在演講開始之前，我先問現場的各位一個問題，你們當中有誰覺得自己家境普通甚至出身貧寒想要出人頭地就得靠自己？你們當中又有誰覺得自己是有錢人家的小孩？（此處有包袱，到了現場再抖）。有一個在銀行做了10年的資深hr在天涯上發了帖子說，寒門再難出貴子，說在當下這個人情社會里，窮人家的孩子比我們的父輩更難翻身了，這個帖子引起了廣泛的討論。你們覺得有道理嗎？ 我們家就是寒門，不，我們家都沒有門。現在想想都不知道我爸媽是怎么把我跟我兩個哥哥從農村供出來上大學，甚至讀研究生的。記憶中爸媽好像永遠在為學費擔心，在我考高中的那一年，二哥考大學，大哥考研，他們簡直要崩潰了，他們不是擔心我們考不上，而是擔心考不好，考不到公費，考到三本這樣就需要很多很多錢，現在看起來不過幾萬塊錢，但是對于一個農村家庭來說幾萬塊太多了。因為有這樣肯砸鍋賣鐵讓我們讀書的爸媽我一直覺得幸運死了，很少拿自己跟家庭富裕的孩子作比較，也不會覺得我們有什么不平等。我人生中第一次感受到貧富差距帶來的不公平是在高考的時候，那時候班上的同學都復習的昏天黑地的，忽然有幾個同學不來上學了，他們被父母通過各種手段送去北京或者天津考試了，高考完了之后就發現，大家考一樣的分數甚至他們考得更低，但是他們可以上清華北大南開這些好學校，而我們就只能去普通一本二本甚至三本。人生中第二次有這種不公平的感受是我大哥研究生畢業找工作的時候，他去了一家事業單位，通過層層篩選到了最后一關，有個親戚指點我們說這時候如果有關系就要找關系，沒關系就要送禮。我們家根本沒能力去做這些，后來我哥到底沒去成這個單位，然后他就直接南下一個人去深圳打拼了。我想現實大概就是如此，王侯將相寧有種乎？當王侯將相是需要有種的，誰都可以當政治局常委嗎？寒門最難出貴子的領域就是政治領域。我們必須這社會上存在窮富兩個階層，而且他們之間是不平等的，寒門難出貴子的原因在這兒，不同階層出身的孩子在競爭規則面前是不平等的。當我們每天為了考個好大學埋頭苦讀的時候，有些人他們讀完高中就輕松被父母花錢送到了國外。當我們為了留在一個單位實力的時候努力表現不辭勞苦的時候，有些人領導一個電話就敲定工作了根本不用擔心前程。當我們加班加點的工作晚上還要一個人回到 出租屋里，有些人房子有好幾套什么都不用做只需要享受就行。不過要說不平等我覺得最大的不平等就是出生地的不平等，有些人生在北上廣從小享受好資源，有些人生在青藏高原他們生存條件惡劣到活不活不下去，你可能覺得這就是命啊投胎是個技術活，但是你知道嗎？中國是全世界唯一一個有戶籍制度的國家，唯一一個沒有遷徙自由的國家，生在安徽就要在安徽，去了北京也沒辦法享受他們的資源因為你沒有戶口，生在農村就要在農村，去了城市里也沒辦法享受他們的福利因為你沒有戶口，可是安徽人北京人農村人城里人大家都是中國人啊，為什么有些人在自己國家的國土上，要被政策限制在一個貧窮落后的地方不能動，他們的孩子也要被限制在這個地方接受劣質教育，想要出人頭地改變命運的格局，就要跟那些大都市的孩子，家里有關系有背景的孩子在社會上競爭，你說這是不是不公平，是。這種不公平還有很多，但是我們不能把自己寶貴的人生浪費在抱怨不公平這件事情上，要知道并不是每個寒門子弟都沒有獲得成功。社會上寒門子弟逆襲的故事數不勝數，那些勤奮努力不屈服命運的人，你就是給他一個路邊攤，他也能開成全國連鎖店。所以我們不能一失敗了就埋怨出身，甚至埋怨自己的父母不如別人的父母，家境不好也沒有斬斷所有成功的可能。每當我看到別人憑借的關系上位的時候我就想，如果這個社會上一共有10個位置，七個都因為不公平不公開的手段被拿走了，那我就要去爭取剩下的三個位置，只是需要更努力而已。每當我看到別人拿錢解決問題的時候，我就去看看，有沒有一個沒錢的人他把這件事情做到了，如果有，那就證明這件事情是不用錢也可以做到的，那我只要夠努力就一定能做到。這社會上的所謂成功人士并非都是富人階層出身，可能在你悲觀、抱怨、墮落的時候，那些跟你一樣出身的人，他們已經成功了。寒門也是能出貴子的，只是需要更努力而已。努力奮斗這四個字很簡單，但是很多人都做不到，他每天都在抱怨貧富差距，每天都覺得不公平，每天都在問憑什么，不要再問憑什么了，那些官二代富二代，他們一出生能憑的東西就有很多，但是我們憑的只有自己。每次我遇到無法解決的困難的時候，我就會到北京的大街上走一走，看著人來人往我就想，劉媛媛，在這個城市里你真是一無所依，你除了自己什么也沒有，那就單槍匹馬的殺出一條血路來吧。別人靠爹靠媽靠全家做到的事情，你要是一個人就能做到，你就太牛了。演講的最后我想說，親愛的朋友，其實我們大部分人都不是出身豪門，都是要靠自己的。你要相信命運給你一個比別人低的起點，是希望你用你的一生去奮斗出一個絕地反擊的故事，這故事不是一個水到渠成的童話沒有一點人間疾苦，這故事是有志者，事竟成，破釜沉舟，百二秦關終屬楚；這故事是苦心人天不負，臥薪嘗膽，三千越甲可吞吳。

今天，我想首先用一個小故事。曾經有一個物理治療師誰親赴從美國到非洲做一個關于山地大猩猩普查。這些大猩猩是對游客的吸引力，主要來自世界各地，這使他們嚴重不足的偷獵威脅，目前到動物園付諸表決。她去了好奇，但她看見她的決心，增強她的一生奉獻為這些美麗的生物戰斗。她親眼目睹的場景，場景帶我們到一個地方，我們從來沒有影像，我們經歷過的，其中在非洲熱帶雨林的深處，樹木，花卉，蝴蝶，大猩猩包圍的母親擁抱自己的嬰兒。

A Scene to RememberGu

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.Today I would like to begin with a story.There was once a physical 1)therapist（臨床醫學家）who traveled all the way from America to Africa to do a 2)census（普查）about mountain 3)gorillas.These gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world;this put them severely under threat of 4)poaching and being put into the zoo.She went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures.She witnessed a scene, a scene taking us to a place we never imaged we've ever been, where in the very depth of the African rainforest, surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas 5)cuddled擁抱 their babies.Yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called Gorillas in the Mist, based on a true story of Mrs.Dian Fossey, who spent most of bet lifetime in Rwanda（盧旺達）to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of her life.To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a 6)timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our ecoenvironment.Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems.On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go.It has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth.It has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity.But on the other hand, many problems can occur---natural scenes aren't natural anymore.Deforestation to heat lodges is devastating Nepal.Oil spills from tourist boats are polluting Antarctica.Tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks.All these 7)appalling(令人震驚的)facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been 8)eroding(侵蝕)our resources.Encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the United Nations has made 2002 the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment.Now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations an: receiving donations--big notes, small notes or even coins--from

housewives, 9)plumbers(水管工人), ambulance drivers, salesmen, teachers, children and 10)invalids(殘疾人), Some of them can not afford to send the money but they do.These are the ones who drive the cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage in their

neighborhood.Why? Because they care.Because they still want their Mother Nature back.Because they know it still belongs to them.This kind of feeling that I have, ladies and gentlemen, is when it feels like it, smells like it, and looks like it, it's all coming from a scene to remember, a scene to recall and to cherish.The other night, as l saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs.I found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to some-thing else, someplace else.a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seem to have been except the deer.And all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's lime for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation.Once again, I have come to think of Mrs.Dian Fossey be-cause it's with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our ecoenvironment that we are taking our next step into the world.And no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our mind, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.Thank you very much.94
