本學(xué)期,我擔(dān)任七年級(jí)的英語教學(xué)工作,由于教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)尚淺,因此,我對(duì)教學(xué)工作不敢怠慢,認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí),深入研究教法,虛心向同事學(xué)習(xí),經(jīng)過又一個(gè)學(xué)期的努力,學(xué)到了很多寶貴的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),以下是我在本學(xué)期的教學(xué)情況總結(jié):
一、教學(xué)方面:
1、備課:課前認(rèn)真地備好每一節(jié)課,寫好教案。既備教材,又備學(xué)生,針對(duì)學(xué)生分析、概括、表達(dá)能力差的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)好教學(xué)方法。
2、上課:課堂上盡可能調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性,讓學(xué)生多動(dòng)手、多動(dòng)口、,多動(dòng)腦,讓課堂氣氛活躍起來,充分調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性,力圖讓學(xué)生學(xué)有所得。
3、作業(yè)和輔導(dǎo):作業(yè)的布置適量,有針對(duì)性,重點(diǎn)放在句形轉(zhuǎn)換、完成句子,作業(yè)都能做到全批全改,并做好評(píng)講工作,對(duì)學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo)方面,做到有耐心,有方法,因材施教,平時(shí)一些無心向?qū)W的學(xué)生,經(jīng)過一個(gè)學(xué)期的耐心教育,學(xué)習(xí)興趣明顯提高,成績(jī)也有較大的進(jìn)步。
4、考試:本學(xué)期根據(jù)學(xué)校的要求進(jìn)行了四次考試,每次的考試,都能做到查漏補(bǔ)缺,從中改正教學(xué)方法,也讓學(xué)生調(diào)整學(xué)習(xí)方法,爭(zhēng)取更大的進(jìn)步。激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的積極性,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣
好的開端是成功的一半,巧妙入門階段的課堂教學(xué)顯得尤為重要,老師應(yīng)使用直觀、形象的教學(xué)方法并結(jié)合簡(jiǎn)筆畫、掛圖、表演等進(jìn)行教學(xué),使學(xué)生感到新穎,有趣味,調(diào)節(jié)課堂氣氛,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體作用。鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生大膽地說英語。
二、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。
1、首先要樹立起學(xué)生的自信心。初學(xué)英語時(shí),要有一個(gè)切合自己實(shí)際的目標(biāo),通過循序漸進(jìn)的學(xué)習(xí),在心中建立成就感。
2、正確拼讀單詞。目的就是要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生從單詞的拼法判斷其讀音,從單詞的讀音雇其拼法的能力,做到“見形知其音,見音知其形”。
3、大聲朗讀語句和課文。在入門階段要求學(xué)生能基本正確地運(yùn)用語調(diào)、單詞重音朗讀句子,運(yùn)用正確的語音、語調(diào)、停頓、句子重音朗讀短文。這就要求學(xué)生大膽地說,大膽地讀,注意克服畏難、害羞、不敢開口的心理。
4、課堂內(nèi)外多聽多說英語。老師要盡量用英語講課,這樣能使學(xué)生更多地接觸英語。每堂課要用一定的時(shí)間讓學(xué)生用所學(xué)過的日常用語和課堂用語進(jìn)行不同的形式進(jìn)行對(duì)話。也可以結(jié)合實(shí)物、圖片等用英語進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的描術(shù)。多聽錄音磁帶,要使聽和說有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生聽的意識(shí)和說的能力。
三、增強(qiáng)教學(xué)技能,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
在教學(xué)實(shí)施過程中,我設(shè)計(jì)一些富有挑戰(zhàn)性的內(nèi)容講解法,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,使講解清晰化,條理化,準(zhǔn)確化,情感化,生動(dòng)化,做到線索清晰,層次分明,言簡(jiǎn)意賅,深入淺出。在課堂上特別注意調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,加強(qiáng)師生交流,充分體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的主體作用,基本做到了讓學(xué)生學(xué)得容易,學(xué)得輕松,學(xué)得愉快;注意精講精練,在課堂上我講得盡量少,讓學(xué)生有更多動(dòng)口動(dòng)手動(dòng)腦的機(jī)會(huì);同時(shí)在每一堂課上都充分考慮每一個(gè)層次的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)需求和學(xué)習(xí)能力,讓各個(gè)層次的學(xué)生都得到提高。
四、虛心請(qǐng)教老教師。
作為年青教師,我深知自己在教學(xué)上要有疑必問。因此,我積極向各位老師請(qǐng)教。老教師在教學(xué)方面也給了我很大的幫助。我決定在以后的教學(xué)過程中,我要多聽其他老師的課,做到邊聽邊講,學(xué)習(xí)別人的優(yōu)點(diǎn),克服自己的不足,爭(zhēng)取每天更上一層樓,早日成為一名成熟的教師。
五、做好培優(yōu)補(bǔ)差工作
因?yàn)橛⒄Z的特殊情況,學(xué)生在不斷的學(xué)習(xí)過程中,會(huì)出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象,差生面擴(kuò)大,會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響班內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)風(fēng)氣。因此,絕對(duì)不能忽視。為此,我制定了具體的計(jì)劃和目標(biāo)。對(duì)這部分同學(xué)進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃的輔導(dǎo)。一部分是有能力提高,但平時(shí)懶動(dòng)腦筋不學(xué)的同學(xué),對(duì)這些同學(xué),我采取集體輔導(dǎo),給他們分配固定任務(wù),不讓他們有偷懶的機(jī)會(huì),讓他們發(fā)揮應(yīng)有水平; 另一部分是肯學(xué),但能力不強(qiáng)的同學(xué)。對(duì)這部分同學(xué)要適當(dāng)引導(dǎo),耐心教導(dǎo),慢慢提高他們的成績(jī),不能操之過急,且要多鼓勵(lì)。只要他們肯努力,成績(jī)有望提高;還有一部分是紀(jì)律松散,學(xué)習(xí)不認(rèn)真,基礎(chǔ)又不好的同學(xué)。對(duì)這部分人要進(jìn)行課余時(shí)間個(gè)別輔導(dǎo)。因?yàn)檫@部分同學(xué)需要一個(gè)安靜而又不受干擾的環(huán)境,才會(huì)靜下心來學(xué)習(xí)。只要堅(jiān)持輔導(dǎo),這些同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)重新建立起來,以后授課的效果才會(huì)更好。
由于本人在英語教學(xué)方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,自己的知識(shí)又有限,在教學(xué)的同時(shí),時(shí)時(shí)虛心向資歷深的教師請(qǐng)教,和我們英語組的同事一起學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)英語方面的教學(xué)教法,加強(qiáng)自身的業(yè)務(wù)學(xué)習(xí)、擴(kuò)大視野;不斷總結(jié)和反思自己的教學(xué)實(shí)例,不斷領(lǐng)悟新課標(biāo)精神的實(shí)質(zhì),力爭(zhēng)在今后的英語教學(xué)工作中取得更大的進(jìn)步。

本學(xué)期我擔(dān)任七年級(jí)級(jí)(1)、(2)班的英語教學(xué)。由于教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)頗淺。因此,我對(duì)教學(xué)工作不敢怠慢,認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí),深入研究教法,虛心向老教師學(xué)習(xí),積極參加學(xué)校組織的各種教學(xué)活動(dòng),嚴(yán)格要求自己,結(jié)合學(xué)校的實(shí)際條件和學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n、聽課,虛心請(qǐng)教,及時(shí)反思教學(xué),使教學(xué)有計(jì)劃、有組織、有步驟地開展。我已完成本學(xué)期的教學(xué)工作,現(xiàn)對(duì)本學(xué)期以來的教育教學(xué)工作做以下總結(jié),一、努力提高自身素質(zhì),嚴(yán)格遵守工作紀(jì)律。
在工作中,本人能夠嚴(yán)格要求自己,做到不遲到、不早退。認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)教師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范,不斷提高自己的道德修養(yǎng)和政治理論水平,認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)新課改理論,努力提高業(yè)務(wù)能力,通過學(xué)習(xí),使我對(duì)新課改理念有了更全面的、深入的理解,為本人改進(jìn)教學(xué)方法打好了基礎(chǔ)。
二、認(rèn)真制定教學(xué)計(jì)劃,使教學(xué)有序地進(jìn)行。在參加學(xué)校組織的課改和教學(xué)理念的培訓(xùn)之后,依照學(xué)校工作計(jì)劃、課標(biāo)、教材、學(xué)生實(shí)際和教育教學(xué)規(guī)律,制定了學(xué)期教學(xué)計(jì)劃,規(guī)劃好階段計(jì)劃,課時(shí)計(jì)劃。在此基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)好每一堂課
三、認(rèn)真?zhèn)湔n。作為一名教師,我的體會(huì)是,上好一堂課很難,但備好一堂課更難。在備課之前,必須對(duì)所有內(nèi)容進(jìn)行熟悉,參考多方面的資料,認(rèn)真深入鉆研教材,確定重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn),同時(shí),備課不僅要備教材,而且要備教法,備教學(xué)方法,因此,本人在自身努力鉆研教材和教法的基礎(chǔ)上,積極配合搞好小組集體備課。
四、認(rèn)真組織課堂教學(xué)。一堂課的四十分鐘,就是一個(gè)教師表演技能的階段。上課時(shí),本著“傳道、授業(yè)、解惑”的原則,努力提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量,使講解有條理、清晰、準(zhǔn)確、生動(dòng)。使每堂課學(xué)生有所獲,努力使學(xué)生打好基礎(chǔ),培養(yǎng)能力,發(fā)展智慧,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的正確思維方式,養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。堅(jiān)持做到以學(xué)生為主體,教師為主導(dǎo),訓(xùn)練為主線。在課堂上,特別注意調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性,加強(qiáng)師生交流,充分體現(xiàn)學(xué)生的主體作用,讓學(xué)生學(xué)得容易,學(xué)得輕松。在課堂上,根據(jù)不同學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì)不同層次的問題,樹立學(xué)生的自信心,讓各層次的學(xué)生都得到提高。
五、認(rèn)真批改作業(yè)。堅(jiān)持布置適量的作業(yè),使學(xué)生所學(xué)知識(shí)得到鞏固和提高。布置作業(yè)時(shí),堅(jiān)持做到有針對(duì)性,有層次性,形式多樣化。認(rèn)真及時(shí)地批改作業(yè)和聽寫。并針對(duì)學(xué)生的作業(yè)情況,認(rèn)真透徹地進(jìn)行講評(píng),根據(jù)其情況不斷改進(jìn)教法。
六、認(rèn)真反思教學(xué)。教學(xué)這一活動(dòng),沒有反思的伴隨就不會(huì)有進(jìn)步。堅(jiān)持授課后,認(rèn)真回想,進(jìn)行反思。記錄其教法、做法及操作不大理想的地方,及時(shí)做改進(jìn)。并根據(jù)班級(jí)情況,使學(xué)生在組中相互幫助,相互學(xué)習(xí),培養(yǎng)團(tuán)結(jié)互助的學(xué)習(xí)精神。
七、存在問題?!?金無足赤,人無完人 ”,在教學(xué)工作中難免有缺陷,例如,課堂語言平緩。雖然自己在英語教學(xué)上下了不少功夫,但是仍然避免不了的兩極分化的嚴(yán)重性,尤其是后進(jìn)生工作,由于客觀原因,做得不夠,因此在今后的教學(xué)工作中,我會(huì)努力填補(bǔ)自己在教學(xué)工作中不足,不斷的學(xué)習(xí),以豐富自己的自身的水平,爭(zhēng)取邁上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。

新的學(xué)年,新的一屆,從初一開始。每一次帶完初三,教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)好像又豐富了許多。三年的教學(xué)經(jīng)歷就像是一次診斷教學(xué),到初三的復(fù)習(xí)中,看到的是這三年教學(xué)的得與失,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的難與易。常有老師在教完一屆時(shí)都會(huì)感嘆說:下一屆,我一定要把……做起來。所以初一是三年英語教學(xué)的根基。英語的書寫,背誦,作文,語法……包括英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣大部分在初一定型,就如造房子,打地基似的。沒有根基,就會(huì)在初
二、初三的英語學(xué)習(xí)上出現(xiàn)障礙或者難以提升。
帶著快樂扎實(shí)地初一英語學(xué)習(xí)的想法,在開學(xué)初的第一節(jié)課,就進(jìn)行英語開學(xué)第一課的教學(xué)。讓學(xué)生自己談?wù)動(dòng)⒄Z學(xué)習(xí)的必要性,困難性和趣味性,再推薦學(xué)生閱讀一些學(xué)好英語的書籍,最后通過歌曲讓學(xué)生在英語學(xué)習(xí)上充滿自信。第一節(jié)課還有時(shí)間就讓學(xué)生挑選好英文名字和自我介紹。
開學(xué)第一課的英語學(xué)習(xí)鋪墊之后的第一個(gè)月英語學(xué)習(xí)尤為重要。一是學(xué)生要適應(yīng)初中的英語課程設(shè)置,早讀的背誦、默寫,駐班課的練習(xí)分析等。英語學(xué)習(xí)的地位從小學(xué)的次要上升到重要位置的適應(yīng)影響學(xué)生能否做好中小學(xué)英語銜接的重要一步。二是第一個(gè)月是英語26個(gè)字母的應(yīng)用和音標(biāo)的學(xué)習(xí),是否熟練對(duì)第一學(xué)期之后的學(xué)習(xí)有一定的影響。在第一個(gè)月教學(xué)中,首先重點(diǎn)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生初中英語學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,如上課的聽課效率,聽課的筆記和每天按時(shí)完成背誦、書寫內(nèi)容。小學(xué)的英語學(xué)習(xí)重在讀背,初中一開始就要從書寫抓起,26個(gè)字母的筆劃,格式都不能疏忽。一遍遍的抄寫,有些學(xué)生會(huì)耐不住性子,這時(shí)借鑒上海名師施志紅老師的做法,進(jìn)行分批解封。起初都是鉛筆寫作業(yè),較好地學(xué)生就可以改用黑色水筆寫作業(yè),抄寫量也減少。在課堂上,反復(fù)的跟讀也會(huì)讓學(xué)生感覺枯燥,以每周一首英文歌曲,讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)跟唱會(huì)增加英語學(xué)習(xí)的趣味性。
經(jīng)過了一個(gè)月的英語學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生逐漸適應(yīng)初中英語教學(xué)。在從正式篇的第一單元開始,英語學(xué)習(xí)步入正軌。由于英語應(yīng)用性的普及和英語新課程的不同要求,對(duì)英語口語的重視越來越明顯。在每個(gè)單元的聽說課,每篇聽力文本都從初聽,細(xì)聽和跟讀聽三遍,并讓學(xué)生標(biāo)上升降調(diào),一個(gè)學(xué)期下來,有些學(xué)生能夠自己標(biāo)出升降調(diào)。再配合周末網(wǎng)上的翼課網(wǎng)的跟讀訓(xùn)練,學(xué)生在口語上比之前的學(xué)生略有提高。每個(gè)單元的基礎(chǔ)句子也盡量在第一二課時(shí)的時(shí)候,進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練,為最后一個(gè)課時(shí)的作文訓(xùn)練夯實(shí)基礎(chǔ)和降低難度。在閱讀課上,也盡量把每個(gè)單元的主題句進(jìn)行提煉后,再反復(fù)操練,為作文的書寫進(jìn)行提前模擬。作文課從格式,模板,句子的銜接強(qiáng)化,讓學(xué)生在中西語言表達(dá)的不同中注意差異,減少易錯(cuò)句的發(fā)生幾率。并且多給一些好句或課文的句子進(jìn)行模仿書寫。
從這一學(xué)期的英語學(xué)習(xí)中,可以看到大部分學(xué)生已經(jīng)完成了中小學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)的銜接,這是值得欣慰的。但是還有些問題需要在下學(xué)期注意。
1.音標(biāo)學(xué)習(xí)要在下學(xué)期循環(huán)復(fù)習(xí),并在新單詞的學(xué)習(xí)中進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練。2.七上在英語學(xué)習(xí)中的難點(diǎn)要在七下進(jìn)行突破和克服。
3.對(duì)英語學(xué)困生要多加關(guān)注和鼓勵(lì),在七下的學(xué)習(xí)中邊學(xué)習(xí)邊復(fù)習(xí)。4.課堂上多一些真實(shí)教學(xué)情境的設(shè)置,讓學(xué)生充分體會(huì)到在生活中用英語。
5.盡量給予更多的時(shí)間進(jìn)行英語自學(xué)。
對(duì)于教師自身來說,多給予學(xué)生一些時(shí)間去成長(zhǎng),語言的學(xué)習(xí)無法一蹴而就。營(yíng)造一種和諧的師生關(guān)系更能促進(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。有一個(gè)比喻很貼切,英語學(xué)習(xí)就像翻閱一本世界名著,開頭看起來難懂又苦澀,但越學(xué)越精彩。初一的英語學(xué)習(xí)只是開始,相信學(xué)生在我們的引領(lǐng)下將會(huì)體會(huì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的快樂。
