我叫梁青云，國家棟梁的梁，青天的青，白云的云,梁青云。我的名字象征著一群：有自信，有上進，有魅力，有激情的年青一代。因一直是班干部，所以我一直都有很強的責(zé)任感、組織能力和團隊協(xié)作精神；因骨子里不服輸，所以我有自信、有沖勁、有開創(chuàng)意識。

在我的意識中，組長不但是一個集體的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，更應(yīng)該是同學(xué)們的公仆。說他是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，是因為他必須統(tǒng)籌管理好小組的事務(wù)，有能力帶領(lǐng)班級奮勇向上，爭創(chuàng)一流。之所以說他是公仆，他應(yīng)全心全意為同學(xué)服務(wù)，誠心誠意地幫助每一個伙伴。

尋找心中的那盞燈

敬愛各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo),親愛的伙伴們，大家現(xiàn)在好:

首先感謝kissbus給我提供了這樣一個機會，也感謝同事們在工作中對我的信任和支持。我叫梁青云，國家棟梁的梁，青天的青，白云的云,梁青云。

不知道你們是否聽過這個故事。說是唐太宗貞觀年間，長安城西的一家磨坊里，有一匹馬和一頭驢子。它們是好朋友，馬在外面拉東西，驢子在屋里推磨。貞觀三年，這匹馬被玄獎大師選中，出發(fā)經(jīng)西域前往印度取經(jīng)。

17年后，這匹馬馱著佛經(jīng)回到長安。它重回到磨坊見驢子朋友，并談起這次旅途的見聞：浩瀚無邊的沙漠，高入云霄的山峰，晶瑩的冰雪??使驢子聽了大為羨慕。驢子驚嘆道：“你有多么豐富的見聞呀!那么遙遠的道路，我連想都不敢想。”

“其實，”老馬說，“我們跨過的距離是大體相等的，當(dāng)我向西域前進的時候，你一步也沒停止。不同的是，我同玄獎大師有一個遙遠的目標，按照始終如一的方向前進，所以我們看到了一個廣闊的世界。而你被蒙住了眼睛，一生就圍著磨盤打轉(zhuǎn)，所以永遠也走不出這個狹隘的天地。”

是的，我們的生命都是有限的，在相同的時間里，我們是像馬一樣有目標地一直向前走，還是像驢子一樣繞著圈地原地打轉(zhuǎn)呢?再縮小來看,大家都是四年大學(xué)，在這四年里，你是有著明確的目標勇往直前呢?還是沒有目標呢?

我也曾有過這樣的迷惑，那是我剛?cè)氪髮W(xué)的時候，沒了高中時簡單而直接的目標——考上大學(xué).我在自由的近似無人管的大學(xué)里，幾乎迷失了方向，甚至迷戀起網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲。直到一節(jié)道德思想課，老師問我們：“如果理想是心靈的一盞燈，你們的燈是什么?是考公務(wù)員當(dāng)官?搞開發(fā)掙錢?還是讀研深造呢?”

當(dāng)時，我們都沉默了。突然間,我想起XX的一句話，“當(dāng)你回首往事的時候，不為默默無聞而擔(dān)憂。。。” 那一刻，我開始自問，那我的理想是什么呢?于是，我踏上了自己的尋燈之路。

于是，我開始從歷史書海中去尋找，從奴隸社會到當(dāng)今社會，愛國愛民一直是人民所追崇。我到前輩那兒去尋找。去聽學(xué)者講座，參加各種學(xué)術(shù)會，與學(xué)長辯論。當(dāng)看到他們會為明確一個金律而廢寢忘食，會因爭論一個案例開一夜的臥談會時，我找到了一個企業(yè)家應(yīng)有的信仰和精神，也確定了自己前進的方向。

我也從實踐中去尋找。平時課外時間，我經(jīng)常去做不同類型的兼職。署假時，我去到企業(yè)里面去實習(xí)。我為自己學(xué)以致用而快樂，也為看到許多人因沒有理想而碌碌無為而難過。影響別人和幫助別人，已經(jīng)成為我的責(zé)任。

漸漸地，我找到了心中的那盞燈。一個國家，一個民族要發(fā)展，歸根到底是要經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，社會需要更多有愛國精神的企業(yè)家。我告訴自己，我一定要成為的一名有影響力的企業(yè)家，逐鹿世界市場。

各位敬愛的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，親愛的伙伴們，今天，當(dāng)我提著一本本厚如磚頭的商業(yè)課本穿梭于教室、圖書館的時候，當(dāng)我邁著自信的步子走上每一個舞臺的時候，我并不害怕其中的艱苦，更不畏懼將來的艱難，因為我知道：我找到了我心中的那盞燈，那盞燈照亮了我的大學(xué)，也將照亮我的未來，而我要為了自己的理想而奮斗。

各位敬愛的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，親愛的伙伴們，讓我們一起來找到心中的那盞燈吧。然后用我們的熱情、熱血來守護那盞燈，用我們的刻苦、努力來燃燒那盞燈。當(dāng)所有的人都擁有了理想，當(dāng)人與人都在為理想而奮斗，當(dāng)所有的燈都在心間靠攏，我們擁有的就不只是一份充實的生活，國家擁有的也不只是一個個擁有理想的奮斗者，而是一個由個體組成的為著理想共同進步的和諧社會。
