未來對于我們，早已不再縹緲，心中那份忽隱忽現的夢想，趨使著我們不停地探尋，追逐。擔起自己的未來，這責任的份量，不輕;追夢的路，不會平坦。

2011感動中國人物劉偉，在承受了失去雙臂的巨大打擊之后，又遭到被迫放棄讓自己找回信心的游泳這一五雷轟頂的災難所有的痛苦，絕望、掙扎，最后都化為了維也納金色大廳的掌聲。他沒有雙臂，支用那瘦弱的肩膀扛起了自己的另一個美好未來。

在當代中國，獨生子女家庭越來越多，作為獨生子女的我們，承載的就不僅僅是自己個人的成功失敗，我們是父母的寄托，是父母的希望，父母的日夜辛勞，只為我們能生活的更好，父母希望自己兒時沒有實現的夢想，能借助我們實現，雖然這樣可能強加給我們一些我們并不喜歡的東西，但那是父母的愛，父母的期盼。作為孩子，我們有責任去替父母完成心愿，哪怕真的干不好，也要努力試一試，孝順孝順，順字為大，讓父母的期盼不會落空，這份責任分量很重。

其實，生活中也有許多和我們年紀相仿的同學與責任的事情。在電影《一個獨生子女》的影片中，不到10歲的女孩張鳴鳴的父親去世了，媽媽又因心臟病臥倒在床。她十分懂事，用自己平時積攢的零錢交了學費，同時也挑起做家務的擔子。她做完家務還要寫作業，在學校也爭當一位好學生。媽媽看了鳴鳴的日記后自責委屈了女兒，但鳴鳴為了不讓媽媽傷心，就燒掉了日記。一天雷雨之夜，媽媽被送進醫院，此后鳴鳴每天不僅堅持上學，而且要跑去醫院給媽媽送飯。她的作業都是在病床上完成的。為了給媽媽補充營養，鳴鳴殺了自己心愛的小雞。她的學習不斷進步，文章在小記者報上發表，臂上也帶上了大隊委的標志，可媽媽病情越來越重。媽媽在被送進急救間搶救過來之后，鳴鳴臉上綻開了幸福的笑容。在生活的磨難中，鳴鳴逐漸成長，勇敢地走向明天……

文中的鳴鳴，在父親去世、母親大病的情況下獨立生活，每天除了做完作業，辦完自己該做的事情之后，還要做家務，打掃屋子。面對家庭的貧窮，鳴鳴樂觀地生活著，用自己稚嫩的雙手撐起了家庭的天空。這，就是責任;這，就是不會被困難擊倒的責任!

們的一生”。關心、愛護學生是教師的天職，愛為師德之本，無愛則無教育。植根于愛是處理好師生關系的關鍵所在，教師必須真心誠意地去關愛每一個學生，既當慈母又當嚴父，在學習上嚴格要求學生，在生活上更要關心熱愛學生，做學生的良師益友，只有這樣，才能成為一個受到孩子們熱愛的合格教師。教師，全部的職業生涯都離不開孩子。師愛是師德的核心，師愛是師魂，師愛是教育的基礎。教師對學生的愛，是一種只講付出不計回報、無私而廣泛且沒有血緣的愛，是一種嚴慈相濟的愛。學生一旦體會到這種愛，就會“親其師”，從而“信其道”，最終實現教育的根本功能。

一、用愛心去溫暖學生

“如果學生是一朵含苞待放的花蕾，教師的職責就是讓他們在生活這片溫暖的陽光里絢麗綻放”。作為一名教師，對學生的愛必須是普遍而廣泛的，不應該以社會原因、家庭背景及平時表現而有所偏愛，應該一視同仁。對于調皮生，我從來就沒有放棄他們，任其破罐子破甩，而是給予特別的關愛。只有這樣，孩子們才會敞開心扉認同你，快樂地融合到集體當中去，充分地扮演主人公的角色，才能創造一個融洽的、溫暖的、團結的集體。師愛的細膩和多樣，沒有哪一種職業可以相比，特別在一個幅員遼闊、發展不平衡的國家，多樣化的師愛，潤澤著祖國的每一寸土地。

每到一個班，我都要求學生寫日記，日記內容不要求很多，只要寫出自己的真情實感，用自己的語言表達自己的感情變化，發現自己，完善自己。從中我得到了許多……在日記中，學生可以說是無話不談，同伴關系，與老師的關系，學習及家庭的問題，都是我們的話題，在這同時我也得到的學生的信任，這是很有利的我的教學，而學生那種渴望被老師注意，被老師關心的心情也是我為之驚訝!盡管有的男同學不是經常在我面前表現，但那顆心我是理解的。我的親近也使那些不愛說話的學生漸漸地來到了我的身邊，開始主動講話了。我相信我也會讓我的學生健康的成長的。我認為，學生的要求不是很高，只要教師肯于主動的了解學生的心理，適當的拿出一點時間去接近學生，在師生關系方面，一定會做到事半功倍。

當我因有事一天沒有給學生上課時，學生在日記中寫下了“離開老師的日子……”在課下，我也經常和學生們以朋友相稱，與他們共站在同一條線上，共同來渡過難關，享受榮譽。傾聽學生的心聲，讓他們感到教師是一個熱情和藹的人，一個平易近人的人，一個可以信賴的人。教師，有一千個學生，就有一千種愛。面對性格迥異的學生，即使愛如潮水，教師也要化作細雨精心澆灌。

二、用耐心去感化學生

師愛還必須要有耐心，這是由教育的長期性與反復性決定的。學生知識的積累、能力的培養、品德的形成，都不是一朝一夕，一蹴而就，而是要通過反復的訓練與實踐才能成功。后進生的進步猶如蝸牛行走緩慢之極，往往是今天變好了，明天又差了，反反復復，難以鞏固。教師絕不能有“恨鐵不成鋼”的思想，需要堅持正面教育，用循循善誘的方法，經常性地作耐心細致的思想轉換工作，最大限度地調動他們的積極性。后進生尤其渴望能夠得到別人的贊賞和承認，當他們受到老師和同學的稱贊時，會獲得精神上的愉快，從而促進自信心的建立。教師要善于使用“放大鏡”尋找后進生身上的每一個哪怕是十分微小的閃光點。

當他們有了點滴進步，就及時予以肯定表揚，讓其產生“成功感”，培養自信心。我班有位叫王恒的學生，身體長得結實，但經常遲到甚至曠課，學習成績較差，不愛完成作業。對于這樣的學生，我給了他特別的關注，用心地尋找和捕捉他身上的閃光點。我發現他關心集體、勞動積極，于是就選他當勞動委員，以作班干部來樹立他對自己的信心。他擔任勞動委員后勁頭可大了，工作認真負責，每天的清潔掃除，都主動留下來管理，并幫助別人打掃。在他的帶動下，班上的清潔評分在學校總是位居前列。我常利用課余時間給他開小灶，耐心地輔導，鼓勵他在學習上的每一個小小的進步。

三、用真心去打動學生

由于受傳統教育那種師道尊嚴的影響，學生對老師總會或多或少存有畏懼心理，師生之間有著一道無形的鴻溝。作為一名教師，如何去填平這道溝呢?那就是用滾燙的心溫暖學生的心靈，用真心去感動學生，用真誠去填平師生間的鴻溝。真心誠意是打動人的最有效的手段，教師對學生真誠的愛有著巨大的感召力。只有真心對待學生，才能引起學生內心的強烈共鳴，達到師生間的相互信任，學生才會把老師當作知心朋友，敞開心扉，傾訴他們的心里話。老師才能及時了解學生的精神世界，才能有的放矢地及時給予指導和幫助，使他們健康成長。

四、用垂范去引導學生

“德高為范，博學為師”。古人云“以身立教，其身亡而其教存”，反之“其身雖存則其教已廢”。教師必須具備美好的師德師風，為人師表，以身作則，時時處處注意自己的言行，以良好的形象做好學生的表率，在潛移默化中用自己的榜樣力量對學生進行教育，促進學生良好習慣的養成和道德品質的提高。平時，凡是要求學生做到的，教師本人也應該做到，要充分展現教師在各個方面的素質，用實際行動從情感上取得學生的認可，讓學生心服口服。不僅要有愛的情感，愛的行動，還要有愛的能力和愛的藝術，把自己的情感融入到課堂實踐中去，用教師特有的語言和行動去喚起學生的熱情，產生共鳴，激發學生的熱情。

我常參與到學生中去，用比賽的方法去調動學生的求知欲望，鼓勵學生買一些有益的課外書籍。要求學生每天背一首古詩或一段宋詞，并記錄在筆記本上。開始，我把詩、詞寫在小黑板上，讓學生背，第二天去檢查，結果只有三分之一的學生去做了。為了讓更多的孩子參與到積累背誦古詩、詞的行列之中，我便來了一招，自己親自參與到學生中去，與學生進行比賽看誰背得又多又快又好。

我每天第一節語文課，首先作好示范背給同學們聽，這樣同學們見老師都在虛心學習，也跟著背。就這樣，我天天如此，全班同學也天天如此，跟著我積累了很多著名詩、詞，既陶冶了情操，又提高了寫作水平。雖然這樣花費了我的大量業余時間，但我覺得非常值得，因為在我的影響下，我教的班學習空氣特別濃，同學們都比著學，賽著學，形成了良好的學習風氣。

今天我跟大家分享的題目是《愛在左，責任在右》。

太陽的責任是照亮黑暗，雨的責任是滋潤大地，花兒的責任是襯托世界。作為教師的我們，責任是什么呢?說到責任，我總會有一種沉甸甸的感受。因為作為一名教師，我們所背負的是孩子的一切。

家長們把孩子托付給我們，孩子們毫無保留的信任我們，面對家長們信任的目光，面對孩子們天真的眼光，我們不得不小心翼翼，慎重對待。一個有教育責任感的教師，除了對學生負責，對其它事情也是負責的。對大事負責，對小事也負責。因此做好每天該做的事情，就是一名教師的責任!

老師在校一天，就要肩負一天的責任。每天清晨醒來，在心里給自己一天的責任列個清單。這個責任可能是上好一節課，批改好每一份作業，亦或是放學時送每位孩子到指定地點。責任有很多，而責任不應區分大小。把每個應盡的責任做好，便是完美的完成一件事情。

前人云：德高為師，身正為范。眾所周知，小孩子的模仿能力是很強的，當小孩子來到這個世界上時他們是純潔的一張白紙，我們必須小心的對待我們所畫上的每一筆，作為老師，引導教育好孩子，我們責無旁貸。責任是愛心的衍生物。身為教師，個人素質直接影響著學生的學風和校風，教師的形象直接關系著學生素能的培養。

我想，每天會有多少像我一樣的母親在分享孩子成長的快樂?亦或是焦慮孩子的止步不前，孩子們周而復始的求學之路，牽動的是多少帶著期盼的母親的心哪。當我想推卸自己的責任時，我就想：這個孩子的母親應該也和我一樣，希望孩子的老師能夠愛他，對他負責;當他受委屈時，也希望老師能夠像媽媽一樣摸著他的頭，安慰他吧。這種念頭便會驅使我盡力把學生的每件小事做細、做好。

一名責任感強的教師，是一名不斷學習，不斷進取，不斷充電的教師;是一名給學生一碗水，自己要準備一桶水，學習不止的教師。是一名只講奉獻，不求索取，愛生如子、愛校如家，困難面前不低頭的教師。

一名責任感強的教師，是一名時時處處對學生負責、對家長負責、對社會負責，同時也是一位對自己、對家人、對親友負責的教師。

很多人并不理解當老師的辛勞，認為老師是一個輕松的職業。每天就那么幾節課，還有令所有人羨慕不已的寒暑假。其實只有從事了教師工作的人才能真正體會到這份工作的辛苦。“老師吃得是良心飯!”這句樸實的話語道出了教師精神的實質。

是啊!在這個平凡的世界里，我們需要英雄，但我們更需要千千萬萬，實實在在，腳踏實地于平凡崗位的有責任心的人。教師，固然有著別人無法理解的艱辛，但她也同樣有著別人無法體會到的幸福!

愛在左，責任在右，沒有責任感的愛就像池塘里的浮萍，沒有根，隨時可能漂移。走在生命之路的兩旁，隨時撒種，隨時開花，將這一徑長途點綴得花香彌漫，使穿枝拂葉的莘莘學子，踏著荊棘，不覺得痛苦，有淚可流，卻總覺得幸福。

今天，作為高一（17）班幸運兒之一的我，十分榮幸地站在這里參加本屆。我競選的是學生會副主席一職，雖然我很清楚，我的競爭對手都是各班經過精挑細選選出來的精英，實力不可小覷，但我充分相信自己的能力，所以，今天，我能夠站在這里挑戰主席團

也許，在我說出這番“豪言壯語”后，有些人會暗自發笑：這小姑娘怎么這么自負!可是我想說，這不是自負，這是自信!一個人如果連自己都不相信，那么他就沒有資格做任何事，即使做了，也很難成功!我之所以能夠站在這里，大部分是由于我的自信!當然，能力也很重要，因為一個人的信心和能力永遠是成正比的。

自從在班里擔任紀檢委員后，我覺得我各方帶能力都有了很大的提高，憑著極大的熱情和干練的處事，贏得了同學們的好評，曾兩次獲得“優秀學生干部”的榮譽。不過成績代表過去，未來的路還很漫長，在今后我將更加努力，使自己的能力進一步提

課前三分鐘演講

（一）目標決定成就

從前有三只小鳥，它們一起出生，一起長大，又一起從巢里飛出去，尋找成家立業的地方。

它們很快飛到一座小山上。一只小鳥落到一棵樹上說：“哎呀，這里真高！你們看，那成群的雞鴨牛羊甚至大名鼎鼎的千里馬都在羨慕地向我仰望。能夠生活在這里，我們應該滿足了。”

另兩只小鳥失望地搖了搖頭說：“好吧，你既然滿意，就留在這里吧，我們還想再到高處看看。”

這兩只小鳥飛呀飛，終于飛到了五彩斑斕的云彩里。其中一只陶醉了，情不自禁地引吭高歌起來：“我不想再飛了，這輩子能飛上云端，你不覺得十分了不起嗎？”

另一只說：“我堅信一定還有更高的境界。”說完，它向著九天、向著太陽執著地飛去?? 后來，落在樹上的小鳥成了麻雀，留在云端的小鳥成了大雁，飛向太陽的小鳥成了雄鷹。各位同學，你們的目標是什么呢？是樹梢，云端，還是太陽？我們當然都想成為翱翔于九天的雄鷹啊。

因為我們每個人都渴望成功，成功的桂冠對于一個人來講，不僅是一種榮譽，還是一種身份的象征。但是，成功地首要前提是立志，也就是要找準自己的位置，鎖定自己的目標。目標的高低決定成就的大小，人們常說，心有多高，舞臺就有多大。

當然，知道了自己身在何處，心系何方，還要為之追求不止，奮斗不息，不因為一次小小的成功而滿足，也不因為一次失敗的打擊而停滯不前。

同學們，為了將來能放歌于山巔，讓我們棄燕雀之小志，慕鴻鵠以高翔，設立好人生的目標，奮力向前沖刺吧!

（二）坐在生活的前排

有個教授做過一項實驗：12年前，他要求他的學生進入一個寬敞的大禮堂，并自由找座位坐下。反復幾次后，教授發現有的學生總愛坐前排，有的則盲目隨意，四處都坐，還有一些人似乎特別鐘情后面的座位。教授分別記下了他們的名字。10年后，教授的追蹤調查結果顯示：愛坐前排的學生中，成功的比例高出其他兩類學生很多。

最后，教授語重心長地說道：“不是說凡事一定要站在最前面，永遠第一，而是說這種積極向上的心態十分重要。在漫長的一生中，你們一定要勇爭第一，積極坐在前排呀！”

“坐在前排”，這是一種積極進取的生活態度，一種“敢為天下先”的勇者心態，一種事事必爭一流的堅定信念。因為事事都想走在別人前面，就要盡己所能，去取得最好的成績，去爭取更大成功。

這讓我想起被世界政壇譽為“鐵娘子” 英國第一位女首相撒切爾夫人，她的父親在她小時候就經常向她灌輸這樣的思想：無論做什么事情，都要力爭一流，永遠做在別人前頭，而不能落后于人。永遠不要說“我不能”或“太困難了”之類的話。在后來的學習、生活和工作中，她牢記父親的教誨，做事總是抱著一往無前的精神和必勝的信念，盡自己最大的努力克服一切困難，做好每一件事，且事事必爭一流。40多年后，她終于成為英國政壇一顆耀眼的明星。

很多時候，一個人的成功源于堅守住自己的信念。“永遠坐在生活的前排”，讓這一信念成為我們生活的指南針，指引我們人生的航程。信念產生力量，是我們戰勝一切困難的法寶。有了它，即使前行的道路坎坷不平，成功的大門也將永遠向你敞開著。

（三）別給自己留退路

有位書法家對一位用廢報紙練字的人說：“如果你用最好的紙來寫，你可能會寫得更好。”那人很奇怪地問原因，書法家笑而不答，只寫了一個“逼”字，那人頓悟，這是讓他惜紙逼自己寫好字，用廢報紙練，就是留下退路，寫不好再重來；用最好的紙練，就會因惜紙而逼自己專注地寫好每個字。原來，成功是被“逼”出來的。

其實，我們人生的每一頁都是無價的白紙，不能任意涂抹，廢棄重來。只有如惜紙一般珍惜每一次機會，專心致志地做好眼前的事，認認真真寫好每一筆，才能成就精彩的人生篇章。

可是人生之途，漫長而艱辛，我們總是難以駕馭自己的惰性與欲望，路遇險阻或誘惑時，習慣用各式各樣的借口來自我安慰，為自己的膽怯與懈怠尋找退路，最后萬事成蹉跎，成功便成了可望而不可即的蜃景。

現代社會，機遇多多，誘惑也不少，我們常會面臨諸多選擇，難免心浮氣躁，所以一旦選定方向，就要果斷地切斷退路。

因為無路可退，才能抵制誘惑，排除干擾，更專注于眼前事，只有為成功的信念傾注全部精力，才能最大限度地發揮自己的潛能；因為無路可退，前行是唯一的選擇，哪怕途中障礙重重，艱險萬狀，為了求得一線生機，也必須學會忍耐與承受，用排除萬難的勇氣與執著前行的意志，沖破沉沉暗夜，尋找希望的曙光；因為無路可退，才擁有了拼搏的意志與奮進的動力，學識才干才得以超常發揮，智慧之光就會在絕境中綻放，最終成就一道道亮麗的人生風景。項羽破釜沉舟，孔明空城退兵，勾踐臥薪嘗膽，這些流傳千古的歷史故事，就是在無路可退之時被“逼”出來的成功啊。

人生路上我們一路前行，請隨手關上身后的門，因為沒有退路，反而會更專注，更堅定，更智慧地去探索出路，云銷雨霽之時，成功會如一道絢麗的彩虹在前方等著你。

（四）奪 冠 的 秘 訣

1984年，在東京國際馬拉松邀請賽中，名不見經傳的日本選手山田本一出人意料地奪得了世界冠軍。1986年，在意大利國際馬拉松邀請賽中，他再度奪冠。若干年后，山田本一在自傳中，寫下了他奪冠的秘訣。

“最初參加比賽的時候，我總是把目標定在終點線上的那面小旗幟上，可每次都只跑到二三里地時就跑不動了，最終以失敗而告終。多次失敗后，我意識到，我是被前面那遙遠的路程給擊敗的。經過總結我采用了這樣的方式：

在每次比賽之前，我都要把比賽經過的路線仔細觀察一遍，將沿途比較醒目的標志記下來。比如：第一個標志是銀行；第二個標志是一棵大樹；第三個標志是一座紅房子??這樣一直記到賽程的終點。

開始比賽后，我就以較快的速度奮力向第一個目標沖去，待到達第一個目標后，我再以同樣的速度向第二個目標沖去??就這樣，四十幾公里的賽程，就被我分解成若干個小目標輕松地跑完了。”

山田本一奪冠的秘訣，對你有何啟示呢？

人生如果沒有明確的目標，生活就會失去動力。但目標過大又會使人喪失信心，因此，我們要善于把人生的遠大目標進行分解，在每個階段制定一個合適的易于達到的目標。學生階段更應如此，分解你的目標，先達到最近的，再去實現另一個??并經常檢查自己實現目標的情況，體驗實現目標的快樂，充滿信心“用智慧戰勝對手”，只有這樣，一個個小的成功積累起來,就是大的成功。

（五）每天做好一件事

一位畫家被醫生診斷出患有一種絕癥，然而，他沒有因此而倒下，他異常坦然地接受醫生的治療，并且每天都堅持有計劃地鍛煉和作畫。三年間，他舉辦了十幾次個人畫展，獲得過許多大獎。平時，他的臉上總是掛著開心的微笑，完全不像一個身患絕癥的人。

有人驚羨地問他：“你為什么每天都這么開心呢？”

他微笑地反問：“我為什么不開心呢？”爾后，他講述了兒時經歷的一件事情： 畫家在讀中學的時候，因為成績不理想，所以有些灰心喪氣。有一次因為連續幾天曠課，他被學校給予了嚴厲的處分，并告知他的父母。他的父親得知此事后，并沒有責罵他，而是在飯后，找來一個塑料小漏斗和一捧玉米種子，放在桌子上。他迷惑不解地看著父親，父親對他說：“今天晚上，我想給你做個實驗??”父親讓他把雙手放在漏斗下面接著，然后撿起一粒種子投入到漏斗里面，種子便順著漏斗那細小的縫隙滑到他的手中；父親連投了十幾次，他的手中就有了十幾粒種子；此時，父親再抓起滿滿一把玉米粒放在漏斗里面，那個狹窄的縫隙被玉米粒相互擠住了竟一粒也沒掉下來。此時父親意味深長地解釋說：“這個漏斗就代表著你，假如你每天能做好一件事，每天你就會有一粒種子的收獲和快樂。可是，當你想把所有的事情都擠到一起來做，反而連一粒種子也收獲不到了。”

畫家恍然明白了父親的用意，羞愧地低下了頭。后來他一直銘記著父親的教訓：“每天做好一件事，每天就會有一粒種子的收獲和快樂！”

這個故事告訴我們：快樂的生活就是每天做好一件事，不為明天而憂慮。的確，只要我們每天都擁有一粒種子的收獲，也就擁有了一份生活的樂趣。成功也是如此，它不可能一蹴而就，而是要靠一天一天的不斷努力去收獲，去累積。每天做好一件事，一生將會做好多事，每天走好一步，一生將會走的更高遠。
