在師生雙邊關系問題上，我們曾經有過教師主宰一切的滿堂灌的教學模式，曾經有過且現在正被提倡的以教師為主導、學生為主體的教學模式。但在信息技術突飛猛進、知識呈幾何級遞增、提倡終身學習的今天，這些模式日益顯露其局限性。“弟-子不必不如師，師不必賢于弟-子”這一古訓在今天顯得尤為靈驗。因此，在教學中探索以大綱為主導、以教材為主線，師生雙方共同參與、共同提高的教學模式成了課堂三分鐘演講的指導思想之一。

(二)寓教于樂，創設最佳教學氛圍

教和學，本來無所謂苦樂。只是現在教什么和怎樣教，學什么和怎樣學，不是自己的主觀意志所能決定的，教者與學者長時間處在一種被動狀態，不免身心疲憊，終致厭倦。其實，教和學完全可以變成一件快樂的事情。寓教于樂是千百年來教育界永恒的話題，在社會各界提出質疑、語文教學出現危機的今天，我們著實有必要在寓教于樂、創設最佳教學氛圍方面探索一番。

(三)競爭中激發學生的求知欲、創造欲

心理學告訴我們，任何一個正常的人都有爭強好勝的心理，都有求異求新的欲望，而年青人在這一方面表現得尤為突出。開展課前三分鐘演講及至把這一模式推及整個課堂教學，正是利用了高中生這一心理特點。

二、操作要點

(一)演講順序按學號進行，男女生輪流出場(每班學號均為女生在前男生在后)這樣安排便于學生掌握自己的出場時間，同時避免了乏味單調。學號的排列是隨機的，好中差也基本分散。即使偶有幾個水平較差的學生連續演講，用一位學生的話來說也算是一種調節，讓同學們看到了不足，為下一輪精彩的演講鋪墊蓄勢。(二)演講內容不限，但要有感而發，不無病呻吟

演講內容不限，能使學生自主性和創造力得到最大限度的發揮。當然，內容不限也并不排除根據班級和學生實際，偶爾來一次命題演講或即興演講，這樣可以調節氣氛，使演講更加豐富多彩，引人人勝。有人擔心內容不限會不會導致觀點偏頗甚至錯誤以至出現一些不健康的

內容。對于前一種情況，我認為這正是求之不得的教育機緣。通過師生間的評論總結，孰得孰非，一目了然。對于后一種情況，潤物無聲般的良好氛圍，會保證演講沿著健康的軌道前行。

(三)演講要脫稿，講評不可少

嚴格要求學生演講時要脫稿，以求對所寫內容的消化吸收。那種任由學生低頭念稿、敷衍了事的做法，只能助長演講走向形式主義。至于演講的形式等，則不作過多限制，以留給學生充分發揮的空間。演講后的評論是必不可少的，這樣可以起到辨明事理、畫龍點睛、給演講者以鼓勵等作用。

(四)靈活掌握時間

一般來說，演講只需三到五分鐘，用時過多則會影響正常的教學進度。但在一些具有重大價值的問題上，應讓學生充分展開討論，把問題弄懂弄透。演講后的評論，甚至漸漸發展成的爭論，則將演講推向高-潮。語文教學不僅要立足于課內，更要延伸到課外，“學作文，先學做人”，這種對于社會上的一些熱點問題的爭論，不僅鍛煉了學生的口才、邏輯思維能力，同時又使學生辨別是非的能力有了提高。

(五)講評重在鼓勵

高中生的年齡特點決定了他們自尊心強、渴望受到鼓勵的心理特點，所以教師在講評時一定要以鼓勵為主。教師要善于發現學生演講中的閃光點，如一個別致新疑的題目、一段引人人勝的開頭、一段發人深思的結尾、一張從飯店借來的招貼畫、一件自制的小道具、配樂演講、雙人合作，等等。這樣既可以使演講者受到鼓舞，又可以使聽者深受啟發，在以后的演講中把這些閃光點發揚光大。

(六)創造寬松氛圍，讓學生各顯其能

在演講的內容、形式以及其后的評論方面，教師都要極力創造寬松的氛圍，給學生充分展示才華的空間。允許出錯，鼓勵發表不同見解。老師以身作則，帶頭點評，然后請兩位學生點評，使學生不再有拘束的感覺。

三、效果分析

經過兩年探索，課前三分鐘演講取得了始料不及的效果。在調查問卷中，有98%的學生認為課前三分鐘演講有趣味，其中68%的學生認為很有收獲。課前演講能受到絕大多數學生的支持歡迎，是因為它不僅在形式上生動活潑，更重要的是在知識的豐富、能力的提高、完善人格的培養方面很有實效性。具體表現在以下幾個方面：

(一)提高了搜集整理信息的能力

信息化社會要求當今的受教育者有很高的搜集信息、整理信息的能力。課前三分鐘演講有效地鍛煉了學生這方面的能力。為了寫一篇讓人耳目一新的演講稿，演講者往往要查閱很多資

料，做一些卡片，有的還請教同學、老師、家長，甚至有關方面的專家。一個學生為了做關于中東問題的演講，光摘抄的文字材料就有十幾頁，而這本身也是一個學習的過程。

(二)增強了競爭與合作意識

我們處在一個高速發展的社會，激烈的競爭是在所難免的，但競爭中的合作也是必不可少的。在演講實踐中，學生的競爭與合作的意識得到強化，能力不斷提高。演講前的相互切磋是合作，而演講效果孰優孰劣則是競爭。雙人相聲式的演講是合作，而演講后的唇槍舌劍又是競爭。大家都仿佛在比賽，看誰新穎，看誰成功，都有“語不驚人誓不休”的韌勁兒。

(三)培養了創新能力

課前三分鐘演講，使學生的創造力得到了極大限度的發揮。從標題擬定、題材翻新、主題升華，到一段小魔術、一個精心縫制的小道具、一段音樂伴奏，不管是內容還是形式，學生們都表現出了非凡的創造力。體裁從議論文逐漸發展到相聲、小說、科幻故事等。為了吸引聽眾注意，各種各樣的小花招更是層出不窮，魔術、雜耍、“驚堂木”、配樂，等等，令人耳目一新。

(四)提高了評價、分析能力

科學地分析問題并做出準確判斷、評價，是高中生必備的素質。但由于目前的高中生大都是獨生子女，心高氣傲，加上應試教育的影響，普遍存在知識面狹窄的問題，致使他們看問題常常偏激，每每以偏概全，顧此失彼。針對這一弱點，我在演講活動中加強了分析、評價能力的訓練。通過熱烈的討論，加上教師適時點撥，學生的思辨能力，分析、評價能力得以迅速提高，學生學會了通過一件很小的事去發掘一個很有用的道理，學會了辯證地去看待任何一個問題。同時也增強了學生作文審題的能力，作文切題率有較明顯的提高。在高三作文提高班選拔考試中，一道材料作文題難倒了很多學生，命題立意完全切合要求的僅占20%左右，而我任教的兩個班達35%以上。平均每班選拔3位學生，我任教的兩個班被選中10位。(五)鍛煉了發表個人見解的膽魄

幻想是人生的一個目標，幻想也是一個扶持信念的動力。世界上的每一個人都有幻想，不管有沒有實現，這究竟是他們及我們的人生追求。

居里夫人也有幻想并實現了，但是在這勝利的幻想后卻又不為人知的心酸歷程。居里夫人的人生很不幸。媽媽和大姐在她不滿十歲時就相繼病逝了。但是，童年的瑪麗就會英勇面對挫折，他一邊料理家事一邊刻苦學習。

再熬過了十年后，最終能上高校的她卻招來了第一個巨大阻礙，當時的波蘭高校并不招收女性，他只好打工去法國就學，在法國讀書期間，她發覺物理學家貝克勒爾發表了一篇工作報告，具體地介紹了他通過多次試驗發覺的鈾元素，鈾及其化合物具有一種特別的本事，它能自動地、連續地放出一種人的肉眼看不見的射線，這種射線和一般光線不同，能透過黑紙使照相底片感光，它同倫琴發覺的倫琴射線也不同，在沒有高真空氣體放電和外加高電壓的條件下，卻能從鈾和鈾鹽中自動發生。

鈾及其化合物不斷地放出射線，向外輻射能量。這使居里夫人發生了極大的愛好。這些能量來自于什么地方？這種與眾不同的射線的性質又是什么？居里夫人決心揭開它的隱秘。懷抱著這個幻想，在居里夫人最終獲得諾貝爾物理學獎。

幻想是是一只海燕。在心靈的海面上傲慢的飛翔，是一種美、一種樂觀。

我曾觀察過一篇外國公益廣告：一群稚氣未退的小孩子在一片草地上，一個小男孩問：“天的那一邊有什么？”其他的小伴侶搖搖頭，“那我的幻想就要飛到天的.那一邊！”此時畫面變為時鐘，再次消失的是一個航天員在太空感閑逛，航天員說：“感謝幻想中天的那一邊給我盼望！”這個廣告告知我們幻想并不遙遠，只要有了對生活的信任，就能享受幻想賜予的幸福與勝利。

人人都有幻想。萊特兄弟有成為大雁的幻想，周恩來有為中華之崛起而讀書的幻想，林肯有為了讓國家實現真正的自由的幻想。人人都有幻想為何不為自己定一個牢靠的幻想呢？幻想使萊特兄弟創造了飛機，幻想使中華在周恩來指導下解放，幻想使林肯領導了挽救聯邦和結束奴隸制度的宏大斗爭。他們靠著幻想閃光！

小的時候，我非常挑食，不愛吃蔬菜，不愛吃面，就是吃喜歡的大米時，也是好像嘴巴下面有個洞一樣，邊吃邊撒到桌子上和地上。心想這樣就可以少吃點飯了，總之每一頓飯連撒帶剩都要倒掉半碗飯。媽媽總是頭疼我挑食浪費糧食的壞毛病。在一次外出旅行時，我們路過一個災區的`希望小學，看到了那里的留守兒童。一個小弟弟用黑乎乎的小手捧著饅頭仔細地一口一口地吃著，生怕撒下一粒饅頭渣，就著咸菜完成了一餐飯。看著看著我的眼睛不覺濕潤了，每天我吃飯的時候浪費的糧食可以夠一個年齡小的朋友吃一頓的了。我怎么可以這樣呢？到這時我才意識到我的無知和可笑，以前的我天真地認為糧食是取之不盡的，而不知道糧食對我們來說如此珍貴！

我演講的題目叫“責任”。“責任”是什么呢？這兩個字是我們單位領導每次開會都要提起的。也是永遠伴隨著我們的。翻開詞典，我得到了“責任”的準確描述。“責任”是分內應做的事情。也就是承擔應當承擔的任務，完成應當完成的使命，做好應當做好的工作。

I am grateful for the opportunity to deliver my speech here after 7-days’ preparation with my friend Jinly. Thanks to Jinly’s strong support in our work. I think it is my way of saying thank you to you that giving an excellent presentation to all my friends here.

The subject of our presentation is “YOUR DREAM & YOUR GOAL”. During the next 10 minutes, we’ll give you a brief explanation of these stuff at the best of our knowledge.

First of all, I’d like to spent 3 or 5 minutes on discussing about the dream. When we were 5, they asked us what we want to be when we grow up. We answered like superman, princess, or in my case, a sailor moon. When we were 10, again they asked and the answer was policemen, doctors and some other high-principled jobs. But unfortunately, we finally found our dreams unrealistic as we entered a not-so-good high school, did not-so-good school works and went to a not-so-good direction in our life. I guess, many of you have thought about changing your dreams, but finally felt at a loss again. Yep! We’re adults and they are waiting for a serious answer. Well, how about this? WHO THE HELL KNOWS! Dream is only a dream. It’s unnecessary for us to think over our dreams all day long. You know, dreams always change, and this is not the time to make difficult decisions. But what do dreams do? Why do we still have an urgent need of dreams?

Think about it: do you have had a time when you were full of happiness just because you have made an achievement that pushes you a bit to your dream? Do you have had a time when you insist on what you were doing even the tears keep falling from your eyes? That is the power from dreams! May I equate the faith and the dream here? As we all know, aims and dreams are far from each other to some extent but close to each other on the other hand. Just like the parabola and the number line in mathematics. But it is the dream that help us to map out our aim and work out plans one after another in our life. Just like what Howard Schultz, the founder of the Starbuck said, Dreams are like the stars----we never reach them, but like mariners, we chart our course by them. And I believe that if you have a dream and make efforts step by step, some of you may extremely finish the quantitative change on the way to success and reach the qualitative change!

I would like to finish my part by a tongue twister: Whether the weather be fine or whether the weather be not. Whether the weather be cold or whether the weather be hot. so now i'd like to share with you what's in my suitcase today. guess what? books. i have a suitcase full of books. here's margaret atwood, “cat's eye.“ here's a novel by milan kundera. and here's “the guide for the perplexed“ by maimonides. but these are not exactly my books. i brought these books with me because they were written by my grandfather's favorite authors.

my grandfather was a rabbi and he was a widower who lived alone in a small apartment in brooklyn that was my favorite place in the world when i was growing up, partly because it was filled with his very gentle, very courtly presence and partly because it was filled with books. i mean literally every table, every chair in this apartment had yielded its original function to now serve as a surface for swaying stacks of books. just like the rest of my family, my grandfather's favorite thing to do in the whole world was to read.

but he also loved his congregation, and you could feel this love in the sermons that he gave every week for the 62 years that he was a rabbi. he would takes the fruits of each week's reading and he would weave these intricate tapestries of ancient and humanist thought. and people would come from all over to hear him speak.

but here's the thing about my grandfather. underneath this ceremonial role, he was really modest and really introverted -- so much so that when he delivered these sermons, he had trouble making eye contact with the very same congregation that he had been speaking to for 62 years. and even away from the podium, when you called him to say hello, he would often end the conversation prematurely for fear that he was taking up too much of your time. but when he died at the age of 94, the police had to close down the streets of his neighborhood to accommodate the crowd of people who came out to mourn him. and so these days i try to learn from my grandfather's example in my own way.
