工程學院英語四級講座為迎接我院本學期即將到來的CET4考試，月 號下午7點由工程學院舉辦的大學英語四級講座在一教七大如期舉行，主講人是來自大學英語辦公室老師。

一、活動主題：英語四六級英語講座

二、活動目的：

為了適應英語四級改革，使同學們可以了解改革后四級英語考試的特點，加深對四級考試的了解，知己知彼，使同學們可以更好的有針對性投入到英語的學習中，提高學習效率，為09/10屆學生提供四級考試的平臺，使大家在即將到來的四級考試中有所準備，提高通過率，提高全院同學學習英語的積極性，特在今年四級考試到來之際，英語沙龍協(xié)會協(xié)同學習部舉辦此次英語四級講座。

三、活動時間：2010年11月25日晚7:30

四、活動地點：第二報告廳

五、活動對象：管理與經(jīng)濟學院大

一、大二全體學生

六、活動流程：小

（一）：前期準備：

1、場地準備：由辦公室人員負責與學校協(xié)商并申請第二報告廳。

2、宣傳準備：由宣傳部人員負責制作海報并于11月20日之前張貼在宣傳欄處。并準備好會場當天所用到的攝像機。

3、人員準備：各個部門協(xié)調好工作，人員要各司其職，切實準備到位。

4、組策部在11月13日之前寫好策劃書及預算報告書（詳細請參考附錄）

（二）：活動安排：

1、協(xié)會全體成員在6:00前準時到達會場，聽從主席和各個部長的安排，其實的負擔起自己的責任。

2、6:30之前全體成員負責對會場進行簡單的不只，寫好宣傳語，準備好活動用具。（注：吹氣球并用彩帶捆綁在一起，并懸掛于黑板兩側。清理講桌，并為老師打開多媒體，調好擴音器。準備好熱水）3、6:30禮儀小姐就為，迎接到場的學生。（附：禮儀小姐由辦公室任調）

4、辦公室人員負責安排到場同學的座位。協(xié)調各種事情。5、7：30老師到場，由主持人介紹老師及本次活動的目的。組策部和辦公室人員負責會場紀律。宣傳部用攝像機記錄整個會場情況。6、7:40由老師講解如何準備四級考試這一方面的看法，教授學生

如何準備及應對英語四級考試。

7、9:00為老師與學生互動環(huán)節(jié)。學生不懂和有疑問之處課舉手發(fā)言。由于時間有限，每位同學的問答時間不可超過5分鐘。8、9:25老師做最后總結。

9、9:30活動結束，全體學生站立鼓掌歡迎老師退場。

10、由辦公室人員安排所有同學依次退場。11、9:40所以協(xié)會成員留下打掃衛(wèi)生。12、10:00所有協(xié)會成員合影留念。

（三）：活動后期：

1、有辦公室人員寫活動總結此次活動的得與失，力爭把下次活動辦得更好。
