項目的請示
發展改革委員會: 我單位申請的年產200萬立方米預應力混凝土空心板項目，于2011年7月開始施工，計劃竣工時間為2013年5月?，F已完成總建筑面積58180平方米,新建生產車間和庫房52820平方米,辦公樓和宿舍樓4160平方米,其他附屬設施1200平方米。以下原因導致項目無法按計劃實施：
（1）項目預算和實際投入較大。項目投資預算是***********萬元，而實際已投入金額已超過******萬元，預算的差距致使公司在資金籌集上無法按計劃完成；
（2）人員原因。項目研發因為經濟危機的影響，導致了部分研發人員的流失；
