It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world.Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion.Waste gases poison the air we breathe.The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories.It is probably no exaggeration to say that deterioration of the quality of the environment threatens the existence of mankind itself.Some people are of the opinion that the environmental problem is the price we have to pay for economic development.But I do not think that this argument is valid.After all, what is the point of economic growth if people’s lives are adversely alfected by worsening environmental pollution?

There is plenty of evidence to show that sustainable development can be achieved by balancing economic growth with protection of the environment.The key to achieving this is to make people aware of the seriousness of the problem.Both governments and ordinary citizens should join hands to make this world a better place to live in, not only for ourselves, but also for future generations.環境與發展

第三篇：三分鐘演講

起因是去年初被男友甩了，然后開始每學期拿獎學金（持續三學期了）。因為做任何事都是有一個契機的，譬如周圍有人得了膽結石，我開始注重飲水質量；暗戀的人喜歡健身，你就開始每天跑步等。我現在每天白天學習任務完成后，10點到樓下自習室看書到12點有時甚至一點，不為什么應試，只是習慣了，享受那種掌握知識的感覺。做一個學霸，首先應當意識到知識的重要性，其次就是養成固定的學習時間和習慣。但是最重要的就是，祝愿你遇到那個契機

不要說什么「勤奮」、「刻苦」、「堅持」、「努力」，如果你做不到后面的第二點，那你就必須要明確你的功利心。

大學后能看到身邊許多學霸每天早出晚歸，幾乎看不到他們在寢室里，很早就去圖書館看書、背GRE。他們的目標很明確——出國。所以各種刷GPA，各種考托福、GRE。因為這是出國的必須橋梁。他們大多數人每天背那么多單詞，并不一定是真的熱愛美國文化、熱愛英語，每天在實驗室呆那么久也并非是真的有多熱愛實驗——他們明白，只有這樣，他們才能完成自己的出國夢，所以他們必須堅持。

你堅持不下去，是因為你沒有一個固定的目標。但你有一個固定的目標驅使著，你便不得不去努力地做。

辛苦嗎？當然辛苦。難嗎？當然難。累嗎？當然累。

如果你想當學霸，確定第一條，你一定要有一顆功利心。否則，你很容易半途而廢。我不是矯情，也不是煽情，我是說真的。

單純的功利心會迫使你上路，但如果完完全全是功利心，你很容易走不下去。

我相信許多人背GRE考托福都是為了出國。但我也同時相信，當大家都在抄實驗報告的時候，而某些學霸堅持要自己寫，可最后最多也就比我們高出五分時……他們的出發點，絕不僅僅是為了多出的那五分。

我曾經有幸跟那位張同學同組做過電工實驗，他很細心，很認真，指導書上圈圈畫畫做了許多筆記。這門課大家都是混混的，最后評分幾乎都是80多分，根本沒什么差距——如果真是功利心的話，他應該把這份心思花在別的地方。

可他仍是很用心。

與其說他是對哪門課用心，還不如說他是對學習這件事很用心。凡事需要用到的、課程安排了的，他都會很用心。

如果不是有深刻的愛戀的話，我想不出還有別的什么原因。

我記得初中的時候有個老師跟我們講過「興趣是最好的老師」。如果你喜歡一件事，你才會樂于去做一件事。

所以，如果你想要成為學霸，至少，對學習有那么一點的愛。這一點愛，便足以支撐你到未來。沒有愛，你會走得很辛苦。

當然，只有一個莫言還不夠，中國不能只有一個莫言。同時，沒有哪個作家是為了獲獎而寫作。在第五屆魯迅文學獎頒獎典禮上，中國作協主席鐵凝說：“我以為獲獎與否不是最重要的，重要的是我們有共同的身份——作家，共同珍愛文學，共同的使命擔當。……寫作的過程是不斷反省自己的過程，也是考量自己的內心與生活、人生與時代有多大距離的過程。”獲得魯獎如此，茅獎是如此，諾獎也應如此。每個作家都應該捫心自問，自己的寫作能不能對得起這個偉大而艱難的時代？

可以期待，莫言之后，還會有中國籍作家或華人作家獲得諾貝爾文學獎。只要作家敢于直視內心，只要不辜負這個時代，只要創作環境不斷改善，有責任的作家必然推出更多精彩的作品。

對于我們學生而言，雖然可能沒有像名家一樣的文學才華，但是要相信，中國人寫文學有自己的根，中國文化博大精深，有許多值得挖掘值得標新的地方，學習名家精彩的文筆，更要學習他敢于質疑，理性表達的文學素養，相信，中國的未來會有更多的優秀作家涌現，中國將迎來又一個百家爭鳴的時代。

“海上聯合-2012”中俄海上聯合軍事演習于2012年4月22日至27日在青島附近黃海海域舉行，中俄雙方“以海上聯合防御和保衛海上交通線作戰”為主題，按照作戰籌劃、實兵演習、海上閱兵和交流研討四個階段組織。進行包括聯合護航、聯合防空、聯合反潛、聯合反劫持、聯合搜救、聯合補給和對海、對潛、對空實彈射擊等內容的演練。

演習設立聯合導演部，中方總導演為海軍副司令員丁一平海軍中將，俄方總導演為俄海軍副參謀長蘇哈諾夫海軍少將。

軍演規模：

中俄海上聯合軍事演習參演兵力多、持續時間長、協同要求高，具有合成性、對抗性和實戰性。中俄雙方共派出各型艦艇25艘、飛機22架、特戰分隊2個。其中，中方兵力覆蓋空中、水面、水下和特種作戰；俄方兵力多為俄太平洋艦隊主力作戰艦艇。

軍演目的中俄海上聯合軍事演習有4個目的：一是發展兩國全面戰略協作伙伴關系；二是深化兩軍、特別是兩國海軍間的務實合作；三是提高兩國海軍遂行海上聯合軍事行動應對安全威脅和挑戰的能力；四是增強兩國海軍共同維護地區海上和平與穩定的信心。

這次演習對于增進兩國戰略互信、提升戰略協作水平、深化中俄全面戰略協作伙伴關系發揮了積極作用，提升了兩軍關系水平，同時也增進了中俄兩軍官兵的傳統友誼。

此次演習，中俄雙方都否認了“中俄結盟”的說法，并反復強調演習不針對第三方。同時，中國海軍多位將領也向外界表示，中國海軍有能力、有信心維護國家主權和領土完整。
