感謝信與表揚信的寫法

感謝信屬于專用書信，感謝信的寫法。專用書信具有專門性和內(nèi)容上的規(guī)定性，一種專用書信往往寫一個方面的內(nèi)容。公開的專用書信大都用標(biāo)題標(biāo)明信件的性質(zhì)。以團體署名的專用書信，一般不加結(jié)束語與問候語。

感謝信是對某個單位或個人的關(guān)懷、支援、幫助表示感謝的信。感謝信不僅有感謝的意思，而且有表揚的意思。這種信可以直接給對方或?qū)Ψ剿趩挝唬部梢詮堎N在對方單位內(nèi)或所在地的公共場所，還可以交給報紙刊登、電臺廣播、電視臺播映。

第一行的正中用較大的字體寫上“感謝信”三個字。如果寫給個人，這三個字可以不寫。有的還在“感謝信”的前邊加上一個定語，說明是因為什么事情、寫給誰的感謝信。

第二行頂格寫對方單位名稱或個人姓名，姓名后面可以加適當(dāng)?shù)姆Q呼，如“同志”“師傅”“先生”等，稱呼后用冒號。如果感謝對象比較多，可以把感謝對象放在正文中間提出。

第三行空兩格起寫正文。這一部分要寫清楚對方在什么時間，什么地點，由于什么原因，做了什么好事，對自己或單位有什么支持和幫助，事情有什么好的結(jié)果和影響。還要寫清楚從中表現(xiàn)了對方哪些好思想、好品德、好風(fēng)格，感謝信《感謝信的寫法》。最后表示自己或所在單位向?qū)Ψ綄W(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度和決心。

正文寫好了，另起一行空兩格寫上“此致”，換一行頂格寫上“敬禮”。

一 敘述對方對自己或本單位的幫助，一定要把人物、時間、地點、原因、結(jié)果以及事情經(jīng)過敘述清楚，便于組織了解和群眾學(xué)習(xí)。

二 信中要洋溢著感激之情。在敘述事實的過程中，除了要突出對方的好思想和表示謝意外，行文要始終飽含著感情。這感情要真摯、熱烈，使所有看到信的人都受到感染。

三 寫表示謝意的話要得體，既要符合被感謝者的身分，也要符合感謝者的身分。

四 感謝信以說明事實為主，切勿不著邊際地大發(fā)議論。

表揚信是對某些單位或個人的高尚風(fēng)格和模范事跡表示頌揚的信件。這種信件可以是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機關(guān)、群眾團體表揚其所屬的某一單位以及某一個人的，也可以是群眾之間的互相表揚。表揚信一般用大紅紙抄出，張貼在被表揚的單位、個人的所在地或者公共場所；也可以在報紙發(fā)表、在電臺廣播，在授獎大會上宣讀。通過表揚好人好事，能夠使受表揚者得到鼓舞，對其他人也起到教育作用。

表揚信的格式和寫法與感謝信基本相同。不過，寫表揚信還需要注意下面的幾點：

一 感謝信一般由當(dāng)事者或當(dāng)事者的所在單位以及親屬來寫，而表揚信凡了解情況的人都能寫。

二 表揚信結(jié)尾的寫法有兩種，如果是寫給本人的，就寫“值得學(xué)習(xí)”“深受感動”等方面的內(nèi)容；如果是寫給受表揚者的所在單位或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的，就可以提出建議，請在一定范圍內(nèi)宣傳、表揚受表揚者的好作風(fēng)和模范事跡。

1.感謝信的含義

感謝信是向幫助、關(guān)心和支持過自己的集體(黨政機關(guān)、企事業(yè)單位、社會團體等)或個人表示感謝的專用書信，有感謝和表揚雙重意思。寫感謝信既要表達出真切的謝意，又要起到表揚先進，弘揚正氣的作用。它廣泛應(yīng)用于個人與個人之間、個人與組織之間、組織與組織之間，用以向給予自己幫助、關(guān)心和支持的對方表示感謝。

2.感謝信的主要特點

⑴感謝對象要確指

感謝信都有確切的感謝對象，以便

讓大家都清楚是在感謝誰。

⑵表述事實要具體

感謝別人是有具體的事由的，否則就會顯得抽象空洞。

⑶感情色彩要鮮明

感動和致謝的色彩強烈鮮明，言語里充滿感激之情。

二、感謝信的種類

感謝信依據(jù)不同的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可以有不同的分法。

1.按感謝對象的特點來分

⑴寫給集體的感謝信

這類感謝信，一般是個人處于困境時，得到了集體的幫助，并在集體的關(guān)心和支持下，自己最終克服了困難，度過了難關(guān)，擺脫了困境，所以要用感謝信的方式表達自己的感激之情。

⑵寫給個人的感謝信

這類感謝信，可以是個人也可以是單位也可以是集體為了感謝某個人曾經(jīng)給予的幫助或照顧而寫的。

2.按感謝信的存在形式來分

⑴公開張貼的感謝信

這種感謝信包括可在報社登報、電臺廣播或電視臺播報的感謝信，是一種可以公開張貼的感謝信。

⑵寄給單位、集體或個人的感謝信

這種感謝信直接寄給單位、集體或個人。

三、感謝信的格式和寫法

感謝信通常有標(biāo)題、稱呼、正文、結(jié)語和落款五部分構(gòu)成。

1.標(biāo)題

感謝信的標(biāo)題的寫法有這樣幾種形式：“感謝信”——單獨由文種名稱組成的;“致×××的感謝信”——由感謝對象和文種名稱共同組成的;“××街道致××劇院的感謝信”——由感謝雙方和文種名稱組成的。

2.稱呼

開頭頂格寫被感謝的機關(guān)、單位、團體或個人的名稱或姓名，并在個人姓名后面附上“同志”等稱呼，然后再加上冒號。

3.正文

感謝信的正文從稱呼下面—行空兩格開始寫，要求寫上感謝的內(nèi)容和感謝的心情。應(yīng)分段寫出以下幾個方面：

⑴感謝的事由

概括敘述感謝的理由，表達謝意。

⑵對方的事跡

具體敘述對方的先進事跡，敘述時務(wù)必交待清楚人物、事件、時間、地點、原因和結(jié)果，尤其重點敘述關(guān)鍵時刻對方給予的關(guān)心和支持。

⑶揭示意義

在敘述事實的基礎(chǔ)上指出對方的支持和幫助對整個事情成功的重要性以及體現(xiàn)出的可貴精神。同時表示向?qū)Ψ綄W(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度和決心。

4.結(jié)語

寫感謝信收束時表示敬意的話、感謝的話。如“此致敬禮”、“致以最誠摯的敬禮”等。

5.落款

感謝信的落款署上寫信的單位名

稱或個人姓名，并且署上成文日期。前者在上，后者在下。

四、寫作感謝信的注意事項

1.內(nèi)容要真實，評譽要恰當(dāng)

感謝信的內(nèi)容必須真實，確有其事，不可夸大溢美。感謝信以感謝為主，兼有表揚，所以表達謝意時要真誠，說到做到。評譽對方時要恰當(dāng)，不能過于拔高，以免給人一種失真的印象。

2.用語要適度，敘事要精練

感謝信的內(nèi)容以主要事跡為主，詳略得當(dāng)，篇幅不能太長，所謂話不在多，點到為止。感謝信的用語要求是精煉、簡潔，遣詞造句要把握好一個度，不可過分雕飾，否則會給人一種不真實、虛偽的感覺。
