(一)崗位責任制 Station-responsibility 1. 負責向平臺干部,職工貫徹工程設計,制訂與落實各階段的鉆井施工措施和參數,向鉆井領班下達每次作業技術指令。

(三)檢查項點 Check points 值班房:工程班報表填寫工整,齊全;泥漿班報表填寫工整,及時。
Dog house: check the drilling and mud records filled correctly and promptly.綜合錄井房:地質巖性變化情況,鉆時快慢情況;錄井中油氣顯示井段及級別;鉆進中有無異常提示。Log house: observe the change of the character, the display of the oil and gas.鉆臺下:封井器固定牢靠,合乎標準要求;封井器及管線衛生良好,不漏油、漏泥漿。
Bottom of the drilling floor: check the BOP stack fixed firm or not, BOP and the control pipes is clean or not, and don’t leak the oil and mud.鉆臺上:
1、檢查鉆臺鉆桿立柱編號與錄井下井編號是否一致,對應井深與計算數據是否一致;
2、死繩固定牢靠,螺絲背帽齊全緊固,防跳螺絲齊全;
3、傳壓器固定良好,靈敏,管線不漏油,冬季用防凍液;
4、指重表、泵壓表、扭距表等司鉆操作臺儀表讀數準確;
5、了解井下情況,作業指令與鉆井參數是否匹配合理;
6、封井器司控臺儀表顯示正常,隨時可用;
7、節流、壓井控制臺儀表顯示正常,隨時可用。
8、檢查節流壓井管匯閘門開關位置是否正確,各閘門開關是否靈活。

2、液壓管線接頭緊固,不刺、不漏、試壓可靠;
3、電泵、氣泵工作正常;
4、控制臺、儀表齊全、充壓手柄完好,位置正確,各儀表壓力在要求范圍之內。

5、不使用的鉆具分類打捆,以免誤下井。

1、對井下情況調查不清,施工技術措施制定不當,影響施工質量,引發復雜情況和事故;
2、施工技術措施和工藝紀律執行不嚴,造成質量事故和工程事故;
3、進入油氣層、鉆遇復雜或高壓地層處置不及時或不當,可能發生井噴、井漏、卡鉆等工程事故和其他復雜情況;

2、審查《鉆井施工設計》中預防井噴、預防H2S氣體的措施是否得當;
3、管理井控臺賬,保證井控設備完好,井控物資儲備充足;
4、掌握鉆具和井下情況,預防井噴和井下事故;
5、按照《HSE現場檢查表》規定,定期進行檢查;
6、嚴格執行鉆具管理制度,負責各種井下工具、鉆井工具、套管工具、打撈工具和接頭的檢查管理和丈量工作;
7、關鍵作業和復雜作業時必須到現場指揮,做到“五到鉆臺三值班”,即打隔水導管、下套管固井、裝井口、起下鉆“兩頭”、測斜、處理井下復雜情況必須到鉆臺,油層井段鉆進、試油射孔、求產放噴需堅持值班。

3、井噴失控,立即向應急集合點集合,等候下步措施;
