站在臺上面對大家，我心情十分激動。好像是在參加一次歷史性的長征。我們今天面對的遠不只一場競賽或角逐。這是才華出眾，生氣勃勃的中國青年的一次聚會。我們是青年一代的代表。為迎接新世紀的到來，我們正在從各方面作好準備。

在這一歷史時刻，能有機會代表同齡人在此認真地回顧于國于己都至關重要的過去的15年，我感激萬分。

盡管只能談談個人經歷，而且只涉及其中一個小小的片段，但我相信，它仍然折射出對我和在過去15年間一同成長起來的青年人都不可缺少的一種思想基礎。

我上小學時，班上有位小姑娘，學習非常刻苦而成績卻不盡人意。

老師要我幫助她。看得出，她也寄厚望于我。但我那時還是個小男孩，坐不住，不懂事。我老是me避她。以便有更多時間自己玩。

期末考試前一天，她來求我說“請你給我講解一下行嗎?這次我很想考得好一點。”我開始給她講解，不一會兒便草草收場，假裝沒有察覺她迷茫的眼神，一溜煙兒地跑開了。不出所料，這次她又考砸了。兩個月后，新學期依始，傳來她死于血癌的消息。我沒有完成那項小小的任務，無人知曉。但我卻不能原諒自己。她的眼睛令我難以忘懷，仿佛在責問我，“你為什么不愿多幫助我呢?這對于你來說，并不費事。你為什么不能理解我對你的信賴，而讓我帶著痛苦和遺憾離開這個世界?”

我當時才八九歲。但從某種意義上講，這件事成了我生活的新起點。因為我開始體會到“責任”二字的意義，并盡心盡力地學著完成自己的義務。我也逐漸領會了這個神圣字眼的深刻內含:人與人之間的彼此需要和信任、合作和依賴正是人類社會存在的基礎。

之后，我在生活中又經受過多次失敗，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里卻不曾再現。想到自己做每一件事都能盡職盡責，一種滿足之感便油然而生。

此事及類似的多起事件改變了我，完善了我。當我長大成人，我開始領悟周圍發生的一切變化。我發現，從某種意義上說，社會跟我一樣，正處在一個自我完善的時期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一個樣。新思維、新信息、新技術層出不窮。即便萬里相隔，人們在轉瞬之間即可相互交談。社會競爭越演越烈。

人們越來越強調個性和創造性。越來越多的人因工作努力而受到獎賞。這就是當今的時代，一代新人由成長邁入成熟的時代。這是我們這一代人接替父輩治國安邦的時代。然而，我們也面臨很多間題。

據悉，壞人在光天化日之下作惡，周圍的群眾居然袖手旁觀，無動于衷。我還聽說，目前我國尚有100萬兒童連小學也上不起，而巨額資金卻拿去舉辦奢侈的宴會和購置豪華的轎車。我們常常買的是劣質藥品，或名曰藥品實為一文不值的廢物，非但不能除病去痛，反而會使病情加重。在某些人看來，世上金錢最寶貴，只要能賺錢，不惜犧牲道德和責任。

因而，這個時代賦予我們的是更強烈的競爭和效率意識，使我們更善于批判性地思考和創造性地行動。

此外，這個時代要求我們這一代人必須認清自己肩負的歷史重任，下定決心，采取行動，解決上述問題。長期以來，歷史一直在我們這一代人身上培養著這些品質。現在，歷史呼喚我們挺身而出，以實際行動向全民族及全人類證實我們的拳拳愛國之心和大無畏的英雄主義。

此刻，我站在講臺上回顧15年來的學生生活。今后的歲月，我很可能平平淡淡地度過。但這絲毫不會讓我心灰意冷。因為我知道，憑借強烈的責任感和精益求精的不懈奮斗，我將追求一種有意義的生活，一種不枉此生的生活。

此刻，我站在講臺上回顧過去，15年來祖國取得的巨大成就激勵著千千萬萬的同齡人。我們之中大多數人將與名利和權力無緣。只有極少數人或許會后世留芳。對此我們絲毫也不會在意。因為我們知道，世界在觀望，世界在傾聽。在這個大量機遇和激烈竟爭并存的時代，我們國家究竟去向何方，整個世界都在關注。

我永遠不會忘記班上那位小姑娘。她本應該卻沒能和在座各位一樣享受今天美好的人生和明日充滿希望的世界。

湖北文理學院與襄陽市圖書館、襄陽市英語角合作舉辦此次全市范圍內的英語演講大賽。大賽方案如下：

一、大賽目的

關于舉行2011年校大學英語演講比賽的通知

為了營造我校良好的英語學習氣氛，激發學生學習英語的興趣，提高學生的英語綜合應用能力，決定舉辦焦作師范高等專科學校大學英語演講比賽。現將競賽相關事宜通知如下：

一．參賽對象：2010,2011級非英語專業的學生

二.報名方式：

由各系學生會負責在各教學班級中進行，時間截止至11月14號。

三．比賽方式：

1．演講比賽分為初賽、決賽二個階段。

初賽：不命題演講（3分鐘±15秒鐘）

決賽：不命題演講（3分鐘±15秒鐘）

演講題目由學生自選，要求演講內容健康向上，能夠體現當代大學生的良好的精神風貌。2．初賽由各系學生會負責組織，每個系由一位大學英語教研室教師負責評選工作，選拔出的同學將參加復賽。

（各系進入復賽的人數：

1、不定題演講方式：每位選手演講為不定題目演講（脫稿）。

2、演講時間為三分鐘，選手根據準備好的題目內容演講。

四、競賽題目：

題目自定，要求演講內容積極向上，能夠反映出當代大學生的精神風貌。

五、競賽規則：

1、抽簽

參賽選手于12月5日（周一）下午14:00到比賽場地（網藝樓報告廳）抽簽決定其參賽次序，未準時到場者由工作人員代為抽取，參賽者不得有異議。并將演講題目和個人信息進行登記。

2、演講時間 1）、指定題目演講時間為三分鐘，2分45秒—3分15秒不扣分，超出或不足時間酌情扣0.1～0.5分。2）、指定時間到有計時人員響鈴提示：2分45秒響鈴一次，3分鐘響鈴兩次。

3、出場順序

參賽選手聽從工作人員安排，按抽簽順序參加比賽。1）、主持人開場 2）、致詞 3）、主持人說明比賽規則、評分標準及介紹評委 4）、比賽開始 第一個選手開始演講，第二個參賽選手準備。以此類推。5）、比賽結束，工作人員統計比賽成績 6）、領導總結 7）、宣布比賽成績 8）、頒獎典禮，大賽結束

評委會由外語系大學英語教研室全體教師組成。

⑴ 去掉各單項環節的一個最高分，一個最低分，得出各環節平均分，即為選手總得分。

⑵ 計分組有三名工作人員，負責成績計算、核對、亮分及名次排定。

總分 10分 2）、內容要求

⑴ 主題鮮明切題，內容清楚、結構清晰、中心突出，合理展開、闡釋充分、證據相關、邏輯性強，內容生動，吸引人，不枯燥，能抓住觀眾注意力）。⑵ 演講人應使用英式英語或美式英語。語言準確（發音清晰準確，音調、音高要合適，選詞用詞的準確性和相關性），演講流利（連讀，詞重音，句重音，語調，節奏）。

⑶ 技巧：幽默感，手勢、眼睛接觸與身體語言，自信、有感情與氣勢；適當修辭手段（比喻，類比等）。3）、其他

參加比賽的教學系由學生會主席負責，每個系安排15—20名學生到場為比賽選手加油。

紀念一二九活動策劃書

策劃依據：七十五年前的今天，一群血氣方剛，熱血沸騰的青年喊出了“停止內戰，一致對外”的呼聲，那金戈鐵馬的呼聲震蕩了整個山河，他們的激情在空中回蕩。而如今，我們似乎充滿著太多的迷茫與彷徨，不知自己的未來何去何從。80，90后的寫手描寫的青春都是灰暗與脆弱的。我們的陽光燦爛的日子去哪了呢？讓我們呼喚他們的回來。

活動宗旨：了解那度過去的歷史，重溫他們的澎湃，不需要我們做出驚天動地的大事，只需珍惜每天的時光，充實認真的活著，陽光燦爛的活著，做好每一件身邊的事。

活動目的：宣傳我院在學校的知名度，同時點燃同學們的生活激情，加強我院文化建設。

活動宣傳：12月3日在在大橋上懸掛一橫幅進行宣傳，12月9日轉至節目現場。

活動內容:前奏播放張真的《新正氣歌》

《1》一二九運動知識問答，準備這一方面的知識小紙條，由觀眾抽取，答對者送一份精美小禮品。

《2》準備一系列的朗誦詩歌，現場抽取觀眾朗誦，再從小紙杯里抽出要朗誦的詩歌，現場朗誦，觀眾呼聲高的給與一份精美小禮品。

《3》鼓勵觀眾上前，分別唱含有“一.二.九”的歌曲，每首至少唱三句，順利唱出者，給與一份精美小禮品。

《4》默記下面一段文字（兩分鐘之內），能迅速記起者，給一個大大的笑臉和擁抱（待定）。
