商業客戶部的共產黨員＊＊＊同志正是這樣一個典型。他不顧基礎差、年齡偏大等不利條件，帶頭積極自學，經常不恥下問，還率先在家中自費購置電腦上網，下班后就投入到學習中，現在他已成為我們定遠電信的寬帶服務專家。為用戶服務，他有這樣的感觸，“每次當用戶深夜找到我們的時候，我們理解用戶不能上網時是多么的著急，我們沒有推脫，而是義無返顧地為用戶解決。因為我們時刻銘記著‘用戶至上、用心服務’的含義！當用戶快樂的使用著中國電信的寬帶網時，我們心里比蜜還要甜”。

我們常說，用戶就是上帝。也許，大家會覺得上帝虛幻了一些，其實，用戶就是實實在在的人群，需要的是實實在在的感覺，而這感覺就是來自我們所提供的實實在在的服務。為他們服務是光榮的，光榮的根源在于我們以用戶的要求為我們的追求，時刻把“用心服務”作為工作的準則。我們做每一件事情，都直接或間接地在為用戶服務，我們為此而感到無限的光榮。寄于這種光榮，我們百倍地努力，忘我地工作，每天24小時保障用戶的通信暢通。不僅白天緊張地忙碌，下班后也要為他們服務，每逢重大節假日期間，別人已經休息了，我

一、參賽對象

英語專業組： 2015、2016級英語專業學生 非英語專業組：2015、2016級非英語專業學生

二、參賽方式

手機下載、安裝app“藍墨云班課”并注冊;運用課程邀請碼加入“寧波大紅鷹學院2017英語演講比賽”（課程邀請碼為：950662）

三、賽程安排

初賽：根據“藍墨云班”課作業上傳提示，上傳自己錄制演講小視頻；視頻時長1分鐘左右，需用英語作簡短自我介紹和主題為“my dream”的英文小演講。要求：發音、畫面清晰，內容有條理，能體現個人風采和精神面貌。

視頻上傳截止時間：5月12日

復賽：上傳演講稿，（只需稿件，不需要視頻）主題：The most important quality in a university student.要求：觀點明確，論據充實，論證有條理。

演講稿上傳截止時間：5月26日

決賽：3分鐘準備性演講（主題：The most important quality in a university student）+即興演講+評委提問+綜合知識速答 決賽時間：六月初（具體時間和地點另行通知）
