7、掌握鉆井動態，負責每日向上級生產部門匯報當日生產技術工作情況。

3、鉆井工程師崗位職責

1、負責鉆井隊技術、工程資料、新技術及新工藝的推廣與應用、技術培訓、鉆井工程質量工作。

2、負責鉆井隊技術管理，保證甲方和工程技術部門各項技術指令和安全技術措施的貫徹落實，并負責鉆井技術交底工作。

3、根據甲方下達的地質、工程設計書，負責制定施工計劃和技術措施。

4、負責鉆具、鉆頭的管理，鉆井參數儀、自動記錄儀、測斜儀的使用、檢查及維護，參與設備安裝質量的檢查、校正和驗收工作。

5、負責組織各項重大工程和特殊作業的施工、準備與檢查，處理井下復雜情況和井下事故，制定技術措施和要求，并負責各種特殊工具的草圖繪制和相關技術標準的實施。

6、負責鉆井隊技術培訓，組織和實施鉆井新技術、新工藝的推廣與應用；負責計算機管理。

7、負責鉆井施工質量控制，執行相關QHSE體系標準。

8、嚴格執行井控管理制度，負責組織現場井控設備的安裝、試壓、維護工作，負責現場防噴演習的組織和講評工作。

鉆井工程師崗位責任制 Drilling engineer’s station-responsibility

（一）崗位責任制 Station-responsibility 1． 負責向平臺干部，職工貫徹工程設計，制訂與落實各階段的鉆井施工措施和參數，向鉆井領班下達每次作業技術指令。

3.Drilling engineer is responsible to administrate and make use of drilling engineering instruments.4． 負責井控設備的定期檢查與試壓，監督落實井控措施的執行情況，定期組織井控演習。

（三）檢查項點 Check points 值班房：工程班報表填寫工整，齊全；泥漿班報表填寫工整，及時。

Dog house: check the drilling and mud records filled correctly and promptly.綜合錄井房:地質巖性變化情況,鉆時快慢情況；錄井中油氣顯示井段及級別；鉆進中有無異常提示。Log house: observe the change of the character, the display of the oil and gas.鉆臺下：封井器固定牢靠，合乎標準要求；封井器及管線衛生良好，不漏油、漏泥漿。

Bottom of the drilling floor: check the BOP stack fixed firm or not, BOP and the control pipes is clean or not, and don’t leak the oil and mud.鉆臺上：

1、檢查鉆臺鉆桿立柱編號與錄井下井編號是否一致，對應井深與計算數據是否一致；

2、死繩固定牢靠，螺絲背帽齊全緊固，防跳螺絲齊全；

3、傳壓器固定良好，靈敏，管線不漏油，冬季用防凍液；

4、指重表、泵壓表、扭距表等司鉆操作臺儀表讀數準確；

5、了解井下情況，作業指令與鉆井參數是否匹配合理；

6、封井器司控臺儀表顯示正常，隨時可用；

7、節流、壓井控制臺儀表顯示正常，隨時可用。

8、檢查節流壓井管匯閘門開關位置是否正確，各閘門開關是否靈活。

2、液壓管線接頭緊固，不刺、不漏、試壓可靠；

3、電泵、氣泵工作正常；

4、控制臺、儀表齊全、充壓手柄完好，位置正確，各儀表壓力在要求范圍之內。

2、鉆具擺放排列整齊；

3、檢查鉆具絲扣清潔，水眼內無雜物；

4、備用、上下鉆臺鉆具絲扣戴好護絲；

5、不使用的鉆具分類打捆，以免誤下井。

1、對井下情況調查不清，施工技術措施制定不當，影響施工質量，引發復雜情況和事故；

2、施工技術措施和工藝紀律執行不嚴，造成質量事故和工程事故；

3、進入油氣層、鉆遇復雜或高壓地層處置不及時或不當，可能發生井噴、井漏、卡鉆等工程事故和其他復雜情況；

2、審查《鉆井施工設計》中預防井噴、預防H2S氣體的措施是否得當；

3、管理井控臺賬，保證井控設備完好，井控物資儲備充足；

4、掌握鉆具和井下情況，預防井噴和井下事故；

5、按照《HSE現場檢查表》規定，定期進行檢查；

6、嚴格執行鉆具管理制度，負責各種井下工具、鉆井工具、套管工具、打撈工具和接頭的檢查管理和丈量工作；

7、關鍵作業和復雜作業時必須到現場指揮，做到“五到鉆臺三值班”，即打隔水導管、下套管固井、裝井口、起下鉆“兩頭”、測斜、處理井下復雜情況必須到鉆臺，油層井段鉆進、試油射孔、求產放噴需堅持值班。

3、井噴失控，立即向應急集合點集合，等候下步措施；
