濰坊賽區參賽須知

一、大賽簡介

中央電視臺“希望之星”英語風采大賽是國家廣電總局正式批準的、中央電視臺社教節目中心主辦的面向全國的大型電視英語比賽。大賽分為幼兒組、小學低年級組、小學高年級組、初中組、高中組、成人（職業）組六個組別，是以廣大中小學生為主體的全國同類比賽中規模最大、影響人數最多的一項英語賽事，為各年齡段的英語愛好者提供了一個實現英語夢想、展示英語風采的舞臺。大賽自2000年起每年舉辦一屆，2009全國參賽選手達150萬，至今已成功舉辦十屆。按照中央電視臺的統一部署，2011大賽自即日起在全國開始啟動。

1.幼兒組暨英語寶寶秀，3—6歲學齡前兒童；

2.小低組（小學一至三年級）；

3.小高組（小學四至六年級）；

4.初中組；

5.高中組；

6.大學組；

7.職業組；

8.團體組：以學校為單位，分為幼兒、小學、初中、高中、大學組成3-5人的團體參加比賽。

六、比賽安排

大賽分為分賽區選拔賽、省賽區選拔賽、全國總決賽三個階段；濰坊賽區選拔賽分資格賽、初賽和復賽三個階段進行，資格賽由選手所在學校、單位統一組織，初賽、復賽由大賽組委會統一組織。

1.報名時間：即日起開始報名，截止至2011年1月10日

2.初賽時間：2011年1月下旬；

3.復賽時間：2011年3月下旬—5月上旬；

4.山東省總決賽：2011年6月；

5.全國總決賽：2011年7月。

七、比賽形式

小低組初賽

1.自我介紹+自選題英文朗誦 2分鐘

（自我介紹內容當中不能出現中文名字和學校名稱）

2.看圖說話 1分鐘

（學生現場抽取2幅圖片，選手需在1分鐘里圍繞這2幅圖片說句子，保證每幅圖片都涉及到，但句子之間可以沒有很強的邏輯性，準備時間為30秒。）

3.評委提問

小高組初賽

1.自我介紹+自選題英文朗誦 2分鐘

（自我介紹內容當中不能出現中文名字和學校名稱）

2.看圖編故事1分鐘

（選手現場抽圖，在規定的時間內用所給的圖片編故事，準備時間為30秒。）

3.評委提問

初中組、高中組、大學組初賽

1.綜合知識測試（筆試）20分鐘

2.選題朗誦2分鐘

（選手將隨機抽取字數約100-150字的短文進行朗誦，時間2分鐘，準備

時間30秒，主要考察英語語音語調、肢體語言和情感表達等方面）。

3.抽題演講1.5分鐘

（現場抽取圖片或關鍵詞,就此素材編一篇短文，準備時間為30秒。）

4.評委提問

團體賽：各組別團體賽人數限制在每組3-5人，比賽形式為英語短劇、歌舞劇、電影配音等與英文相關的集體演出，每組比賽時間不超過5分鐘。另外，對各參賽團體的道具要進行一定的限制。

各組別復賽形式待定

* 比賽內容參考范圍出自外語與教學研究出版社的《希望之星英語風采大賽培訓教程》。

八、比賽要求

1.小學組自選題英語朗誦環節選擇必須是不少于100字的英語故事或小短文，并且能在規定時間內完成，要求帶入賽場的英語稿統一打印在A4紙上（文稿內容不得出現自我介紹等相關內容），稿子上不允許有任何標記，如注音，中文翻譯等，一式兩份，一份現場交給評委。此環節主要考察選手的英語語音語調和情感表達等方面。

2.比賽中，選手的英語綜合能力、表現力、才藝、團隊協作能力等都將作為非常重要的考核標準，與此同時，選手的反應速度、創意、英語知識面等英語綜合能力也將作為考核內容。

3.選手的英語基礎以及能力將作為選拔的重要標準。為了能選拔出綜合能力強的選手，選手臨場的應變能力、表現力、配合協作的能力也將作為被考核的內容。

九、賽前培訓

2011賽季全國組委會對賽前培訓實行統一管理。經中央電視臺考評授權，濰坊賽區大賽唯一指定培訓機構為“濰坊哈佛外語培訓學校”，為確保濰坊賽區選手能更好地把握參賽要求，掌握參賽技巧，全面了解參賽的相關事項，力爭在比賽中取得更好的成績，濰坊賽區組委會將在初賽和復賽前組織完整系統的賽前培訓，培訓教材為全國組委會與外語教學與研究出版社共同編寫的《中央電視臺希望之星英語風采大賽培訓教程》，選手可自愿報名參加。

十、活動安排

1.報名形式：以學校為單位集中報名.2.報名地點：

3.比賽費用（全國統一標準）：

（1）大賽資格賽免收報名費。

（2）進入初賽環節的選手每人需交納 50元的初賽費。進入復賽環節的選手每人需交納 60元的復賽費，同時獲得由賽區組委會向選手贈送的大賽指定參考資料一套和參賽注冊卡一張。

（3）進入省賽以后環節的選手，不再交納參賽費，可能產生的交通或食宿費用自理。

4.參賽選手需交納近期免冠1寸照片2張。

5.為了規范比賽，中央電視臺對2011賽季規定了網上注冊環節，凡進入到復賽環節的選手，必須持注冊卡在規定時間內，登錄央視國際網絡（）注冊個人信息，獲得確認后方可參加后續比賽，未及時按要求注冊的選手，后續參賽資格和比賽成績無效。

6.節目播出及推廣階段：2011年7月至8月，播出全國決賽實況錄像。

十一、賽事后續活動

1.2011“希望之星”北京夏令營

（1）為了滿足廣大參賽選手的要求，全國組委會研究決定，2011全國總決賽期間，將舉辦“‘希望之星’北京萬人夏令營活動”，屆時報名選手將有幸作為嘉賓進入中央電視臺10號演播大廳，直接參與全國總決賽的賽事，親眼目睹全國優秀選手的風采展示，還將參加全國組委會統一安排的多位 “央視著名主持人與大賽選手見面會”，實現與央視名嘴零距離接觸。

（2）海外夏令營

具體方案將在濰坊賽區組委會網站發布：.2、“希望英語走進校園伴我成長”活動（由承辦學校提出申請，濰坊賽區組委會負責協調全國組委會統一安排）。

十二、獎項設置

1、濰坊賽區各組分別設置特等獎、一等獎、二等獎、三等獎、優勝獎、希望獎。

2、優秀輔導教師將獲得大賽組委會頒發的“優秀指導教師”證書。

3、優秀參賽單位將獲得大賽組委會頒發的“優秀組織單位”證書。

Well, actually that’s the image you see if a person has no faith.Faith helps to guide us in our lives, encourage us to persist, and give directions when we are lost.In this peaceful era, our life paths seem to be already well-planned and determined.What we have to do is to follow.Yes, we may face different sorts of challenges, but at least they are less harsh when compared to those in the past.We do not need to worry about starving to death, or how to earn enough money to buy food for our siblings and sustain our lives.It is like driving from a muddy road into a highway.In the muddy road, path, you would say, as it is formed only by crossing on it many times, flattening the ground to form a smoother area so we can pass.The road is so bumpy and rough, with holes here and there and rocks lying all over.When we drive along this road, we have to be very careful, having a firm grip on the steering wheel, ready for a sudden turn or a large boulder that may appear any second.However, when we drive on a highway, everything becomes different.The road is smooth, straight, and visible.Since there is no unseen obstacle, we may lower our guard, relax a bit, and loosen our grip on the steering wheel.One may even think, if we only have to drive on a smooth straight road like this highway, why would we need a steering wheel? Nevertheless, one cannot foresee the future.Accidents do happen.For example, a car may suddenly appear in front of you.At such times, if you did not have the steering wheel, how could you make a sudden turn? Just as no one could foresee the Sichuan Earthquake nor the Japan Tsunami.If the one being trapped under the debris did not have faith, he/she would not have survived until being rescued.If we did not have faith, we could not recover from our sadness and rebuild our home.Faith is unique, just as happiness is.We feel happy for different reasons, we believe for different things.How can we know what we believe in? Recall the last time you are discouraged, and you felt you had lost all hopes in your life.What pulled you back into the world? What pushed you to stand up and continue to strive again?
