在演講中，良好的幽默技巧絕對可以成為文章的畫龍點睛之筆。恰當(dāng)?shù)剡\用幽默技巧，可以迅速的拉近演講者與聽眾之間的距離，帶動聽眾的積極性。同時還可以以幽默的小例子作為觀點的論據(jù)，既言簡意賅，又富含深意，能夠為演講增色不少。特別是在有時限的英語演講競賽中。

使用幽默的準(zhǔn)則

2.1切合主題、易于表達(dá)

演講中所使用的一切技巧都是為了演講的主題所服務(wù)的，偏離了主題的幽默，只會讓聽眾備感迷茫，因此，在選擇幽默的素材時，一定要確定幽默與主題之間聯(lián)系是否緊密，并且對素材進(jìn)行適當(dāng)改寫，使得自己想要突出的主題更加明晰，增加演講的可聽性與帶入性。2.2通俗易懂，新鮮地道 演講就是為了讓聽眾能夠理解演講者所想要表達(dá)的，并且能夠附和演講者的觀點，選擇幽默素材時，自然要以此準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行選擇。過于生澀難懂的幽默固然內(nèi)涵深刻，可是卻不能引起聽眾的共鳴，尤其是在英語演講中，對詞匯的選擇也要有所考慮，過多的非必要高級詞匯的使用，很可能大部分聽眾并不能聽懂，更不要說引起共鳴了。適當(dāng)?shù)膶λx幽默素材進(jìn)行改編，用常見詞匯來表達(dá)其含義，能得到更好的效果。我們做英語演講，不僅僅只是用英語來進(jìn)行演講，不是對演講稿進(jìn)行翻譯在說出來而已。而是要think in american way，因此要對英美文化有一定了解，要懂得在英美文化里的“笑點”在于哪里，才能讓演講變得幽默而地道。

演講中的幽默不僅僅只使用在舉例上，更可以使用于演講者的表情和語音語調(diào)上。但各種形式的幽默技巧的使用的目的只有一個——讓觀眾迅速的融入演講并進(jìn)入更深層次的思考中。聽眾們不一定會開懷大笑，也不一定會會心一笑，但是聽眾至少會意識到演講者在試圖表達(dá)一個觀點，這樣，幽默的效果就達(dá)到了一半，剩下的一半，就在于幽默的恰當(dāng)性和生動性了。

3.1舉例的幽默

舉例的幽默精髓在于貼切。如何將幽默與論點聯(lián)系起來呢？類推法就是一種能夠有效的方法。類推法通過舉例另一件事，展現(xiàn)它與論點之間的聯(lián)系。建立這種聯(lián)系是創(chuàng)造的核心，可以確保幽默運用得當(dāng)。有個通貨監(jiān)理官在關(guān)于調(diào)控工具如何用于提升健全的銀行系統(tǒng)的演講中運用了這樣一個幽默：“我的一個朋友在20世紀(jì)80年代的上半期強烈渴望有一部汽車電話，最終，他說服自己那并不奢侈，而是一個必需品，因此他買了一部。在買到電話的那一天，他從車上打電話告訴我這個消息，然后大約有一個月的時間我再見過他。最后，我在大街上看到他，他好像很沮喪的樣子，我問他怎么了，他說是汽車電話的事。“怎么了？”我問道，“你所做的任何事都比不上你想要那部電話。”他回答說：“是的，但是每次它一響我就要去修車廠，我已經(jīng)筋疲力盡了。”調(diào)控如同電話一樣是工具，既可以有效使用，也可能誤用。演講者利用電話預(yù)調(diào)控的相通點，將幽默與論點緊密的聯(lián)系起來。3.2表情的幽默

表情的幽默的精髓在于用面部表情將情感與觀點最鮮明、最恰當(dāng)?shù)娘@示出來，演講者通過自己的面部表情變化對聽眾施加心理影響，搭建起演講者與聽眾交流思想情感的橋梁。美國前總統(tǒng)羅斯福就是一個善于用表情的幽默來豐富演講內(nèi)容的人。有人在回憶羅斯福演講時說20分鐘的時間里，羅斯福先生的臉上表現(xiàn)出詫異、好奇，故作吃驚、真正的興趣、焦慮、同情、幽默、尊嚴(yán)和無比的魅力，但是他幾乎沒有說出什么東西。分析羅斯福的演講的專家認(rèn)為，他的演講往往更注重面部表情，有時說得很少，他的表情已經(jīng)傳達(dá)了更多的準(zhǔn)確的有效地信息。

3.3語音語調(diào)的幽默

語音語調(diào)的幽默精髓在于發(fā)聲時的情感。在一個ted演講中，一位經(jīng)濟學(xué)家分析當(dāng)前全球經(jīng)濟形勢下各國不同態(tài)度時，模仿了兩個不同的女人就財務(wù)管理方法吵架的情形，他以尖細(xì) 而挑剔的語調(diào)模仿態(tài)度激進(jìn)的女人的說話聲音，以憨厚而堅持的語調(diào)模仿態(tài)度保守的女人的說話聲音，不時穿插自己的原聲，使得演講一下生動起來，讓聽眾在了解了雙方不同的心理活動后，能夠跟隨著演講者的思維，以一種客觀的態(tài)度來分析問題，最終演講獲得了滿堂喝彩。將情感帶入語音語調(diào)中，才能使幽默的內(nèi)容變得繪聲繪色，才能更清楚的體現(xiàn)出演講者的觀點與態(tài)度，才能使幽默的效果達(dá)到最優(yōu)。
