一、裝修全過程21個環節解析

（一）前期設計

同樣是建造，人和蜜蜂的區別就在于，蜜蜂的建造是本能的反映，而人在建造之前，腦海中首先會形成構思和框架。所以，如果把家裝比喻成一場戰役，那么家裝的前期設計就是這場戰役的“作戰方案”，是家裝的“靈魂環節”。

在前期設計中，必須還要做的一件事，那就是對自己的房間進行一次詳細的測量，測量的內容主要包括：

1、明確裝修過程涉及的面積。特別是貼磚面積、墻面漆面積、壁紙面積、地板面積；

（二）主體拆改

進入到施工階段，主體拆改是最先上的一個項目，主要包括拆墻、砌墻、鏟墻皮、換塑鋼窗等等。主體拆改說白了，就是先把工地的框架先搭起來。

（三）水電改造

水電路改造之前，主體結構拆改應該基本完成了。在水電改造和主體拆改這兩個環節之間，還應該進行櫥柜的

如果工人忙得開的話，工長一般會在“木工老大”還沒有結束的時候就讓“瓦工老二”進場貼磚，這很正常，因為兩者本身沒什么沖突。

關于家具的購買時間，我的建議是，最早也要在水電路改造完成之后，這樣，選擇家具的基本尺寸范圍我們心里才大致有數。所以，有些同學在裝修還沒開始之前，已經急著把家具都訂了，個人感覺沒什么必要。

（二十）家電進場

到了這時候，家電該進場的進場，該安裝的安裝，準備入住了！

（二十一）家居配飾

家居配飾，家裝的最后一步，而且已經由裝修轉為裝飾了，包括窗簾的安裝都屬于家居配飾環節。至于買窗簾，最好是在訂好家具之后，以免風格沖突。家居配飾還包括可以考慮買一些綠色植物、掛墻畫、擺設工藝品等等等等??總之，入住之后，你就可以自由發揮了。

二、裝修過程的兩種劃分

為了便于大家進一步理解這十九步以及期間夾帶的一些需要注意的環節，具體如下：

1辦理開工手續——2自行測量——3前期設計——4主體拆改——5木門廠家上門測量——6櫥柜

2、主體拆改，是為了把毛坯房徹底變成工地。主體拆改包括的內容上面剛剛說過——“拆墻、砌墻、鏟墻皮、拆暖氣、換塑鋼窗等等”，以及部分木工活；

3、隱蔽工程，就相當于“內科手術”。隱蔽工程要先做，也就是大家常說的“裝修開始，水電先行”；

4、覆蓋工程，如同給家“穿衣服”。木工的窗套、埡口，瓦工貼磚、過門石，窗臺的安裝，油工刷漆——木、瓦、油這三項屬于基礎工程，后面的扣板吊頂、鋪裝地板、貼壁紙結束后，衣服就算穿完了；

5、安裝階段，主要完成功能性的實現。包括：櫥柜、木門、開關插座、燈具安裝、五金、潔具、窗簾桿??每一項都是有其既定的功能；

6、收尾階段，說白了，就是把還不構成“可以搬家入住”的因素補充完整。

三、小知識普及---半包主材購買順序:

現在裝修業主一般會選擇半包的比較多，其主材是由業主來買，那么咱們業主應該怎么去合理購買主材呢？其購買順序與裝修的施工進度及施工質量又有怎么樣的關聯呢?

1.櫥柜定購

可早定或施工方進場三至五天前定購，因為櫥柜水電圖是由櫥柜廠家出（定制類產品需要一個月左右的工期），設計師交付水電圖到業主手中，這樣，就不會延誤打線槽。

2.潔具

潔具可早定或施工方進場三至五天前定購，因為水電工進場多是需要清理現場，先做改排水，確定潔具的尺寸定位。

3.木門

可早定或施工方進場三至五天前定購，這是一個可長可短的主材配送，短的廠家，可能半月即能送貨，長的差不多穿越了大半個裝修工期。也是延誤工期限一個較致命環節。

4.墻地磚

可早定或施工方進場三至五天前定購，一般泥水工大概在開工后的10天進駐。這個時候就需要墻地磚進場了。

5.煙機灶

煙機灶一般在定櫥柜的時候就應該考慮，櫥柜臺面的開槽需要煙機灶的尺寸。

6.熱水器

熱水器可早定或貼磚時定購。

7.石材類

泥水工進場后三至五天定購。

8.五金類

這個依據木工提供的量的時間來定購，一般施工方會提前三至五告知業主。

9.墻紙類

可早定或面漆施工前三至五天定購。

10.吊頂

可早定或在工程中期定購，因為吊頂多是商家配套安裝，而且是在墻磚鋪貼完畢后續下的工程。

11.燈具

可早定或在工程中期定購。

12.地板

地板基本是最后一個環節，基裝差不得才會安裝地板，在工程中期之前定購就差不多了。如果裝實木地板，則需前期定購，因為要打地籠。

裝修后才知道的事（留著備用）

經驗，讓你少走彎路。

1.床墊太軟。

2.如果家中會做飯頻率很高的話，盡量放棄開放式廚房，會有油煙問題。

3.衛生間、廚房小水寶，熱水來得快，使用時比較方便。

4.很多人說煙機中式的比歐式的吸力更強，其實是不對的，吸力的好壞主要看排風量。

5.電源插座能多裝盡量多裝點，否則家里到處都是拖線板。

6.鞋柜的隔板不要做到頭，留一點空間好讓鞋子的灰能漏到最底層。

7.浴缸PK淋浴，二選一的話，還是建議淋浴，浴缸裝好，從來也沒泡過澡的不是少數。

8.如果有2個衛生間，裝一個浴缸還是有必要的，泡泡大件衣物，幫小寶寶洗澡都是不錯的選擇，按摩浴缸就不必了，泡不了幾回，還特別貴。

9.裝燈時沒考慮餐桌擺放位置，現在燈不在餐桌正中。

10.如果喜歡上網，每個房間的每面墻上，都預留至少2個網口和2個以上的插座。無線路由的確可以解決問題，但是據說有時候還是不穩定。

11.后悔廚房煙道沒有打出去，現在只要樓里有人燒菜，自家的脫排油煙機就必須同時打開，不然滿屋子的油煙味。

12.房內各種插座的位置，與后來買的家具尺寸有偏差，浪費了很多插座。

13.如果在商場里都么買到的，就千萬不要叫木工做！除非這個木工手藝相當的好。

14.地板顏色要略淺的，不容易看到灰，廚衛地磚反而要略深，不容易發現到處都是頭發，這樣才最耐臟。

15.餐廳最好裝個吊扇，超級舒服。

16.儲物空間盡量多一點，入住后需要收納的雜物會越來越多。

17.陽臺的墻面最好還是用瓷磚，比涂料更防水。

18.后悔買了裝了那么多燈，其實固定用的就那幾個。

19.廁所的梳洗臺是玻璃的，超級容易弄臟。

20.臥室的頂燈最好是雙控的，門旁一個，床邊一個，省得大冬天躺在床上了再起來關燈。

21.浴室五金件,龍頭之類的絕對是一分價錢一分貨。

22.裝修時盡量不要留擦不到的地方, 死角衛生很難搞。

23.將來打算要孩子的家庭，一定要算好尺寸，在床的旁邊要預留可放嬰兒床的位置

24.建議所有龍頭都裝冷熱水管，裝修時多裝一點花不了很多錢，事后想補救超級困難

25.房間里的不實用的布置越少越好 人民幣貼上去就撕不下來了 早晚過時。

26.買任何東西時注意家里面門的大小，別買好了搬不進去。

27.實木地板腳感好但需要保養，復合地板清潔起來方便。

28.隱形門是中看不中用的，想開著透氣都麻煩。

29.步入式衣柜好是好，不過比較容易積灰，敞開式的書架、置物架等（沒有門的那種），好看是好看，但是擦起來好痛苦啊，特別是書，一層灰。

30.燈千萬不能是沖上的，那個掛上去之后就等著積灰吧。

編后語：后期配飾的還有很多，如窗簾裝飾品之類的，這些基本可以慢慢根據空間與設計風格來配就可以。以上這些只算是一粗略的主材時間表，有時候因人會有變化，有的業主還沒有確定裝修時間，可能就把相關主材定完了，也有部分業主是邊裝修邊定。不管如何，提前定購及確定送貨時間很重要。
