1、英語演講活動策劃書
在21世紀的我們，學習英語已經是一門必修課了，如今為了加強學生的英語學習，英語氛圍，形成一種英語無處不在的學習環境，同時也為了提高我院以其各個英語愛好者的綜合能力，豐富學習課余文化活動，創建良好的校園文化氛圍，因此，我們英語1+1 決定開展英語角活動,邀請我校廣大英語愛好者一起學英語
二．活動目的：
〈1〉提高同學學習英語的積極性，特別是提高對英語口語訓練的積極性。
〈2〉豐富學生的課余生活。
〈3〉為學生提供一個學習和交流英語學習的平臺，共同進步。
〈4〉加深對英語口語的重要性的認識。
〈5〉通過舉辦活動，為廣大英語愛好者提供一個互相交流和學習的機會。
〈6〉讓大學生體會英語的魅力，敢于說英語，敢于秀自己。
三、活動對象：柳職院全體英語愛好者
四、活動時間：2012年10月11日。19：00——21:30.五、活動地點：舊階梯教室
六、主辦方：英語1+1俱樂部
七．活動前工作安排
1、宣傳部：負責制作海報、橫幅、寫廣播稿和新聞稿。
2、學習部：負責整個活動的攝影工作。
3、外事部：負責申請教室，租借相關設備。
4、秘書部：負責簽到工作，購買活動用品。
5、文-體部：負責布置會場活動，座位的安排。
6、策劃部：負責整個活動的策劃和總結
1、活動時間安排
1、報名時間：10月8日——10月10日
2、報名地點：報給各部門的負責人，然后把人數匯報給主席團統計人數。
3、主持人的選定：比賽選男女主持人各一名。
4、評委：七個理事及會長們
5、對參賽選手的要求 【1】選手題目與大學生活，學習話題有關。要求演講內容積極、健康、向上。【2】舉止大方，表現自然，與觀眾有目光交流。有適當的肢體語言，（有才藝展示）【3】如有背景音樂，則自帶。【4】自備服裝和道具（如有需要）。2．演講比賽
1、比賽規則
【1】比賽以公平公正為原則，以豐富和活躍校園生活、促進交流與溝通為宗旨，比賽一次性解決。
【2】大賽分為自我介紹，演講比賽，才藝展示三個環節。依據評委打分計算出成績，最后頒發一等獎、二等獎、三等獎和參與獎。
3、活動流程
一、活動步驟
【1】主持人開場白 【2】選手按照比賽具體步驟依次上臺演講和英語才藝展示。【3】評委點評，有七個理事和會長們點評 【4】主持人宣布比賽成績和名次 【5】頒獎由會長發獎 【6】活動參與者合影 【7】主持人宣布活動結束 【8】按照統一安排依次退場
二、比賽具體過程
第一個環節：選手簡要作自我介紹，大約每人1分鐘，由評委打分（20分）。第二個環節：演講總分50分。選手依次上臺演講，大約每人五分鐘。第三個環節：才藝展示總分30分。
第四個環節：演講結束后，由評委作總評。并依據比賽成績宣布各參賽選手成績。
三．具體評分細則 ：（滿分100分）
●儀表形象：（20分）1）著裝整齊，大方得體。（10分）2）姿態自然，動作適度。（10分）
●演講內容：（50分）3）主題鮮明，符合主題內容。（25分）4）內容充實，事例動人，貼近生活，富有鮮明的時代感。（15分）5）行文流暢，用詞精練，詳略得當。（10分）
●語言藝術：（30分）6）發音標準，流利。（10分）7）節奏處理得當，技巧運用自如。（10分）8）表現力、應變能力強，能活躍氣氛，引起高潮.(10分）
●評分規則：
評委明確給出每部分評分（評分為整數），由工作人員進行最后加總，去掉最高分與最低分，取平均分為選手比賽成績，按成績排名分別獲一、二、三等獎。四.獎項設立: 一等獎1名
二等獎2名
三等獎3名
優秀獎5名
八.頒獎：
比賽結束后，有會長團上臺按由低到高的順序頒發獲獎證書和獎品
九．注意事項
1、活動開始前各負責人做好簽到、接待工作，主持人提前做好準備。
2、觀眾到指定區域就坐，并注意現場紀律。活動過程中，要保持安靜，認真聽演講。
3、評分要嚴格按照評分標準進行
4、演講為脫稿演講。5,、活動過程中不可隨意走動

為進一步推動我院學生對英語學習的熱潮，提高同學們的英語口語表達和能力，豐富校園文化的第二課堂，為同學提供展示自我的舞臺，臨床學院學生會學習部11月3日舉辦海南醫學院“揚帆起航”英語演講大賽。具體事實方案如下：
一、活動目的：培養同學們的英語口語表達能力，提高學習英語的興趣，為我院學生提供展示自我的舞臺，進一步提高我院學生學習英語的積極性。
二、組織機構：臨床學院黨團委
三、主辦單位：臨床學院學生會
四、承辦單位：臨床學院學生會學習部
五、比賽時間：2013年11月3日8:30
六、比賽地點:多功能報告廳
七、參賽對象：臨床學院全體同學

第一環節：命題演講
各位選手以“ifiwereadoctor”為題，闡述自己的觀點，時間為3分鐘
第二環節：評委提問
評委會根據選手的演講內容提1-2個問題。選手進行相應的回答。
第三環節：互動環節
觀眾英語繞口令，小禮品贈送（3個觀眾）。第四環節：即興演講
選手按比賽名次現場選擇演講觀看的視頻（視頻為1-2分鐘），每位選手根據自己所選視頻進行陳述相關觀點、看法，時間為2分鐘。
第五環節：演唱英語歌曲。
第六環節：評委老師點評和總結。
