In this period, with the improvement of our knowledge, we not only read the books in class but also read extracurricular after school. In my opinion Dream of the red chamber is the best book I have read. In this book, the great author Cao xueqin his view about love. He had firmly faith in what is the true love and try to tell us that there are different kinds of love, only one kind which should be considered as True Love. In a dream, and under mythical circumstances, the main character of the novel, Jia baoyu, met the Fairy Disenchantment in the Land of Illusions. She showed him three “registers” each containing the names and “the happenings in life” of 12 girls in his clan. Each girl represents a kind of love. From the stories which are unfolding in the novel, the reader should know the characteristics of the different kinds of love, and should be able to distinguish True Love from the other kinds. True love is acceptance, committal, mutual and without any post conditions. The love between Lin daiyu and Jia baoyu is considered to be True Love. Just saying or hearing I love you is not good enough because talk is cheap.

Action in mutual commitment is essential, as we can see in the novel. We always have dreams. What’s ours dream? Do you know what you exactly want? And do you work hard for it. In this book, you can taste the feeling of the author about his strong will. In his words, you can find the charm of Chinese. It is not a book, but a precious deposits. You can get a lot from it. But unfortunately, the novel was never “completed” to such a state. On the other hand, maybe, it is another kind of beauty of the book. If you have not read this book yet, just go and read it. 很高興今晚年級(jí)上安排時(shí)間讓各學(xué)科老師利用11月月考反思的機(jī)會(huì)對(duì)本期以來同學(xué)們的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的總結(jié)。我覺得這樣的機(jī)會(huì)非常寶貴，也非常必要！

因?yàn)樽詮倪M(jìn)入高中學(xué)習(xí)以來，同學(xué)們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)高中英語學(xué)習(xí)英語與初中有很大的區(qū)別，這不僅反應(yīng)在老師的教學(xué)方法及對(duì)同學(xué)們的要求上，而且大家可以體會(huì)到在難度方面較之初中也有很大的提高，再加之我們?cè)谟邢薜臅r(shí)間里要學(xué)習(xí)很多科目，使得很多同學(xué)感覺到在英語學(xué)習(xí)上有一定的難度。通過幾次月考下來，有的同學(xué)甚至感覺到有些彌忙。因此，針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)狀，我想就以下幾點(diǎn)談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)英語值得主意的事項(xiàng)目。

1、英語課堂學(xué)習(xí)應(yīng)該注重課堂學(xué)習(xí)效果，課堂里的40分鐘非常寶貴且有限，要在這短短的時(shí)間內(nèi)掌握所有的英語知識(shí)肯定不易。因此，課堂中要認(rèn)真聽講，及時(shí)消化，否則容易造成聽課越聽越不懂，形成惡性循環(huán)！這里我要特別提醒少數(shù)在課堂上表現(xiàn)不容樂觀的同學(xué)，他們課堂上看似認(rèn)真，卻是身在心不在，學(xué)習(xí)重在表象，完全不扎實(shí)，課堂上總是要在老師的督促與提醒下才能聽課，這樣不僅僅影響了自己及周邊同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)，同時(shí)也影響了老師的教學(xué)進(jìn)程，從而浪費(fèi)課堂學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間，導(dǎo)致學(xué)習(xí)困難。要知道學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)重在平時(shí)的努力，學(xué)好英語和智商無關(guān)，學(xué)不好英語的人都是懶惰的人。那種想靠臨時(shí)突擊，臨時(shí)抱佛腳的做法不可取也不可行。

2、英語學(xué)習(xí)貴在堅(jiān)持！就好像跑步運(yùn)動(dòng)，英語學(xué)習(xí)之初大家都從同一個(gè)起跑線出發(fā)，但隨著難度加深與詞匯量加大，一些同學(xué)慢慢對(duì)英語失去新鮮感續(xù)而厭煩最后掉隊(duì)。希望大家都能奮發(fā)圖強(qiáng)，高中生活也才過去六分之一，因此還存較大提高的余地！對(duì)于英語偏科的同學(xué)，雖然是歷史原因造成的，但并不是不可根治的，想要證明自己真正有實(shí)力那就從偏科的英語入手，重點(diǎn)突破！所以，現(xiàn)在欠下了學(xué)習(xí)債的同學(xué)們?cè)谡n后一定要主動(dòng)抽時(shí)間為自己補(bǔ)習(xí)英語。

3、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是第一生產(chǎn)力。許多同學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)好，并不是他（她）比別人聰明，而是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣比較好。良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣可以大大提高你的學(xué)習(xí)效果，我們年級(jí)有很多這樣的同學(xué)，比如：黃健，張葉，練詩林，孫震，鄒佳玲，彭圣文，姜艷秋，黃靜文，官慧婕，唐建柯等同學(xué)，她們學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度端正，上課認(rèn)真，書寫工整，正因?yàn)槿绱?，無論什么考試都能取得很好的成績(jī)，這與她們平時(shí)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是分不開的！因此，良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣是成功學(xué)習(xí)的保障。在此，我向大家提出幾點(diǎn)建議，希望大家能堅(jiān)持做好。

首先，樹立必勝的學(xué)習(xí)“自信心”。人的自信心是一種心理品質(zhì)，是情感因素之一，它對(duì)我們的學(xué)習(xí)起著重要作用。對(duì)于一個(gè)有自信的人，他會(huì)勇于面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)，努力向自己定下的目標(biāo)進(jìn)發(fā)，追求自我實(shí)現(xiàn)，不僅可以帶來個(gè)人的成功感，在其他方面也能得到全面的發(fā)展，使自己更受人歡迎；相反，對(duì)一個(gè)沒有自信的人，他會(huì)逃避挑戰(zhàn)，不敢面對(duì)失敗的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，懷疑自己的能力，使自己失去很多成功的機(jī)會(huì)。因此，希望大家能夠正確地分析自己的處境、建立適度的期望值，正確而理性地對(duì)待分?jǐn)?shù)，有句話說的好：永遠(yuǎn)不要否定自己，因?yàn)闆]有人已百分百地認(rèn)識(shí)自己，人的潛能是無窮的。你自己也一樣。給自己一個(gè)目標(biāo)，自己跟自己比，只要今天的自己比昨天的自己有進(jìn)步，就說明你是成功的。要知道，學(xué)習(xí)英語是一項(xiàng)艱苦的勞動(dòng)，沒有頑強(qiáng)的意志，堅(jiān)持不懈的毅力是不能成功的。所以英語學(xué)習(xí)中要克服畏難心理，鍛煉學(xué)生堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的意志。同時(shí)，在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，不斷地給自己積極的心理的暗示：如“我能趕上”，“我會(huì)獲得成功的?！?/p>

第二，要做好課前預(yù)習(xí)。高中英語教材每一個(gè)模塊的內(nèi)容都比初中明顯增多，詞匯量大，課文長(zhǎng)，難度大。因此，同學(xué)們必須在每節(jié)課前做好充分的預(yù)習(xí)，通過查字典等工具書解決難點(diǎn)。對(duì)于自己解決不了的問題，做好標(biāo)記。上課時(shí)，要特殊注重這些難點(diǎn)地方，這樣課堂聽課做到有的放矢，學(xué)習(xí)效果好，也就提高了學(xué)習(xí)效率。

第三，重視閱讀理解能力的培養(yǎng)。閱讀的目的是提高對(duì)語篇整體認(rèn)識(shí)的能力，以及推理判斷，歸納總結(jié)的能力。堅(jiān)持長(zhǎng)期閱讀（每天至少2篇以上）是穩(wěn)步提高的保證。通過有計(jì)劃有步驟的課外閱讀（如我們所訂的報(bào)紙），不僅能鞏固拓寬教材所學(xué)內(nèi)容，更關(guān)鍵是會(huì)使所學(xué)知識(shí)活起來，激發(fā)出濃厚的學(xué)英語的興趣以及擴(kuò)大知識(shí)量的欲望。

第四，養(yǎng)成朗讀背誦的習(xí)慣。朗讀是在課文所提供的語境中對(duì)語音，語調(diào)，意群，句型等基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)的綜合練習(xí)，同時(shí)培養(yǎng)純正的語音語調(diào)和好的用語習(xí)慣以及為聽力打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)學(xué)過的句型，詞組，對(duì)話，課文進(jìn)行朗讀和背誦，形成流利的語感，也培養(yǎng)了理解能力，為說，讀及英語寫作打好基礎(chǔ)，這是提高英語水平的根本方法。

第五，建立錯(cuò)誤檔案本。在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，已獲得的知識(shí)和技能對(duì)以后新知識(shí)，新技能的形成產(chǎn)生一定的影響，最好的辦法是消滅錯(cuò)誤，獲得正確知識(shí)和技能。每次練習(xí)或考試后，應(yīng)該把自己做錯(cuò)的具有代表性的題目抄下來，收集匯編，然后把老師對(duì)錯(cuò)題講解后的正確語句熟讀牢記，保留錯(cuò)誤的答案，用紅筆寫上正確的答案，眉批上理由分析，這樣就形成新的語言習(xí)慣。平時(shí)和臨考前翻看，加深印象，引起注意，大大減少了錯(cuò)誤率。既鞏固了知識(shí)，又提高了應(yīng)試能力，發(fā)揮了最佳的水平。

第六，養(yǎng)成良好的書寫習(xí)慣。書寫規(guī)范，字跡工整，卷面整潔的習(xí)慣也很重要。高中相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生的字體書寫不好，難以辨認(rèn)，大小寫不分，詞距若有若無，標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)亂用，給老師批改作業(yè)和試卷造成極大的麻煩。這在高考閱卷評(píng)分中會(huì)吃大虧，白白丟分。因此，從高一開始平時(shí)要養(yǎng)成書寫規(guī)范的習(xí)慣，對(duì)大小寫，標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)和詞距等一定要一絲不茍，力求規(guī)范化，整齊美觀。

第七，養(yǎng)成使用英漢雙解詞典的習(xí)慣。高中學(xué)生閱讀面擴(kuò)大，需要補(bǔ)充詞匯量。學(xué)生應(yīng)備一本英漢詞典，如牛津中，高階英漢雙解詞典，在學(xué)習(xí)中隨時(shí)查閱。這在很大程度上能解決學(xué)生的疑惑，幫助理解詞的用法，詞匯量也就隨之不斷擴(kuò)大。

最后，認(rèn)真對(duì)待老師布置的作業(yè)，包括書面的和非書面的作業(yè)。作業(yè)一定要按時(shí)獨(dú)立完成，不要成為學(xué)習(xí)上的“寄生蟲”。作業(yè)是老師檢查了解學(xué)生知識(shí)掌握情況的一個(gè)有效途徑，要求同學(xué)們能如實(shí)客觀地對(duì)待作業(yè)。知之為知之，不知為不知，寧愿獨(dú)立完成歸后空幾題的作業(yè)，也比完全不經(jīng)過自己大腦思考抄襲來的作業(yè)質(zhì)量高得多。許多同學(xué)自覺性差，平時(shí)空空散漫，交作業(yè)時(shí)就抄，很多時(shí)間，老師都布置了一定的英語作業(yè)，但更多的'時(shí)候是要求同

學(xué)們主動(dòng)地去找作業(yè)做，找事情干。這里要特別強(qiáng)調(diào)的是課外英語單詞的記憶。眾所周知，記憶在英語教學(xué)中占有極其重要的地位。從某種程度講，它是學(xué)好英語的要害與前提。因?yàn)橛⒄Z是一門記憶性很強(qiáng)的學(xué)科。它有大量的單詞、詞組、句型、語法等需要記憶。有些同學(xué)反應(yīng)單詞老是記不住，問有沒有捷徑可循，我想方法之一盡量采取情景記憶，把這個(gè)單詞放在語言環(huán)境中記，這樣不僅輕易記住，而且還把握了它的用法。因此在這就特別強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)我們報(bào)紙單詞的記憶是在仔細(xì)閱讀報(bào)紙文章的前提下進(jìn)行的。因?yàn)樵谖恼轮谢驅(qū)υ捴杏泦卧~，能達(dá)到事半功倍的效果。以記單詞為例，方法很多，但是比較科學(xué)簡(jiǎn)潔的方法還是研究單詞的結(jié)構(gòu)，分析詞義。分析英代的單詞構(gòu)成，可以知道復(fù)合詞和派生詞占相稱大比例，尤其是派生詞數(shù)量極多，派生詞均由詞根和詞綴構(gòu)成，詞根和詞綴均有特定的含義，若按詞根的方式記憶，勢(shì)必可以提高效率，少出錯(cuò)誤。比如，unsuccessful，知道詞根success是“成功”的意思，un是否定前綴，ful是形容詞后綴，那么，這個(gè)單詞的詞義“不成功的”就很明確了。當(dāng)然，背單詞是一件相當(dāng)枯燥且繁瑣的事情，并不是所有的單詞都在一定的情景，因而單詞記憶在很多時(shí)候需要進(jìn)行機(jī)械記憶，這是語言學(xué)科的特性決定的，這也包括英語學(xué)習(xí)中的相關(guān)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的記憶。要掌握就必須要不斷的反復(fù)，背了就忘，忘了再背，如果不及時(shí)復(fù)習(xí)鞏固，當(dāng)然又會(huì)忘。所以提醒大學(xué)要分散記憶，反復(fù)復(fù)習(xí)。同學(xué)們千萬不能縱容自己說：英語好難，我記不住就任由他去。我們必須知道：今天，你花大時(shí)間去養(yǎng)成好習(xí)慣，明天，你就可以更好。

首先，我想簡(jiǎn)單談?wù)勎覀儼嗟娜粘Ｓ⒄Z學(xué)習(xí)狀況。

我們班的特點(diǎn)是：同學(xué)英語功底都還不錯(cuò)，課堂活躍，認(rèn)真做筆記，能跟著老師的思路走，作業(yè)大部分同學(xué)都能按時(shí)完成。作業(yè)完成一直特別優(yōu)秀的同學(xué)有：某某某。

需要改進(jìn)或提高的地方有：

1. 作業(yè)完成質(zhì)量不高，有些同學(xué)作業(yè)做完后錯(cuò)題沒有更正，或者即使是更正，也沒有分析和總結(jié)錯(cuò)誤原因，導(dǎo)致做題效率低，有些題一錯(cuò)再錯(cuò)。

2. 做題速度：部分同學(xué)做題做題速度太慢導(dǎo)致考試試題不能正常完成而扣分過多。

3. 提問或反饋：提問人數(shù)少，不管是課內(nèi)還是課后，只有少數(shù)同學(xué)會(huì)經(jīng)常過來問我問題，比如某某某。大部分同學(xué)不問問題，這說明對(duì)知識(shí)的消化及思考不到位，只是被動(dòng)的接受，并不是主動(dòng)思考從而發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，解決問題。

接下來我想簡(jiǎn)單地分析一下我們班的期中考試成績(jī)。

在這次考試中，我們班英語尖子生比較少，就是130分以上只有3人，但120分以上的，也就是達(dá)到英語優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生還是比較多的，120分以上的同學(xué)有27人，但與此同時(shí)，我們班 低分段的`人數(shù)也不少，低于100分的同學(xué)有7人。和第一次月考相比，班級(jí)整體有進(jìn)步，但也有少數(shù)同學(xué)退步了。

這次考試反映出了以下幾個(gè)問題：

1.是做題速度把握不好，部分同學(xué)在閱讀理解上花費(fèi)了大量的時(shí)間而導(dǎo)致后面的主觀題沒有充分的時(shí)間去完成，進(jìn)而扣分嚴(yán)重。

2.少數(shù)同學(xué)，尤其是男生，也有部分女生，英語書寫不過關(guān)，字寫得太差，作文卷面顏值很低，導(dǎo)致閱卷老師無法識(shí)別其所寫的內(nèi)容，導(dǎo)致作文扣分過多。本來如果字寫好一點(diǎn)的話可以得21-22分，但由于字寫得太潦草，只得了16分左右，這分丟得太不應(yīng)該。

3.閱讀題因?yàn)樵~匯量小而不能理解文章意思，對(duì)文章結(jié)構(gòu)和邏輯不理解也是閱讀錯(cuò)題較多的原因。

4.課文內(nèi)容句子填空填反映出同學(xué)對(duì)書本知識(shí)的掌握程度，部分同學(xué)欠缺較大，15分課文內(nèi)容填空題如果沒上9分，說明課文朗讀太少，書本知識(shí)掌握太差。

最后，我希望家長(zhǎng)們?cè)谝韵聨讉€(gè)方面提供幫助：

1. 每周翻翻孩子的作業(yè)，可以看出孩子是敷衍了事還是認(rèn)真對(duì)待，請(qǐng)?zhí)嵝押⒆右欢ㄒe(cuò)題并分析總結(jié)，這樣才能有收獲。

2. 督促孩子在家多背單詞，多背誦英語美文或英語作文范文，多朗讀和跟讀英語錄音。在學(xué)校我們只有周三和周五的早讀課是英語早讀課，所以在學(xué)校進(jìn)行朗讀的時(shí)間是極其有限的，希望家長(zhǎng)們?cè)诩叶酱俸⒆用刻於甲x一下英語，10-20分鐘最好，可以朗讀課文或跟讀課文錄音。課文錄音可以來我這里拷貝。

3. 督促孩子練字，改善書寫。字寫得工整漂亮是英語主觀題尤其是作文題得高分的前提。我們應(yīng)該趁現(xiàn)在還是高一，還有充沛的時(shí)間，努力去改善書寫。我現(xiàn)在要求孩子們每星期臨摹字帖至少6版，練字本上練字至少抄寫三篇文章，希望各位家長(zhǎng)們多多督促。

4. 督促孩子除了完成老師布置的任務(wù)之外，還要提高自學(xué)能力，積極主動(dòng)的多做課外習(xí)題，尋找課文學(xué)習(xí)材料，多思考和整理所學(xué)過的知識(shí)。告訴孩子高中和初中最大的不同就在于高中階段一定要有自學(xué)能力，了解自我，夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)，主動(dòng)思考，查漏補(bǔ)缺，這樣才能提高學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和學(xué)習(xí)能力。

5. 幫助孩子購(gòu)買工具書，建議買一本英漢雙解的英語詞典，孩子在做平時(shí)的作業(yè)或進(jìn)行課外自學(xué)時(shí)遇到不認(rèn)識(shí)的單詞的時(shí)候可以進(jìn)行查閱，這樣既可以鍛煉孩子的自學(xué)能力，也能增加孩子的詞匯量。

1：抓基礎(chǔ)單詞，從黑體字單詞開始，黑體字沒有掌握一個(gè)都不要看斜體字，每天用心去背單詞，有的同學(xué)說:“老師單詞記完就忘?！蔽蚁胝f你們離成功很近很近，在多記一遍說不定你就可以完全掌握這個(gè)單詞。

2：和用好參考書讓你們背課文難度太大，你們可以吃透參考書認(rèn)真研究書上的短語與句型！因?yàn)榇蠹铱梢园l(fā)現(xiàn)試卷的內(nèi)容在參考書上都可以找到對(duì)應(yīng)的考點(diǎn)，多劃多背你就一定可以掌握。

3：買一本高考必備，老師不可能講所有的內(nèi)容，遇到不認(rèn)識(shí)的`單詞與短語，用高考必備去解決，上面的圖片清晰辨析、明了。10幾塊錢不多，但卻可能改變你一生的命運(yùn)。

最后我想用我們高一一位老師的話結(jié)束我的這次月考發(fā)言：

尊敬的各位家長(zhǎng)：

大家上午好！我是高一四班英語老師。

首先感謝各位家長(zhǎng)能在百忙之中抽空來參加這次家長(zhǎng)會(huì)。能來參加家長(zhǎng)會(huì)就說明你們非常重視和關(guān)心你們的孩子在學(xué)校的表現(xiàn)，那么下面我就英語學(xué)習(xí)來與各位家長(zhǎng)探匯和報(bào)討。

對(duì)于文科班的學(xué)生來說，最吃力，同時(shí)最拉分的兩門學(xué)科就是數(shù)學(xué)和英語，英語在包括中考、高考、研究生考試以及大學(xué)英語四、六級(jí)考試中都占有很大的分值，特別是初中底子就沒打好的學(xué)生學(xué)起英語來更是難上加上，經(jīng)常有學(xué)生就跑來跟我哭訴，“老師，我其他科目都很好，就是英語不想學(xué)，不知道怎么學(xué)，我初中英語課根本沒聽過”，“老師，為什么我昨天剛記得單詞今天就忘光了，單詞該怎么記啊？”，的確英語這門學(xué)科需要基礎(chǔ)，不然一篇幾百字的文章全是不認(rèn)識(shí)的單詞，不懂的語法，根本就看不懂，就跟學(xué)語文一樣的，字都不認(rèn)識(shí)，怎么學(xué)課文呢，那么對(duì)于基礎(chǔ)薄弱的學(xué)生來說，老師肯定是沒有時(shí)間講初中的東西，畢竟要考慮到其他學(xué)生，只能說在平時(shí)講課的時(shí)候講的更基礎(chǔ)些，更細(xì)些，更多的是靠學(xué)生自己下去花時(shí)間，多讀多記多問。記單詞是英語非常重要的一步，也是英語學(xué)習(xí)的'基礎(chǔ)，由于學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)有限，要他考130，140分肯定很有難度，那么我們就是目標(biāo)定在80，90，100分，也就是說我們不搞別的，就抓基礎(chǔ)，所以在記單詞，讀課文方面，我抓的很嚴(yán)，單詞必須過關(guān)，一遍不行來兩遍，兩遍不行第三遍。而且記單詞的方法我也經(jīng)常跟他們說，先要會(huì)讀然后再去記，今天記來了，第二天第三天在花點(diǎn)時(shí)間鞏固一遍。一年下來，從先開始20。30個(gè)人不過關(guān)，到現(xiàn)在只有3—4個(gè)人不過關(guān)。

在就是英語學(xué)習(xí)需要耐心，比如有一段時(shí)間，一個(gè)學(xué)生學(xué)英語很認(rèn)真，但考試成績(jī)進(jìn)步不大，他就會(huì)灰心喪氣，“老師，為什么我這么努力學(xué)英語，成績(jī)還是上不去”，我就告訴他，英語是一個(gè)慢熱的過程，你只有腳踏實(shí)地，慢慢來，才會(huì)把他學(xué)好。

我通過平時(shí)每個(gè)學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)以及他們從去年到今年每次考試的情況來分析了一下子，英語進(jìn)步比較大的學(xué)生為
