DS-2019表要求的資料包括：

(1)DS2019表的申請(qǐng)書(shū)。

(3)交SEVIS費(fèi)用。這是美國(guó)針對(duì)入境的非移民人員要求提交的。現(xiàn)在是180美元。網(wǎng)上交費(fèi)后可以在線打印收據(jù)，簽證時(shí)要交給他們。

(4)準(zhǔn)備簽證材料。到美國(guó)大使館網(wǎng)站下載表格，填寫(xiě)156、157、158表格。156表格需要填好后馬上在線打印。
