如何回復不禮貌的電子郵件 11月 2013 我們知道，閱讀攻擊性的評論比聽到這樣的評論實際上對我們影響更大。這一點與作為辦公溝通主要形式的電子郵件密切相關。有趣的是，盡管電子郵件作為一種消息傳遞工具具有快速高效的特點，但是這種精密的消息傳遞形式也有些許缺陷。

例如，由于缺乏人在說話時的感情和面部表情，電子郵件給人的感覺可能是缺乏活力、生硬和簡短草率。而且當這種不禮貌是有意為之時，產生的影響甚至會更糟。我們中想必有很多人都經歷過令人不快的電子郵件吧？ 這種郵件不僅讓人的心情很難平復，而且經常讓您的一整天蒙上陰影。重要的是冷靜地分析電子郵件，確定對方是否故意采用這種不禮貌的行為。

如果覺得對方故意為之，可以想辦法處理這種問題。

不要立即回復
