在課前，我布置了兩個任務(wù)：

1、每組帶一兩種水果到課堂來，課中制作一個水果沙拉。

2、回家向父母了解一日三餐的營養(yǎng)搭配，并能自己設(shè)計出一份合理的菜譜。這兩項任務(wù)所要求的語言知識，在前面兩課中已經(jīng)有所介紹、學(xué)習(xí)，所以難度不會很大。自己動手做調(diào)查、做實驗，培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的動手能力、思考能力，擴大了學(xué)生的知識面；同時學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)的語言知識，充分利用了課余時間，也提高了課堂效率，提高了學(xué)生在實踐中運用語言的能力。

培養(yǎng)學(xué)生濃厚的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)自信心，使其具有成功的體驗。
