我先做一個簡單的自我介紹：我來自江南影視的表演系，我的名字叫做張黎，張開的“張”，黎明的“黎”，張開雙臂,擁抱黎明。

Ok!在演講的開始我要告訴各位三個秘密，希望你們可以仔細地聽進去。

First，雖然我可能沒有資格這么說，但我還是要說，我要代表無錫全體市民歡迎各位來到江南影視。Second，我是這樣安排我的演說的：好的在前，更好的其次，最好的放在最后面。所以你們都應該堅持到最后一刻，因為那樣你們都能得到最美好的東西。你們說好嗎?

Finally，我想告訴你們：Iveryveryloveyour!我愿意毫無保留地將自己的所知分享給各位，愿你們可以做的更好!那各位說，你們要不要堅持到最后一刻呢?

在這塊場地上我看了不下十次的演出，但是令我寒心的是，每次演出常常是開場的一次掌聲，中間的幾次零星掌聲，結束時的人早已散光，我們很多人不會給站在舞臺的人鼓掌，我們很多人不喜歡認同別人，其實你鼓掌的態度就決定了你人格成功的標準。鼓掌是為別人喝彩，也是為自己加油，也體現了你的素質，我相信各位都是有修養的人，你們一定會給我最多的鼓勵和最好的配合的，我們一定會共同完成一場精彩和令人難忘的演講的，你們說是嗎?

Ok!行動是最好的證明，當我說“哦”的時候，你們就說“yes”!

今天的開場真是太完美了，所以我要帶給你們更精彩的過程!

如果人生要被分成很多個階段，那么大學就是一個新的開始，如果你要問我怎樣才可以使你的大學可以過得更加美好，那么我的答案就是不斷地采取有效的行動。

《圣經》里有這樣一個故事：

有一天，一個有兩個兒子的父親對大兒子說：“兒啊，你今天到我的葡萄園去工作?！?/p>

“我不去，我不想工作?！崩洗蠡卮鹫f。

老大拒絕聽父親的話，就走開了。過了一會兒，他坐下想了想，就懊悔自己的行為。他想：“我錯了，我不該違背父親。我雖然說不去，可是我還是應該到葡萄園工作的。”

他立刻起身到葡萄園去，使勁地工作，藉以彌補他的過失。

這時，父親又去找小兒子，對他說同樣的話：“兒啊!你今天到我的葡萄園去工作?！?/p>

小兒子一口答應：“我去，父親。我這就去?！?/p>

可是過了一會兒，小兒子想：“我是說過我去，可是我并不想去!你以為我會在父親的葡萄園工作嗎?才不呢?！?/p>

過了幾個鐘頭，父親到葡萄園去看看。不料，竟發現老大在園里拼命地工作，卻不見小兒子的蹤影。

我問各位：“這兩個兒子，哪一個照父親的意思做了呢?”

是的，是大兒子。

沒錯!這個故事告訴我們：行勝于言，只要采取積極有效的行動，才能實現人生的目標。也許你們在沒有進入大學之前定了很多的計劃，也有很多的美好的夢想，但無論我們做什么事，有什么好的想法，或者立了什么誓言，只有采取行動，我們才能通過自己的積極行動去創造我們想要的一切。

我從來不認為自己是一個天才，但我就是一個能積極行動的人。也許你們早有聽說：大學里的社團很多，也可以很好的展現自己，提高自己，可是會行動的卻很少，但是我是會積極行動的人，當我有了想法要建社團的時候，我就立刻去做了，兩個星期的時間，我幾乎跑遍了江影所有的房間，當然除了女衛生間之外，終于在江影我建立屬于自己的社團，我給它起了一個好聽的名字：叫做樂樂團!推薦一下：有興趣的同學可以加入!

我知道我們剛開始不夠好，但是我相信行動會帶來改變，終于我們在一年時間里已經完成了四場專場演出，從批評不斷到贊譽一片我們借助的是積極的行動的力量，據我所知在我來這里的一年中樂樂團是江影社團中舉辦演出場次最多的社團!

為了提高我的演講能力，我主動到那些我沒有到過的公園里去，主動找那些我不認識的人們，把他們集合起來，聽我的演講，使自己更快地進步。我知道這需要很大的勇氣，也很難，但我知道行動會帶來改變!

所有的結果都是由行動造成的，采取什么樣的行動，將會導致什么樣的結果。你要想獲取什么樣的成果，你必須采取什么樣的行動。

在大學里面要不要好好學習啊?!好好學習要不要交學費，那不好好學習呢?既然好好學習和不好好學習都要交學費，你覺得好好學習好不好?yes還是no?但是鐵杵要磨成針，我們就應該功夫下得——深!所以我們應該馬上行動，從大一就可以好好學習，yesorno?

當你參加一個比賽，有幾種結果啊?一種獲得了名次，一種失敗了，你說贏了好不好?Yes!那輸了呢?No!No就no了唄，反正不參加什么也沒有，輸了不還獲得了很多經驗，認識了很多人，還可以結交到朋友，你說這樣好不好?所以一定要馬上行動，因為馬上行動了就一切可能，yesorno?

朋友們!我做今天的演講有幾種結果呢?一種能給你們帶來啟迪和幫助?這樣好不好，yesorno?還有一種就是沒有給你們帶來幫助，這樣yesorno?那你說我要不要行動，當然要行動，成功了就能給你們帶來幫助，分享我的知識，使你們進步，這是我一直所追求的，當然要去做的!可失敗了，我還有臉在江影混下去嗎?有什么關系，誰能隨隨便便成功呢?不經歷風雨怎見彩虹呢?(歌曲：《陽光總在風雨后》)即使失敗了也能提高我的演講能力，還能讓你們認識一下靚靚的張黎，你們說這樣要不要行動啊?可是我明年再做好不好?不好!所以我應該馬上行動!

來江影你們是為了什么結果呢?實現你們的夢想，或者簡單些說就是學知識為了將來能賺錢!我們的人生是不是都想要一個好的——結果呢?鍛煉身體是為了健康的——結果，化妝為了美麗——結果!為了得到結果我們就應該行動!可是結果有好有壞，但是不行動是不是什么結果也沒有啊?

舉個例子吧。我只是假設哦，有一個你很喜歡的女孩，可是她又漂亮，又有內涵，而你長得一般，也沒有錢，雖然你一眼就鐘情了她，可是她卻一眼也沒看過你，你說要不要去追，要不要行動啊?可是行動了有幾種情況呢?一種是同意了，看來那個女孩子想要綠葉來襯托，一種就是no!看來還是要撒泡尿照照自己!當然你可以這樣安慰自己：哎!她真沒福氣了，像我這種外表平平，未來有巨大發展潛力的人她竟然不要，讓她將來同學聚會時握著我的手說：后悔當初沒下手吧!第三種情況呢?得到的答案是：我媽媽叫我不要和陌生人隨便說話，但是看你這么主動，我們可以相處看看!朋友們，你們發現沒有，其實你們去追了

只有第一種是失敗的，其它兩種都是成功的，所以你們要不要行動啊?俗話說：過了這村兒——沒這店兒，為了防止她這朵鮮花插在別的牛糞上，你說你要不要馬上行動?

演講到現在，我一直在觀察一個女孩，因為我覺得她聽我的演講很認真，為了感謝她，我真的好想過去擁抱她一下啊?但是我怕她拒絕耶。你們說我要不要去啊?去了有幾種結果?一種yes!既然同意了那就抱唄!一種no!雖然幼小的心靈難以接受，但是她本來就不屬于你的嘛，也不應該抱!那你們說我應該行動了，可是我現在不做等以后還有沒有機會?不一定，為了確?？赡埽沂遣皇菓摤F在就去做呢?所以我應該馬上行動!我一直都是一個相信群眾的人，所以我決定現在就去表達我的感謝!

我最喜歡的事情就是看書，但是沒有運用那些知識的行動你們覺得看那些書有意義嗎?其實知識本身是沒有價值的，只是把它運用到實踐當中，價值才會體現出來。換一句話說，生活不會因為你能做什么而給你回報，生活因為你做了什么而給你回報!所以一定別忘了行動。

有一位成功者，許多人問他：

“你這么成功，曾經遇到過困難嗎?”

“當然”他說。

“當你遇到困難時如何處理?”

“馬上行動”他說。

“當你遇到經濟上或其他方面的重大壓力時呢?”

“馬上行動”他說。

“在婚姻感情上遇到挫折或溝通不良的話?”

“馬上行動”他還是說。

“你在人生過程中遇到困難都這么處理嗎?”

他還是說……沒錯，他只有一個答案：馬上行動!

我想演講到現在可以和各位分享我勵志演講的口號了，不知道還有沒有人記得那個口號和四個動作呢?我們一起來尋找一下那時的回憶(放原來的演講聲音)。你一定很好奇為什么有那么多人笑是嗎?今天我也把那個動作帶來了你們想不想學呢?

學弟學妹們，大學很精彩，但是并不代表你的大學就很精彩，所以為過好這三年、四年或者五年，你們必須要：馬上行動!

當你有想法時，要告訴自己——馬上行動，于是你去做——一切可能;

當你有困難時，要告訴自己——馬上行動，于是困難被你克服——一切可能;

當你不開心時，要告訴自己——馬上行動，于是變得積極——一切可能;

當你想放棄時，要告訴自己——馬上行動，于是你又重點激-情——一切可能;

當你有目標時，要告訴自己——馬上行動，于是目標可以變成現實——一切可能;

當你發現鮮花的時候，即使你是牛糞，也要告訴自己——馬上行動，于是鮮花真的插在了你這坨牛糞上——一切可能!

Ok!今天我帶來一個好東西來，有請我助手把它拿上來，一個裝水的罐子，還有一些裝罐子的鵝卵石(我把石頭全放到罐子里然后問他們)，請問各位：“你們說，這罐子是不是滿的?”

(“是氨所有人都齊聲說道。)

“是的嗎?”(我笑著問，然后我在再從桌底下拿出一袋碎石子，把碎石子從罐口倒下去，搖一搖，再加一些，再問他們)：“各位，你們說，這罐子現在是不是滿的呢?”

(這回他們的回答已不再那么快：“不是的?！?

“ok!Verygood!”(我說完之后，又從桌下面拿出一袋沙子，慢慢地倒進了罐子里。倒完之后又繼續問他們)：“現在你們再告訴我，這個罐子是滿的嗎?”

(“沒有滿!”他們似乎更有信心地回答。)

“好極了!”(我又從桌底拿出一大瓶水，把水倒進看起來已經被鵝卵石、碎石、沙子填滿的罐子。)(當這些事做完之后，我開始正色地發問)：“你從事上面這些事中學到了什么呢?”

(一位同學回答道：“無論我們學習多忙，工作多累，行程排的多滿，如果要逼一下的話，還是有很多的時間的，還是可以做很多的事的!”)

“ok!你真是太棒了，我想你說的是關于時間管理的吧!但是這并不是我要告訴你們的重要信息!”

(說到這里，我故意停頓一下，用眼睛掃視他們一遍說)：“我要告訴各位的重要信息是，如果你不先將大的鵝卵石放進罐子里去，你也許以后就永遠沒有機會再把他們放進去了!”

朋友們人生很短暫，你們可曾知道我們大部分人已經度過了四分之一的人生，我們應該趁著有限的時間做更多的事情。

問各位一個問題：你相信你的時間是無限的，長生不老，所以你最想做的事，可以無限延期?

你們相信嗎?(不)

但是我們卻常說，等我大三了，我就可以做那件事情了;等我擁有完善的知識，我才可以去競爭那個崗位;登我畢業了才可以去做那個工作;等我有錢了，我才能去追那個女孩;等我老了，要去環游世界;等我退休，就要去做想做的事情 等孩子長大了，我就可以……我們都以為自己有無限的時間與精力。難道你還真的認為到那時還有機會做哪些事情嗎?學弟學妹們，大學是干什么的呢?毫無疑問，首先就是學知識，沒錯你可以說：我現在要好好的享受我大學時光，多出去轉轉，多和朋友聚聚，反正以后工作了還有機會再學習，大學不用太累。

那我現在來問一下前排的老師，你覺得現在還有像我們一樣的寬裕的時間來好好的學習一樣東西嗎?

你們覺得我們現在最應放進去這個罐子的大鵝卵石是什么呢?就是好好的學習。你們還能再來一次童年嗎?還能再來一次初中嗎?不要讓自己總在無盡的后悔中的遺憾;不要等到覆水難收時才知道改變;不要再說：我要是在高中努力些，就可以去更好的學校了，過去的就永遠過去了，不要再想它——把握今天才是最重要的，讓我們一起馬上——行動!從現在就開始好好學習，好嗎?

我的大學只有一次，我的大學我做主，我要珍惜每一天，盡力去學好每一樣東西，也許我會錯過很多玩樂的機會，但我將得到幸福的Ok!如果我沒有記錯的話，剛才我放進去了五個大的鵝卵石，現在我要把它拿出來，假如這五個鵝卵石已經變成了打開你生命之門的寶石，他們分別代表著財富、興趣、幸福、榮譽、成功，再做一個美妙假設：你已經成為了比爾?蓋茨，那么我想現在你一定已經擁有了那五顆寶石：財富、興趣、幸福、榮譽、成功，但是我不得不說，你并沒有一下子就拿到這五顆寶石，剛開始你只拿到了一顆，但是慢慢的你就打開了你的成功的人生之門，也拿到了其它的四顆，那么我要問各位你最先拿到了哪一顆寶石才能獲得其它四顆寶石呢?

“興趣!幸福!……”

Ok!其實這是美國內華達州的麥迪遜中學在考試時出的一道題目，我經過了改編，也許你們的答案會有很多種，究竟哪一顆寶石我們最應該先拿到呢?我認為沒有標準答案，適合你的便是正確的。但是，有趣的是，比爾?蓋茨給這個學校的親自回了一封信函。函件上只有一句話：在你最感興趣的事物上，隱藏著你人生的秘密。

人生，為此我選擇在大學時奮斗!
