還很不成熟，希望領導與同事指正，展望2018，我會更加努力、認真負責的去對待每一個項目，也力爭自己的業(yè)務素質和設計水平更上一層樓。
