在這次商務(wù)溝通英語(yǔ)演講比賽當(dāng)中，我做為一名選手，感受頗深，這也是我第一次參加這樣展示自我的一次比賽，應(yīng)該對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)意義

非凡，學(xué)到了不少。收獲榮譽(yù)的同時(shí)，我的心靈受到了強(qiáng)烈的震撼和

洗禮，參加此次演講比賽是我人生中非常特別的一次體驗(yàn)，不僅僅是

比賽的環(huán)節(jié)和考驗(yàn)給我留下了深刻的印象，而且這一路走來(lái)的心理歷

練也讓我收獲頗多。

以前也參加過(guò)比賽，但是沒(méi)有這么大型，這是一場(chǎng)全國(guó)型的比賽，恰好是一次難得的機(jī)會(huì)，憑借這個(gè)舞臺(tái)可以綻放自己，畢竟做為一名 新手，我沒(méi)有足夠的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。而且我們講的都是英文的內(nèi)容，我們的主

題是極好的運(yùn)動(dòng)和鍛煉，內(nèi)容詳細(xì)并且豐富，ppt制作也是制作精

美，在比賽之前，我們做足了準(zhǔn)備，我們排練過(guò)，在老師的幫助下，我們一起表演，在學(xué)校的會(huì)議室里，當(dāng)時(shí)我并不緊張，因?yàn)樵趯W(xué)校我們本來(lái)我是做了充分的準(zhǔn)備的了，但是面對(duì)如此多的觀(guān)眾和評(píng)委，心

里難免有些緊張，自己的眼神不敢與他們進(jìn)行對(duì)接，無(wú)法很好地做到

與他們進(jìn)行心靈的交流。但從其他選手的身上我看到了他們?cè)诿鎸?duì)如

此多觀(guān)眾時(shí)的那種從容鎮(zhèn)定、臨危不亂。自己覺(jué)得我在這方面與他們

還有一定的距離，我應(yīng)該與他們多交流、學(xué)習(xí)，努力去克服這方面的不足。

通過(guò)這幾次的演講比賽下來(lái)，首先我最想表達(dá)的就是感謝。正是

因?yàn)槔蠋焸儗?duì)我的全力支持，才有了我今天出色的演講。在此，我要

感謝我的我的老師佘小潔給我的演講稿做的點(diǎn)睛式地鼓舞，我還要感

謝張教鳶，朱捷老師幫我們進(jìn)行排練付出的辛苦，正是因?yàn)橛羞@兩位

老師在演講技巧和稿件寫(xiě)作上給予了我很大幫助和啟發(fā)，才有我在演

講臺(tái)上的“淋漓表演”，使我信心越來(lái)越強(qiáng)。其次，具體到演講過(guò)程中，首先要有一個(gè)好的演講稿，演講稿的題材、角度一定要新穎，絕不重

復(fù)別人的故事，你想那么多的參賽選手，如果學(xué)習(xí)的榜樣總是那幾位

英雄，無(wú)論你多么慷慨激昂，評(píng)委們聽(tīng)得多了，便也不會(huì)覺(jué)得新穎了，因此你的演講稿就沒(méi)有什么亮點(diǎn)。一個(gè)演講要有亮點(diǎn)，什么是亮點(diǎn)？

與眾不同。很多參賽選手都有自己的故事，顧不上自己的身體，顧不

上自己的家庭，顧不上自己的孩子，全心撲在工作上，令人感動(dòng)，令

人欽佩，但這些故事聽(tīng)了讓人感到酸楚，難道這就是我們的生活？我想在做好本職工作的同時(shí)，也應(yīng)該照顧好家庭：我們熱愛(ài)自己的工作，也熱愛(ài)自己的家人；我們辛勤的付出，當(dāng)然也要享受付出后的收獲、喜悅、積極、陽(yáng)光、向上、幸福才是我們生活的主旋律。

另外還有六個(gè)方面的小技巧：

1、一見(jiàn)傾心：演講者著裝得體、精神振奮、姿態(tài)優(yōu)雅，會(huì)使聽(tīng)眾有個(gè)很好的第一印象。

2、一鳴驚人： 在演講開(kāi)場(chǎng)的三句話(huà)內(nèi)，要能在聲音、情感、語(yǔ)調(diào)上一炮打響，打動(dòng)

聽(tīng)眾，這樣演講就很容易成功。

3、一語(yǔ)中的：在演講中，演講者要

在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)候，一般在熱烈的當(dāng)口上，以簡(jiǎn)單明確的慨括性語(yǔ)言，說(shuō)

出你的主題觀(guān)點(diǎn)，最好能用上排比句式來(lái)表達(dá)，會(huì)給聽(tīng)眾留下深刻印

象。

4、情理交融：演講之所以要有演的成分，是因?yàn)橐润w現(xiàn)以情

說(shuō)理，再以理服人。所以在演講中，演講者要善于運(yùn)用動(dòng)人感人的事

例、體驗(yàn)典型人和物、調(diào)動(dòng)聽(tīng)眾的情感，在引起情感共鳴的基礎(chǔ)上，適時(shí)闡明道理和主題，常常會(huì)使你的演講效果倍增。

5、言行一致：

演講中與聽(tīng)眾的交流非常重要，演講是有對(duì)象性的。在演講中要注意

到臺(tái)下聽(tīng)眾的特點(diǎn)，并且有意的通過(guò)眼神表情與臺(tái)下交流。

6、首尾

相接：最簡(jiǎn)潔的突出主題的方法，把演講的開(kāi)頭和結(jié)尾聯(lián)系起來(lái)，甚

至是重復(fù)開(kāi)頭的演講題目，都不失為很好的方法，這樣會(huì)使聽(tīng)眾對(duì)主

題更清楚。

以上就是我參加演講比賽的一些體會(huì)。每一次比賽都是一次成長(zhǎng)，我會(huì)珍藏演講之旅帶給我的收獲，常思這些要感謝的人，不斷激

Ladies and Gentlemen , Good afternoon!I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech.today my topic is “youth”.I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it.First I want to ask you some questions:

1、Do you know what is youth?

Youth

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind;it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness;it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease.This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20.Nobody grows old merely by a number of years.We grow old by deserting our ideals.Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living.In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young.When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.Thank you!

青春

青春不是指歲月，而是指心態(tài)。粉嫩的臉，紅潤(rùn)的唇，矯健的膝并不是青春。青春表現(xiàn)在意志的堅(jiān)強(qiáng)與懦弱。想象的豐富與蒼白、情感的充沛與貧乏等方面。青春是生命深處清泉的噴涌。

青春是追求。只有當(dāng)勇氣蓋過(guò)怯弱、進(jìn)取壓倒茍安之時(shí)，青春才存在。果如此，則60見(jiàn)之長(zhǎng)者比20歲之少年更具青春活力。僅僅歲月的流逝并不能使他們衰老。而一旦拋棄理想和信念，則垂垂老也。

歲月只能使皮膚起皺。而一旦喪失生活的激情，則連靈魂枯老，使人生枯如死水，毫無(wú)活力。

60歲長(zhǎng)者也好，16歲少年也罷，每個(gè)人的內(nèi)心深處都渴望奇跡，都如孩子一般眨著期待的雙眼，期待著下一次，期待著生活的情趣，你我靈魂深處都有一座無(wú)線(xiàn)電中轉(zhuǎn)站------只有你我年輕，則總能聽(tīng)到希望的呼喚，總能發(fā)出喜悅的歡呼，總能傳達(dá)勇氣的訊號(hào)，總能表現(xiàn)出青春的活力………

一旦青春的天線(xiàn)倒下，你的靈魂即為玩世不恭之雪、悲觀(guān)厭世之冰覆蓋；即使你年方20.其實(shí)你已垂垂老也。而只要你青春的天線(xiàn)高高聳起，就可以隨時(shí)接收到樂(lè)觀(guān)的電波-----即使你年過(guò)八旬，行將就木，而你卻仍然擁有青春，你仍然年輕。
