準的英語本土原音有了一定的了解。僅僅每次的十分鐘，看似短暫，但如涓涓細流，微微點滴在心。通過一個學期的訓練，學生在聽力上不斷接受英語國家經典演講的語音刺激；在聽力測試中，成績明顯提高，特別是聽力技巧上，比如：利用語調的抑揚來判斷說話者肯定或否定的態度，即使整句話沒有完全聽清楚，也能判斷出正確答案。

根據新課標要求和對課文的理解，讓學生自擬題目進行課上5分鐘演講。如第二冊（供高中一年級上學期使用）的第一課our body and healthy habit中，在introduction部分中，有四部分，其中留給學生課前預習作業時，要求自擬題目，100－150字左右的一篇演講，盡量用自己的語言和經歷把對身體健康有利或不利的因素說出來，可以結合課前的introduction提供的information.在上英語課時用五分鐘進行一下對健康、身體的演講。下面是一篇汪浩同學關于健康的演講稿，my healthy habits my name is wang hao , i have very strong body.there are many reasons.firstly, i eat very healthy , and fresh fruit and vegetables are a very important part of our diet, secondly, my family live near the river and we have fish about four times a week, my mother let me not eat much fat or sugar.so i don’t have a sweet tooth.at the same time, i take a lot of exercise and am every fit.i’m crazy about running.i’m a member of the school.so as you can see from what i’ve said, i’m a normal kind of person, but i’m stronger than other normal persons.in all, every body should have healthy habits.演講稿一共124字，結合自己談了一些觀點，同時可以看到一部分結合課前introduction提供的information，包括文章的結構和一些詞匯。新課標中一冊書一共6課，分為六個主題，教師要開始講一篇新課時，留作業讓學生圍繞這些主題編寫自己的演講稿。一個學期過后，學生在不知不覺中對新課進行了預習，同時在編寫過程中遇到很多生詞，拓展了詞匯量；還有學生寫作能力的提高，在編寫演講稿時他們注意到了，文章要分層次，思路要有邏輯，對許多關聯詞的運用如：at this time;first;second;at last;next；previously;last but not least；to begin with；to start with；to end with；finally：since then；first of all；afterwards;following this;preceding this.as well as；either...，or...；both...and...for example； for instance；in this case;等等，最有顯著成效的是閱讀和口語的提高，盛昊然同學是我班英語口語中等偏下的學生，平時在朗讀課文的速度也較慢，針對這一情況，起初沒有讓他馬上在同學面前演講，而是請他在課堂上把演講稿朗讀出來，由一開始的卡殼，到漸漸的流暢平順起來；最終，在講第五課“newspapers and magazines”時，他鼓起勇氣自己以“my favorite newspapers and magazines”為題，進行了一次精彩的演講。經過循序漸進的訓練，學生整體上都有了長足的進步。篇三：關于英語演講幾個要點和建議

如：咬嘴唇，不斷地扶眼鏡，敲打筆尖，擺弄頭發或者衣服，斜靠著講桌或什么東西取得支撐，等等

避免語言浮夸空洞

要記住作為一個講解者，你的任務是向聽眾傳達信息。選擇樸實容易理解的詞語，避免采用華麗浮夸的詞藻。這些夸張的詞語使你看起來缺乏信心，也無益于幫助理解你想要表達的內容。簡單常常是最可行的方案。

避免內容中庸陳腐

為了使你要傳達的信息產生最好的效果，避免使用中庸陳腐的表達方式，人云亦云。比如任何問題都有兩個方面?.，使用能夠準確表達自己思想的說法，不要依賴別人是如何表達的。

避免過多的縮略語、行話或術語

使用這些縮略語或術語前，要考慮是否你的聽眾能夠理解。如果可能，盡可能少使用這種詞語，聽眾會因為不明白你在說什么而離去。適當的提示

如果使用了聽眾不易理解的詞匯，在首次使用時給出提示。如果可能，事先印刷出來，發給每一個聽眾作參考，不失為一個好方法。.何謂善用空間的演講

所謂空間就是指進行演說的場所范圍、演講者所在之處以及與聽眾間的距離等等。演說者所在之處以位居聽眾注意力容易匯集的地方最為理想。例如開會的時候、主席多半位居會議桌的上方、因為該處正是最容易匯集出席者注意力的地方。

反之，如果主席位居會議桌之正中央，則會議的進行情況會變如何呢？恐怕會使出席者注意力散漫了，且有會議冗長不休的感覺？因此，讓自己位居聽眾注意力容易匯集之處，不但能夠提升聽眾對于演講的關注，甚至具有增強演說者信賴度權威感的效果。2.演講時的姿勢如何

演說時的姿勢（posture）也會帶給聽眾某種印象，例如堂堂正正的印象或者畏畏縮縮的印象。雖然個人的性格與平日的習慣對此影響頗巨，不過一般而言仍有方便演講的姿勢，即所謂“輕松的姿勢”。要讓身體放松，反過來說就是不要過度緊張。過度的緊張不但會表現出笨拙僵硬的姿勢，而且對于舌頭的動作也會造成不良的影響。

決竅之一是張開雙腳與肩同寬，挺穩整個身軀。另一個決竅是想辦法擴散并減輕施加在身體上的緊張情緒。例如將一只手稍微插入口袋中，或者手觸桌邊、或者手握麥克風等等。3.演講時的視線

在大眾面前說話，亦即表示必須忍受眾目睽睽的注視。當然，并非每位聽眾都會對你報以善意的眼光。盡管如此，你還是不可以漠視聽眾的眼光，避開聽眾的視線來說話。尤其當你走到麥克風旁邊站立在大眾面前的那一瞬間，來自聽眾的視線有時甚至會讓你覺得刺痛。

克服這股視線壓力的秘決，就是一面進行演講；一面從聽眾當中找尋對于自己投以善意而溫柔眼光的人。并且無視于那些冷淡的眼光。此外，把自己的視線投向強烈“點頭”以示首肯的人，對鞏固信心來進行演說也具有效果。4.演講時的臉部表情

演講時的臉部表情無論好壞都會帶給聽眾極其深刻的印象。緊張、疲勞、喜悅、焦慮、等情緒無不清楚地表露在臉上，這是很難藉由本人的意志來加以控制的。演講的內容即使再精彩，如果表情總覺缺乏自信，老是畏畏縮縮，演講就很容易變得欠缺說服力。

控制臉部的方法，首先“不可垂頭”。人一旦“垂頭”就會予人“喪氣”之感，而且若視線不能與聽眾接觸，就難以吸引聽眾的注意。另一個方法是“緩慢說話”。說話速度一旦緩慢，情緒即可穩定，臉部表情也得以放松，再者，全身上下也能夠為之泰然自若起來。5.有關服飾和發型

服裝也會帶給觀眾各種印象。尤其是東方男性總是喜歡穿著灰色或者藍色系列的服裝，難免給人過于刻板無趣印象。輕松的場合不妨穿著稍微花俏一點的服裝來參加。不過如果是正式的場合，一般來說仍以深色西服、男士無尾晚宴服（tuxedo）、以及燕尾服為宜。其次，發型也可塑造出各種形象來。長發和光頭各自蘊含其強烈的形象，而鬢角的長短也被認為是個人喜好的表征。站出來演講之際，你的服裝、究竟帶給對方何種印象？希望各位好好地思量一番。

6.聲音和腔調

聲音和腔調乃是與生俱來的，不可能一朝一夕之間有所改善。不過音質與措詞對于整個演說影響頗巨，這倒是事實。根據某項研究報告指出聲音低沉的男性比聲音高亢的男性，其信賴度較高。因為聲音低沉會讓人有種威嚴沉著的感覺。盡管如此，各位還是不可能馬上就改變自己的聲音。總之，重要的是讓自己的聲音清楚地傳達給聽眾。即使是音質不好的人，如果能夠稟持自己的主張與信念的話，依舊可以吸引聽眾的熱切關注。

說話的速度也是演講的要素。為了營造沉著的氣氛，說話稍微慢點是很重要。標準大致為5分鐘三張左右的a4原稿，不過，此地要注意的是，倘若從頭至尾一直以相同的速度來進行，聽眾會睡覺的。

In September, 2008，the American subprime mortgage crisis which lasted more than one year gradually extended to the whole economy system to be an economy crisis all over the world.Its coming not only makes the Untied States face a series of economic problem，but also brings the economic market around the world a great shock: As a country，the Iceland has applied for the bankruptcy;Zimbabwe’s inflation has been out of control;Our neighbor，Korea，since its economic system gets closest to the United States，it suffers much more than other Asian countries in this economic storm.As for China, we are influenced a lot in this special year.A lot of factories in Guangdong and Fujian province suffered a lot: the difficulty in exporting, the workers were laid off，even made the factory break;A great number of students in universities also feel about the crisis, since it’s hard for them to find a job.However，as one of the newly developing countries in Asian countries，China has strict foreign exchange control and relatively independent financial system，which can help to reduce the influence that the crisis would bring.Although China is not an utopia in this storm，but we do worry less than the countries we referred to.Anyway，the new round of economic crisis has come.China，the powerful Titanic has to consider the crash the storm would bring.We should seize the opportunity and try our best to solve the problem.Only in this way can our journey to develop economy safe and harmonious.At last，I’d like to wish our country good luck.Let’s stand up from where we fall down

All the celebrations welcoming the new century were hold in the year 2000, because life without a greeting is like the sky without the sun.Greetings are very important for the whole world, in my opinion.But I don’t know whether greetings are enough for us.Especially when we meet with failures.I remember quite clearly that when I was a child, if I fall down and was on the brink of crying, my father always told me” Please stand up from where you fall down!”
