其次，要有耐心。既然用戶咨詢問題，就是對我們的信任。也許，我們的工作太細微，遇到的問題不一定每一個都很重要，但我們決不能輕視這些小問題，事無巨細，我們都應該耐心的給予解答和解決。

還有一點那就是細心。整天與電話號碼、話費以及能精確到幾分幾秒的通話菜單打交道，如果不能做到心細如絲，那就可能“失之毫厘，謬以千里”。任何一個錯誤，都會給用戶和各個環節的工作帶來不必要的麻煩。只有捧出一棵真心，用戶才會信任你。在“用心服務”的同時，帶上我們真誠的微笑，給用戶留下溫馨美好的印象。版權所有

商業客戶部的共產黨員＊＊＊同志正是這樣一個典型。他不顧基礎差、年齡偏大等不利條件，帶頭積極自學，經常不恥下問，還率先在家中自費購置電腦上網，下班后就投入到學習中，現在他已成為我們定遠電信的寬帶服務專家。為用戶服務，他有這樣的感觸，“每次當用戶深夜找到我們的時候，我們理解用戶不能上網時是多么的著急，我們沒有推脫，而是義無返顧地為用戶解決。因為我們時刻銘記著‘用戶至上、用心服務’的含義！當用戶快樂的使用著中國電信的寬帶網時，我們心里比蜜還要甜”。

我們常說，用戶就是上帝。也許，大家會覺得上帝虛幻了一些，其實，用戶就是實實在在的人群，需要的是實實在在的感覺，而這感覺就是來自我們所提供的實實在在的服務。為他們服務是光榮的，光榮的根源在于我們以用戶的要求為我們的追求，時刻把“用心服務”作為工作的準則。我們做每一件事情，都直接或間接地在為用戶服務，我們為此而感到無限的光榮。寄于這種光榮，我們百倍地努力，忘我地工作，每天24小時保障用戶的通信暢通。不僅白天緊張地忙碌，下班后也要為他們服務，每逢重大節假日期間，別人已經休息了，我

各位參賽選手請注意，第六屆北京市大學生英語演講比賽將于11月16日（周日）在對外經濟貿易大學舉行（地址：北京市朝陽區惠新東街10號）。請各位參賽同學在比賽當天7：30到達指定選手休息室（賽場安排見下表）。

復 賽 選 手 注意 事 項

一、選手比賽方式

★復賽

正式比賽時間8：30分，選手按已經抽簽的組和順序在休息室等待。

第一名選手在7：55分進入備賽室，抽取即興演講題目，準備定題演講題目和即興演講題目，準備時間30分鐘，8：25分在比賽場外等候比賽，每位選手的比賽時間約15分鐘，以此類推。

選手進行5分鐘定題演講，回答提問（1.5分鐘，不含提問時間），然后進行即興演講（3分鐘），回答提問（1.5分鐘，不含提問時間）。

復賽每組前兩名進入決賽，在11月16日中午復賽結束后立刻到對外經濟貿易大學誠信樓313教室抽簽確定順序，選手按已經抽簽的順序午飯后到圖書館報告廳休息室（化妝室）等候備賽，未進入決賽選手午飯后到圖書館報告廳二層領取參賽紀念品，并到決賽賽場觀摩學習決賽演講。

★賽場要求

定題演講和即興演講內容不能透露個人和學校信息，否則取消比賽資格。

定題演講和即興演講結束前30秒有提示，不允許超時。

定題演講少于規定時間30秒扣分。

二、注意事項

1.著裝整潔，大方得體；

2.所有參賽選手須攜帶學生證和身份證，在11月16日上午7：30分之前到達各組指定休息室。

3.手機等通訊設備不得帶入備賽室，如帶入備賽室，應立即交給備賽室負責人老師代為保管，或關機放在書包中，自行保管，否則開機按照作弊論處。指導老師不能進入備賽室。

4.上場選手提前30分鐘到備賽室，進入備賽室的選手不得離開備賽室，否則取消比賽資格。

5.進入備賽室25分鐘后，經工作人員提醒，準備進入比賽現場。6.每組第六名選手結束后，賽場休息10分鐘。
