追述理想，展望未來 理想a dream 是人生的奮斗目標，是人們對未來的一種合理的想象。列夫、托爾斯泰說過：理想是指路的明燈。沒有理想，就沒有堅定的方向，沒有方向，就沒有生活。的確，理想是我們每個人心中的一盞明燈，它可以為我們指出前進的方向。如果沒有理想，就沒有動力。因此我們每個人都需要有自己的理想。下面來談談我的理想：

記得在小學的時候，作文里經常寫到我的理想是當一名老師。當時老師在我們心目中就像神仙一樣，高高在上，每天用粉筆在黑板上勾勒出不同的畫面，他們有我們學不完的本領，什么都難不倒他們。隨著年齡的增長和見識的增多，我開始明白教師是一種偉大而神圣的職業，是塑造人類靈魂的工程師。而且在我的生命中出現了另一個詞眼——特殊教育。它是一種對有特殊需要兒童的教育。這些兒童由于本身的特殊性，對社會的適應存在很多障礙，他們更需要得到教育，因此我更加確信我的理想是什么，而且責任重大！

當然有人會說，我現在從事的是幼教工作，可能與這個理想不符，其實不然，在現實中，人們一般認為的特殊兒童是指那些視力障礙，聽力障礙、智力障礙和肢體殘疾的兒童，但實際上，那些超常兒童、精神障礙兒童和學習障礙兒童也屬于特殊兒童，需要特殊的照顧。現在接觸最多的是單親家庭的孩子和學習障礙的孩子，他們在心理上或多或少會跟其他幼兒存在差距，這就需要我們老師給予特殊的關愛與教育。這對于我們每個普通教育老師也是一項責任。
