因為自從進入高中學習以來，同學們會發現高中英語學習英語與初中有很大的區別，這不僅反應在老師的教學方法及對同學們的要求上，而且大家可以體會到在難度方面較之初中也有很大的提高，再加之我們在有限的時間里要學習很多科目，使得很多同學感覺到在英語學習上有一定的難度。通過幾次月考下來，有的同學甚至感覺到有些彌忙。因此，針對這一現狀，我想就以下幾點談談學習英語值得主意的事項目。

1.英語課堂學習應該注重課堂學習效果，課堂里的40分鐘非常寶貴且有限，要在這短短的時間內掌握所有的英語知識肯定不易。因此，課堂中要認真聽講，及時消化，否則容易造成聽課越聽越不懂，形成惡性循環！這里我要特別提醒少數在課堂上表現不容樂觀的同學，他們課堂上看似認真，卻是身在心不在，學習重在表象，完全不扎實，課堂上總是要在老師的督促與提醒下才能聽課，這樣不僅僅影響了自己及周邊同學的學習，同時也影響了老師的教學進程，從而浪費課堂學習時間，導致學習困難。要知道學英語學習重在平時的努力，學好英語和智商無關，學不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。那種想靠臨時突擊，臨時抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

2.英語學習貴在堅持！就好像跑步運動，英語學習之初大家都從同一個起跑線出發，但隨著難度加深與詞匯量加大，一些同學慢慢對英語失去新鮮感續而厭煩最后掉隊。希望大家都能奮發圖強，高中生活也才過去六分之一，因此還存較大提高的余地！對于英語偏科的同學，雖然是歷史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實力那就從偏科的英語入手，重點突破！所以，現在欠下了學習債的同學們在課后一定要主動抽時間為自己補習英語。

首先，樹立必勝的學習“自信心”。人的自信心是一種心理品質，是情感因素之一，它對我們的學習起著重要作用。對于一個有自信的人，他會勇于面對挑戰，努力向自己定下的目標進發，追求自我實現，不僅可以帶來個人的成功感，在其他方面也能得到全面的發展，使自己更受人歡迎；相反，對一個沒有自信的人，他會逃避挑戰，不敢面對失敗的風險，懷疑自己的能力，使自己失去很多成功的機會。因此，希望大家能夠正確地分析自己的處境、建 立適度的期望值，正確而理性地對待分數，有句話說的好：永遠不要否定自己，因為沒有人已百分百地認識自己，人的潛能是無窮的。你自己也一樣。給自己一個目標，自己跟自己比，只要今天的自己比昨天的自己有進步，就說明你是成功的。要知道，學習英語是一項艱苦的勞動，沒有頑強的意志，堅持不懈的毅力是不能成功的。所以英語學習中要克服畏難心理，鍛煉學生堅強的意志。同時，在學習過程中，不斷地給自己積極的心理的暗示：如“我能趕上??”，“我會獲得成功的。”

第二，要做好課前預習。高中英語教材每一個模塊的內容都比初中明顯增多，詞匯量大，課文長，難度大。因此，同學們必須在每節課前做好充分的預習，通過查字典等工具書解決難點。對于自己解決不了的問題，做好標記。上課時，要特殊注重這些難點地方，這樣課堂聽課做到有的放矢，學習效果好，也就提高了學習效率。

第三，重視閱讀理解能力的培養。閱讀的目的是提高對語篇整體認識的能力,以及推理判斷,歸納總結的能力。堅持長期閱讀(每天至少2篇以上)是穩步提高的保證。通過有計劃有步驟的課外閱讀(如我們所訂的報紙),不僅能鞏固拓寬教材所學內容,更關鍵是會使所學知識活起來,激發出濃厚的學英語的興趣以及擴大知識量的欲望。

第四，養成朗讀背誦的習慣。朗讀是在課文所提供的語境中對語音,語調,意群,句型等基礎知識的綜合練習,同時培養純正的語音語調和好的用語習慣以及為聽力打下堅實的基礎。對學過的句型,詞組,對話,課文進行朗讀和背誦,形成流利的語感,也培養了理解能力,為說,讀及英語寫作打好基礎,這是提高英語水平的根本方法。

Just saying or hearing I love you is not good enough because talk is cheap.

Action in mutual commitment is essential, as we can see in the novel. We always have dreams. What’s ours dream? Do you know what you exactly want? And do you work hard for it. In this book, you can taste the feeling of the author about his strong will. In his words, you can find the charm of Chinese. It is not a book, but a precious deposits. You can get a lot from it. 1、英語課堂學習應該注重課堂學習效果，課堂里的40分鐘非常寶貴且有限，要在這短短的時間內掌握所有的英語知識肯定不易。因此，課堂中要認真聽講，及時消化，否則容易造成聽課越聽越不懂，形成惡性循環！這里我要特別提醒少數在課堂上表現不容樂觀的同學，他們課堂上看似認真，卻是身在心不在，學習重在表象，完全不扎實，課堂上總是要在老師的督促與提醒下才能聽課，這樣不僅僅影響了自己及周邊同學的學習，同時也影響了老師的教學進程，從而浪費課堂學習時間，導致學習困難。要知道學英語學習重在平時的努力，學好英語和智商無關，學不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。那種想靠臨時突擊，臨時抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

2、英語學習貴在堅持！就好像跑步運動，英語學習之初大家都從同一個起跑線出發，但隨著難度加深與詞匯量加大，一些同學慢慢對英語失去新鮮感續而厭煩最后掉隊。希望大家都能奮發圖強，高中生活也才過去六分之一，因此還存較大提高的余地！對于英語偏科的同學，雖然是歷史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實力那就從偏科的英語入手，重點突破！所以，現在欠下了學習債的同學們在課后一定要主動抽時間為自己補習英語。

首先，我想簡單談談我們班的日常英語學習狀況。

我們班的特點是：同學英語功底都還不錯，課堂活躍，認真做筆記，能跟著老師的思路走，作業大部分同學都能按時完成。作業完成一直特別優秀的同學有：某某某。

需要改進或提高的地方有：

1. 作業完成質量不高，有些同學作業做完后錯題沒有更正，或者即使是更正，也沒有分析和總結錯誤原因，導致做題效率低，有些題一錯再錯。

2. 做題速度：部分同學做題做題速度太慢導致考試試題不能正常完成而扣分過多。

3. 提問或反饋：提問人數少，不管是課內還是課后，只有少數同學會經常過來問我問題，比如某某某。大部分同學不問問題，這說明對知識的消化及思考不到位，只是被動的接受，并不是主動思考從而發現問題，解決問題。

接下來我想簡單地分析一下我們班的期中考試成績。

在這次考試中，我們班英語尖子生比較少，就是130分以上只有3人，但120分以上的，也就是達到英語優秀的學生還是比較多的，120分以上的同學有27人，但與此同時，我們班 低分段的`人數也不少，低于100分的同學有7人。和第一次月考相比，班級整體有進步，但也有少數同學退步了。

這次考試反映出了以下幾個問題：

1.是做題速度把握不好，部分同學在閱讀理解上花費了大量的時間而導致后面的主觀題沒有充分的時間去完成，進而扣分嚴重。

2.少數同學，尤其是男生，也有部分女生，英語書寫不過關，字寫得太差，作文卷面顏值很低，導致閱卷老師無法識別其所寫的內容，導致作文扣分過多。本來如果字寫好一點的話可以得21-22分，但由于字寫得太潦草，只得了16分左右，這分丟得太不應該。

3.閱讀題因為詞匯量小而不能理解文章意思，對文章結構和邏輯不理解也是閱讀錯題較多的原因。

4.課文內容句子填空填反映出同學對書本知識的掌握程度，部分同學欠缺較大，15分課文內容填空題如果沒上9分，說明課文朗讀太少，書本知識掌握太差。

最后，我希望家長們在以下幾個方面提供幫助：

1. 每周翻翻孩子的作業，可以看出孩子是敷衍了事還是認真對待，請提醒孩子一定要更正錯題并分析總結，這樣才能有收獲。

2. 督促孩子在家多背單詞，多背誦英語美文或英語作文范文，多朗讀和跟讀英語錄音。在學校我們只有周三和周五的早讀課是英語早讀課，所以在學校進行朗讀的時間是極其有限的，希望家長們在家督促孩子每天都讀一下英語，10-20分鐘最好，可以朗讀課文或跟讀課文錄音。課文錄音可以來我這里拷貝。

3. 督促孩子練字，改善書寫。字寫得工整漂亮是英語主觀題尤其是作文題得高分的前提。我們應該趁現在還是高一，還有充沛的時間，努力去改善書寫。我現在要求孩子們每星期臨摹字帖至少6版，練字本上練字至少抄寫三篇文章，希望各位家長們多多督促。

4. 督促孩子除了完成老師布置的任務之外，還要提高自學能力，積極主動的多做課外習題，尋找課文學習材料，多思考和整理所學過的知識。告訴孩子高中和初中最大的不同就在于高中階段一定要有自學能力，了解自我，夯實基礎，主動思考，查漏補缺，這樣才能提高學習成績和學習能力。

5. 幫助孩子購買工具書，建議買一本英漢雙解的英語詞典，孩子在做平時的作業或進行課外自學時遇到不認識的單詞的時候可以進行查閱，這樣既可以鍛煉孩子的自學能力，也能增加孩子的詞匯量。

針對英語學習我給大家提幾點方法與建議：

1：抓基礎單詞，從黑體字單詞開始，黑體字沒有掌握一個都不要看斜體字，每天用心去背單詞，有的同學說:“老師單詞記完就忘。”我想說你們離成功很近很近，在多記一遍說不定你就可以完全掌握這個單詞。

2：和用好參考書讓你們背課文難度太大，你們可以吃透參考書認真研究書上的短語與句型！因為大家可以發現試卷的內容在參考書上都可以找到對應的考點，多劃多背你就一定可以掌握。

3：買一本高考必備，老師不可能講所有的內容，遇到不認識的`單詞與短語，用高考必備去解決，上面的圖片清晰辨析、明了。10幾塊錢不多，但卻可能改變你一生的命運。

最后我想用我們高一一位老師的話結束我的這次月考發言：

同學們我們丟失了昨天不要緊，因為我們還有明天！丟失了今天金錢更無所謂，但前往別丟失了夢想和前進的勇氣。希望你們的每個人都去超越自己，展翅高飛!

大家上午好！我是高一四班英語老師。

首先感謝各位家長能在百忙之中抽空來參加這次家長會。能來參加家長會就說明你們非常重視和關心你們的孩子在學校的表現，那么下面我就英語學習來與各位家長探匯和報討。

對于文科班的學生來說，最吃力，同時最拉分的兩門學科就是數學和英語，英語在包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學英語四、六級考試中都占有很大的分值，特別是初中底子就沒打好的學生學起英語來更是難上加上，經常有學生就跑來跟我哭訴，“老師，我其他科目都很好，就是英語不想學，不知道怎么學，我初中英語課根本沒聽過”，“老師，為什么我昨天剛記得單詞今天就忘光了，單詞該怎么記啊？”，的確英語這門學科需要基礎，不然一篇幾百字的文章全是不認識的單詞，不懂的語法，根本就看不懂，就跟學語文一樣的，字都不認識，怎么學課文呢，那么對于基礎薄弱的學生來說，老師肯定是沒有時間講初中的東西，畢竟要考慮到其他學生，只能說在平時講課的時候講的更基礎些，更細些，更多的是靠學生自己下去花時間，多讀多記多問。記單詞是英語非常重要的一步，也是英語學習的'基礎，由于學生基礎有限，要他考130，140分肯定很有難度，那么我們就是目標定在80，90，100分，也就是說我們不搞別的，就抓基礎，所以在記單詞，讀課文方面，我抓的很嚴，單詞必須過關，一遍不行來兩遍，兩遍不行第三遍。而且記單詞的方法我也經常跟他們說，先要會讀然后再去記，今天記來了，第二天第三天在花點時間鞏固一遍。一年下來，從先開始20。30個人不過關，到現在只有3—4個人不過關。

在就是英語學習需要耐心，比如有一段時間，一個學生學英語很認真，但考試成績進步不大，他就會灰心喪氣，“老師，為什么我這么努力學英語，成績還是上不去”，我就告訴他，英語是一個慢熱的過程，你只有腳踏實地，慢慢來，才會把他學好。

我通過平時每個學生的表現以及他們從去年到今年每次考試的情況來分析了一下子，英語進步比較大的學生為
