一、英國留學(xué)貸款條件：

1.國內(nèi)銀行有明確規(guī)定：辦理留學(xué)貸款，借款人必須要有完全民事行為能力，在貸款到期日時的年齡不得超過55歲。2.申請人還應(yīng)持有擬留學(xué)人員的國外留學(xué)學(xué)校的入學(xué)通知或其他有效入學(xué)證明和已辦妥擬留學(xué)人員留學(xué)學(xué)校所在國內(nèi)入境簽證的護照。3.應(yīng)具有可控制區(qū)域內(nèi)的常住戶口或其他有效居住身份，有固定住所、穩(wěn)定職業(yè)和收入來源。

留學(xué)貸款的額度不超過國外留學(xué)學(xué)校錄取通知書或其它有效入學(xué)證明上載明的報名費、一年內(nèi)學(xué)費、生活費及其它必需費用的等值人民幣總和，最高不超過50萬人民幣，期限一般為1～6年，最長期限不超過6年。英國留學(xué)貸款方式

房產(chǎn)抵押：貸款最高額不超過經(jīng)貸款人認可的抵押物價值的60%;質(zhì)押：貸款最高額不超過質(zhì)押物價值的80%;信用擔保：以第三方提供連帶責任保證的，若保證人為銀行認可的法人，可全額發(fā)放;若是銀行認可的自然人，貸款最高額不超過20萬元人民幣。

四、英國留學(xué)貸款注意事項

六、留學(xué)貸款利息計算

留學(xué)貸款的利率按照中國人民銀行規(guī)定的同期貸款利率執(zhí)行。貸款期限在一年以內(nèi)的，實行合同利率;貸款期限在一年以上的，遇法定利率調(diào)整，于次年的3月15日起，按相應(yīng)的利率檔次執(zhí)行新的利率，實行分段計息。

貸款期限在一年以內(nèi)的，應(yīng)一次性還清貸款本息，實行利隨本清;貸款期限在一年以上的，以每半年為一期，按期等額償還貸款本息。
