各位老師、各位同學(xué)：

大家好！今天我演講的題目是《雙創(chuàng)雙提，從我做起》。

下午好，各位先生女士們

今天，我想首先用一個小故事。曾經(jīng)有一個物理治療師誰親赴從美國到非洲做一個關(guān)于山地大猩猩普查。這些大猩猩是對游客的吸引力，主要來自世界各地，這使他們嚴(yán)重不足的偷獵威脅，目前到動物園付諸表決。她去了好奇，但她看見她的決心，增強她的一生奉獻為這些美麗的生物戰(zhàn)斗。她親眼目睹的場景，場景帶我們到一個地方，我們從來沒有影像，我們經(jīng)歷過的，其中在非洲熱帶雨林的深處，樹木，花卉，蝴蝶，大猩猩包圍的母親擁抱自己的嬰兒。

是的，在我最喜歡的電影之一難忘的場景，呼吁在薄霧大猩猩的基礎(chǔ)上，戴安娜弗西夫人，誰在此度過了一生中最盧旺達保護，直到她生命的最后的生態(tài)環(huán)境有真實的故事。

A Scene to RememberGu

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen.Today I would like to begin with a story.There was once a physical 1)therapist（臨床醫(yī)學(xué)家）who traveled all the way from America to Africa to do a 2)census（普查）about mountain 3)gorillas.These gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world;this put them severely under threat of 4)poaching and being put into the zoo.She went there out of curiosity, but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures.She witnessed a scene, a scene taking us to a place we never imaged we've ever been, where in the very depth of the African rainforest, surrounded by trees, flowers and butterflies, the mother gorillas 5)cuddled擁抱 their babies.Yes, that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies, called Gorillas in the Mist, based on a true story of Mrs.Dian Fossey, who spent most of bet lifetime in Rwanda（盧旺達）to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of her life.To me, the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a 6)timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our ecoenvironment.Today, we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems.On the one hand, tourism, as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century, provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go.It has become a lifestyle for some people, and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth.It has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity.But on the other hand, many problems can occur---natural scenes aren't natural anymore.Deforestation to heat lodges is devastating Nepal.Oil spills from tourist boats are polluting Antarctica.Tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks.All these 7)appalling(令人震驚的)facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing, because the very thought of it has been 8)eroding(侵蝕)our resources.Encouragingly, the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight, which is why the United Nations has made 2002 the year of ecotourism, for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism, but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment.Now every year, many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations an: receiving donations--big notes, small notes or even coins--from

housewives, 9)plumbers(水管工人), ambulance drivers, salesmen, teachers, children and 10)invalids(殘疾人), Some of them can not afford to send the money but they do.These are the ones who drive the cabs, who nurse in hospitals, who are suffering from ecological damage in their

neighborhood.Why? Because they care.Because they still want their Mother Nature back.Because they know it still belongs to them.This kind of feeling that I have, ladies and gentlemen, is when it feels like it, smells like it, and looks like it, it's all coming from a scene to remember, a scene to recall and to cherish.The other night, as l saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible, my mind was filled with songs.I found myself humming softly, not to the music, but to some-thing else, someplace else.a place remembered, a place untouched, a field of grass where no one seem to have been except the deer.And all those unforgettable scenes strengthened the feeling that it's lime for us to do something, for our own and our coming generation.Once again, I have come to think of Mrs.Dian Fossey be-cause it's with her spirit, passion, courage and strong sense of our ecoenvironment that we are taking our next step into the world.And no matter who we are, what we do and where we go, in our mind, there's always a scene to remember, a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it.Thank you very much.94

2011年郊區(qū)教育和體育局爭創(chuàng)全國文明城

市

實施方案（草稿）

為貫徹落實好區(qū)委、區(qū)政府和市教育局的工作部署與要求，加強我局文明創(chuàng)建工作制度建設(shè)，促進全局文明創(chuàng)建工作再上臺階，全面提升廣大師生文明素質(zhì)，根據(jù)《2011年銅陵市創(chuàng)建全國文明城市暨國家衛(wèi)生城市實施方案》及市“雙創(chuàng)”指揮部有關(guān)文件精神,結(jié)合我局工作實際，制定2011年郊區(qū)教育和體育局爭創(chuàng)全國文明城市實施方案。

一、指導(dǎo)思想

以鄧小平理論和“三個代表”重要思想為指導(dǎo)，以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為統(tǒng)領(lǐng)，以建設(shè)社會主義核心價值體系為根本，堅持“突出重點、突破難點、凸顯亮點”的方法原則，扎實開展?fàn)巹?chuàng)全國文明城市活動，深入推進教育均衡發(fā)展，不斷提高教育水平，大力加強思想道德建設(shè)，深入開展精神文明創(chuàng)建和校園及周邊環(huán)境治理活動，努力提高精神文明建設(shè)工作水平，在全區(qū)教育系統(tǒng)營造與時俱進、開拓創(chuàng)新、昂揚向上，奮發(fā)有為的良好氛圍，為我區(qū)教育和體育事業(yè)實現(xiàn)新跨越、新發(fā)展提供思想保證和精神動力。

二、工作目標(biāo)

總的工作目標(biāo)是：讓城市更靚麗、讓市民更幸福。通過扎實有效的創(chuàng)建活動，校容校貌得以進一步整潔與規(guī)范，師德建設(shè)得以進一步深化與鞏固，未成年人思想道德建設(shè)得以進一步加強與提高。

三、實施步驟

爭創(chuàng)工作從2011年2月至2011年12月，分四個階段實施。

第一階段：動員發(fā)動階段（2011年2月至3月）。召開爭創(chuàng)全國文明城市再動員大會，安排部署今年的爭創(chuàng)工作。組織學(xué)習(xí)市委、市政府相關(guān)會議和文件精神，引導(dǎo)廣大師生積極主動地參與到爭創(chuàng)活動中來，使全體師生明確今年的創(chuàng)建目標(biāo)，提高對爭創(chuàng)工作重要性和必要性的認識，在全區(qū)教育和體育系統(tǒng)迅速掀起爭創(chuàng)活動的高潮。

第二階段：實施推進階段（2011年3月至8月）。全面實施爭創(chuàng)工作方案及各項行動計劃，各校進一步細化目標(biāo)、措施，落實創(chuàng)建項目、保障措施，及時向區(qū)教育和體育局爭創(chuàng)活動領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組匯報創(chuàng)建工作進展情況。區(qū)教育和體育局爭創(chuàng)活動領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組將不定期進行抽查及暗訪。

第三階段：總結(jié)迎檢階段（2011年8月至12月）。總結(jié)爭創(chuàng)活動成果，建立長效管理制度，積極做好各項迎檢工作。

四、主要工作

（一）扎實推進校園及周邊環(huán)境治理活動

1、進一步完善安全管理制度和學(xué)校突發(fā)公共事件應(yīng)急預(yù)案。認真開展防災(zāi)減災(zāi)及校園人身傷害、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害、流行疾病等預(yù)防工作，提高防范和處置突發(fā)事件的能力。

2、加強校園安全隱患排查和整改。開展經(jīng)常性的安全知識教育，聯(lián)合有關(guān)部門，大力整治校園及周邊交通、治安、文化環(huán)境秩序，努力構(gòu)建安全、文明、健康、和諧的校園及周邊環(huán)境。

3、加強校園及周邊環(huán)境衛(wèi)生清潔行動。深入開展愛國衛(wèi)生運動，組織廣大師生從我做起，從打掃身邊的環(huán)境衛(wèi)生做起，人人動手，打一場環(huán)境衛(wèi)生清理的大會戰(zhàn)，清除衛(wèi)生死角。及時清理校園及周邊過時、破損節(jié)日標(biāo)語、廣告匾牌，全面清除“牛皮癬”。

4、強化環(huán)保意識，凈化生態(tài)環(huán)境。深入開展生態(tài)文明宣傳教育，引導(dǎo)師生牢固樹立植綠、愛綠、護綠意識，強化保護生態(tài)的意識。從源頭上加強對環(huán)境污染的治理，有計劃、有步驟推進校園及周邊環(huán)境治理。積極實施綠化、美化、凈化工程，廣泛開展綠色校園創(chuàng)建活動，為師生創(chuàng)造一個天藍、水清、地綠的美好生態(tài)宜學(xué)校園、宜居家園。

（二）不斷加強師生精神文明建設(shè)工作

1、開展文明禮儀教育。將文明禮儀知識納入學(xué)校思想品德課內(nèi)容，安排一定的時間，開展課堂教育；舉辦文明禮儀主主題的班會，讓學(xué)生在互相交流中自我教育，進而激發(fā)主動參與創(chuàng)建的熱情與智慧；開展“雙創(chuàng)”為主題的課外實踐活動，使廣大師生在實踐中受教育。

2、開展“小手牽大手、文明一起走”活動。召開專題家長會議，以家庭為單位集中簽定文明公約，號召家長以身作則，帶領(lǐng)孩子一起主動實踐公約，發(fā)揮孩子守紀(jì)意識強的優(yōu)勢，監(jiān)督和影響家長遵守公約。

3、開展“讀禮儀書，做文明人”讀書教育活動知識搶答比賽。在認真閱讀有關(guān)文明禮儀圖書的基礎(chǔ)上，組織全區(qū)中小學(xué)生“讀禮儀書，做文明人”讀書教育活動知識搶答比賽。通過筆試、搶答等環(huán)節(jié)，使廣大中小學(xué)生在參與中熏陶思想情操，提升文明禮儀素質(zhì)。

4、組織推薦、評選“我推薦、我評議身邊好人”工作。各校要將推薦工作日常化、規(guī)范化，做到一周報1名。積極了解各類身邊好人的具體情況，候選人要政治思想素質(zhì)好，遵紀(jì)守法，作風(fēng)正派，能切實在廣大人民群眾中樹立起好榜樣，確保每一位推薦人選在教職工中具有典型性與代表性。同時，在此基礎(chǔ)上做好組織參加全區(qū)首屆道德模范評選工作。

5、組織參加“歷史的選擇——慶祝建黨90周年”全市青少年愛國主義讀書教育活動。緊緊抓住慶祝建黨90周年這一契機，組織參加全市“歷史的選擇——慶祝建黨90周年”中小學(xué)生征文比賽、中學(xué)生演講比賽、小學(xué)生講故事比賽和中學(xué)生網(wǎng)上知識競賽，幫助廣大青少年深入了解黨的光輝歷史和豐功偉績，深刻理解堅持中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是歷史的選擇、人民的選擇，是民族振興、國家富強、人民幸福的根本保證。

6、開展“文明出行，從我做起”勸導(dǎo)活動。組織廣大師生不定期走上街道，到公交站臺，到人行橫道，散發(fā)有關(guān)文明禮儀知識傳單，勸導(dǎo)行人遵守交通規(guī)則，使師生在勸導(dǎo)中養(yǎng)成排隊候車、乘車不擁不擠，乘車文明禮讓；不亂穿馬路，不在機動車、非機動車道內(nèi)行走，不違反交通信號指示通行，做到按線行車、按位停放、按燈行走的良好習(xí)慣。讓交通安全知識和法律、法規(guī)成為師生文明走路、文明乘車乃至家長文明駕駛、文明行車的自覺行動。

7、大力推行志愿服務(wù)工作。廣泛開展師生和體育工作者樂于參加、便于參加的志愿服務(wù)活動，使志愿服務(wù)的意識得到培養(yǎng)，志愿服務(wù)的行動得到支持。拓展行之有效的專業(yè)志愿服務(wù)，建立健全志愿服務(wù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)體制、組織管理機制和激勵機制，推動志愿服務(wù)事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展。

8、舉辦“文明禮儀伴我行”書畫、攝影比賽。比賽面向廣大師生，通過感性、直觀的書畫、攝影作品，進一步加強師生思想道德素質(zhì)教育，提升師生文明素質(zhì)，激發(fā)師生“重道德、學(xué)禮儀”的自覺意識。

9、開展“我們的節(jié)日”系列主題活動。充分挖掘中華民族傳統(tǒng)佳節(jié)的深厚文化內(nèi)涵，運用積極元素，堅持正確導(dǎo)向，明確活動主題，突出各節(jié)特色，引導(dǎo)廣大師生認識、繼承、弘揚傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀民族文化，培養(yǎng)愛黨、愛國、愛社會主義情感。

五、有關(guān)要求

1、加強組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。區(qū)教育和體育局成立爭創(chuàng)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組。朱世木同志任組長，潘秀珍同志任副組長，各中心學(xué)校為成員單位。吳祖煜同志任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室主任。各中心學(xué)校比照區(qū)教體局爭創(chuàng)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組成立相應(yīng)的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機構(gòu)。單位主要負責(zé)人負總責(zé)，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子成員必須保證一人以上主抓爭創(chuàng)工作，并成立工作機構(gòu)，工作人員名單、聯(lián)系方式及時上報區(qū)教體局爭創(chuàng)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室。各中心學(xué)校要根據(jù)區(qū)教體局實施方案，同時結(jié)合各自實際情況制定本單位爭創(chuàng)實施方案，于2011年3月10日之前將本單位實施方案交至市教育局爭創(chuàng)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室。聯(lián)系人：吳祖煜，聯(lián)系電話：5825587。

2、加強協(xié)調(diào)配合。各部門和各中心學(xué)校要根據(jù)實施方案的要求，制定具體行動計劃，主動聯(lián)系相關(guān)單位進行磋商，細化內(nèi)容，明確分工，周密安排，扎實有效地落實每項爭創(chuàng)工作，務(wù)必取得實效。同時要做好檔案資料的收集整理工作。

who are regarded as the successful.And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life.So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose.But the problem is wether it is real success.We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us.If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? To me March 28th was a lucky day.It was on that particular evening that I found myself at central stage, in the spotlight.Winning the 21st Century·Ericsson Cup Seventh National English Speaking Competition is a memory that I shall treasure and one that will surely stay.More important than winning the Cup is the friendship that has been established and developed among the contestants, and the chance to communicate offstage in addition to competing onstage.Also the competition helps boost public speaking in China, a skill hitherto undervalued.For me, though, the competition is a more personal experience.Habitually shy, I had been reluctant to take part in any such activities.Encouraged by my friends, however, I made a last-minute decision to give it a try.In the course of preparation I somehow rediscovered myself, a truer me.I found that, after all, I like communicating with other people;that exchanging views can be so much fun—and so much rewarding, both emotionally and intellectually;that public speaking is most effective when you are least guarded;and that it is essential to success in every walk of life.At a more practical level, I realized knowing what you are going to say and how you are going to say it are equally important.To take the original ideas out of your head and transplant them, so to speak, to that of others, you need to have an organized mind.This ability improves with training.Yet there should not be any loss or addition or distortion in the process.Those ideas that finally find their way into another head need to be recognizably yours.Language is a means to transmit information, not a means to obstruct communication.It should be lucid to be penetrating.In China, certain public speaking skills have been unduly emphasized.Will it really help, we are compelled to ask, to bang at the podium or yell at the top of your lungs, if you have come with a poorly organized speech, a muddled mind, and unwillingness to truly share your views?

Above all, the single most important thing I learnt was that as a public speaker, you need to pay attention, first and foremost, to the content of your speech.And second, the structure of your speech: how one idea relates and progresses to another.Only after these come delivery and non-verbal communication: speed control, platform manner, and so on.Pronunciation is important, yet of greater importance is this: Is your language competent enough to express your ideas exactly the way you intend them to be understood?
